Went in on Saturday afternoon. It was not a pleasant experience. I got treated incredibly rudely. When I asked why he was being so unbelievably rude, he replied "I'm not". Not even even an apology. When I told him I wouldn't buy from that Napa and left my item on the counter he couldn't have cared less.As I was leaving he told me to have a nice day. I won't be back!

The absolute worst service. I went in for them to check my battery for me. Kind of seemed strange that I saw the older white guy just sitting at his computer playing on it with no1 to service for 5+minutes, before he said "next customer", but I let that go and waited patiently for 1 of the other 2 associates to be done. Then when I walked over to his cashier spot and asked if he could check my battery for me, his response was "it depends. if the battery is here or if the battery is in your car, you have to shut ur car off and be able to restart it on ur own because we don't jump start" and said it like he was talking down to me. Ummmm, ok. I said that I could restart it. So he grabs his kit, doesn't say a word to me, goes outside, wants for me to pop my truck, hooks up his machine , tells me, "yea, it's your battery, there's no connection in it", unhooks his machine and walks back in the store without another word. I was blown away by the rudeness and absolute no regard for customer service whatsoever. I didn't even have time to thank him, he left my truck so quickly. He didn't ask about getting me a new battery, nothing. It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at the Napa on Bearses Way in Hyannis, MA. I would never go there if you want great customer service from that dude. He was rude, unprofessional, and I'd rather jump off my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in their parking lot than go back and get a battery and ask for help there.

Horrible service. The guy swore at us when I told him we had $5 off of the price. Proceeded to slam things around and said he didn t know how he was going to fix it. He did fix it! We sent a complaint in to the company and called the number they sent us, but no call from the district manager! Absolutely rudest man I have ever had in a store. What a jerk. Needs to be fired!

Store is always open on time. Employees are knowledgeable, professional and care about the customers. Prices are better than Amazon and the rest of the auto stores around the area.

Horrible customer service!!! I went to buy a batterie for my car, I was paying with Apple Pay this too really old guys didn t know how to use it! I didn t have my card and it was a emergency, so I tried and took $180 from my account and they said that my card didn t work, I showed the receipt and they said it was my problem. Really sad, Such jeks!

Such friendly employees. Talked with me about my car and how my day was while they searched around for the parts I needed. Even went so far as to give me the items on sale as opposed to their higher priced counterparts. One employee even helped me install the parts right there in the parking lot! Definitely worth going to if you ever need parts for your vehicle.

Absolutely useless. Walked in a 4:40 and the two older gentleman on the left rolled there eyes when I asked for a hydraulic line. The sign says there open to 5, and the door says you make hydraulic lines. What s the problem?! I spend a substantial amount of money here for my business but will be going elsewhere.

Was on the Cape working to help restore the power after winter storm Riley. Needed parts to repair several trucks. These guys stepped up to get me everything I needed. Even put me in contact with people to make it so I could work in their garage. Great bunch of people. Thanls for everthing

Been going here 20 years great service... Today, was given the wrong part by younger employee. Who told me I didnt know what I was doing. Rock Auto.com from now no...to bad I liked this place.

If you need help do not insult them by asking for it... Two stars because if you know exactly what you want these guys are great at matching numbers and handing the part it to you!
