A month ago I purchased Michelin tires to be installed. An hour prior to my first scheduled appointment, they called and informed me that they did not have the tires. I then rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The day before my new appointment I called and confirmed over the phone that they had my tires. The next day I dropped my car off and an hour later they called me to inform me that they did not have my tires. Not a single person apologized or offered to rectify the situation. They actually have no idea when they will ever have the tires.

Sales associate Juba was very polite and knowledgeable over the phone. My tire was in stock and was able to get an appointment the next day!Arrived the next day at my designated time, my vehicle was completed in under an hour! Juba again helped me in person with all the questions I had. Extremely satisfied with the service. I will be returning and recommending to family and friends.Came a few months after the installation for a flat tire and despite being understaffed, the technician serviced my vehicle on the spot as it was an emergency situation and it was covered under warranty. The Technician saved my day! I am very appreciative for his help, I wish I grabbed his name. Good people serving your vehicle at this location.

When lines are long. Usually they open another register. Always find what I'm looking for. Great prices, when you compare. Only thing I don't like is leaving store and waiting for them to check receipt.

I just had new tires installed . The tires i wanted were not available but the Tire center manager were able to order and install them for when i needed and in an emergency situation . He was very helpful despite the understuffed location . The problem with this location is under stuffing and low reviews are not fair to the people working there . I'm very satisfied .

Never ordered my snow tires that I need to not die on the road. Canceled the appointment and never gave any indication if the tires were ever ordered or any estimate on when the tires would come in. Getting refunded was a classic phone tree PITA. 0/10 would not bang my head on the wall again.

Very bad experience. I bought my tires online and was required to set up an appointment time. When I attend my schedule appointment, I am told there is no one there to take care of me, that it is not their problem no one called me to cancel, and that they would call me to set up a new appointment. Three days later, and after no call from them, I call to get an appointment, and half hour later I get one a month away from my original one. The guy on the phone that works at the BJs kept telling me they were understaffed and he was sorry... I understand is not the guy's fault, but the service and whole experience is simply terrible.

The worst experience I had with the customer service on Medford bjs. Very low standard. Brought my car in to have four tires changed, they broke of the wheel bolts and just told me they won t do the job, i lost my whole day trying to fix what they cause me. I DON T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY. Bad service, bade customer service

These guys are way understaffed for the volume of customers, and BJs should either address that issue or close up this tire shop. I brought my vehicle in for four new tires yesterday at a scheduled installation time, and the guy working there said he couldn't start for another 90 minutes. It took 3 hours to get my vehicle back, and with only 3 tires installed! They couldn't remove a lug on my 4th tire, so I removed it the next day (with just a pipe for leverage... how can a tire shop not have a simple lever to remove a stuck lug) and brought the truck back. 3.5 hours later, they were done with that one tire install. So that's 6.5 hours and two visits for 4 tires. Just don't go here. The guys working were nice.

On two separate occasions I had a scheduled appointment to have my tires serviced at the Medford location, and in each of these cases when I showed up for my morning appointment the Tire Center was not open even though it was after 9:00am. No one from BJs had called me beforehand to let me know that my appointment would be cancelled. Also, in general, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone in the Tire Center.

I ordered online and made an appointment online. Few days before the appointment they called to cancel and reschedule. Then on the day of my rescheduled appointment, I went there just to be told my tires havent arrived yet and its been two weeks. I check the Fedex tracking and it said it was arrived over a week ago.

Just a day before Appointment, they informed me the tire I ordered that is not available, if the tire is not available, why they are selling it and taking full amount of the tire price 15-20 days before? What they think our time is valueless?

It s impossible to reach them over the phone and schedule an appointment.Very disappointed, even the manager put me on hold and never bothered to help me.Now I must visit them in person.Don t buy your tires here if you want good service.

Got flat tire today and went to this Tire Center with no appointment as I do not expect an appointment needed for flat tire repair. I do able to got it repaired and thanks for all your help.

Was so impressed with the young people working in this tire department not only were they very professional they were so helpful I didn t feel like they were trying to up sell anything they fix my tire and I didn t have a appointment they were kind enough to see I was stressed and fixed no problem thank u!!!!

I bought four tires here, drove 2,000 miles, got a bump on the sidewalk ,went back and asked them to change it, it was a defect in the tire itself, and they said no. Never come back to here .bed service, and they very rude.

Awful service. They don't open when they say they open and it's impossible to get them on the phone. Avoid if you want to have your tires anytime soon.
