The gold standard for repairs. I ve known Rob and his family for years. Nice, professional family business.I recently brought my Toyota 4 Runner in for repairs, that quite frankly the dealership missed, and the issues were resolved quickly and significantly less expensive than at the dealership.You will be in good hands at Mashpee Automotive

Don t go any where else they are so professional and honest Rob is the best mechanic and his staff is amazing. Thank you for your professional diagnosis within seconds after my test drive he knew the fix and nailed it thank you I will tell every one I know this is the place to go.

Discovered a nail in my tire and had them fix it. They were very quick and reasonably priced. I think they have very knowledgeable mechanics and i will totally trust them with any repairs related to my car

I highly recommend Mashpee Automotive! Honest and reliable. I ve taken my car to multiple mechanics who told me my car was fine. They fit me right in and within a few hours tops had a list of what was needed! They re fairly priced and high quality work. I drove from Brewster and Mashpee Automotive will from now on be my mechanic. My car is safe to drive again and I m so grateful. All around great people in office and shop. It s hard to find a place to TRUST but you will not go wrong taking your car needs to them. My front brake system, ball joint, oil change, & axel! Friendly, professional service at fair prices. They were completely upfront with what they found was wrong, what the price would be, and when it would be completed. We were stranded from out of town and they worked us in without taking advantage of us; even helped us find lodging & a rental car. Highly recommend without question!

I went in this morning because a plastic panel was hanging down under my engine. They put it on the lift, replaced a few clips and secured it. I had no appointment but they were able to look at it right away and did the work while I waited. And they charged me only $5 -- wow! I will definitely go back to Mr T's the next time I need car service and recommend them to others. Great, friendly service!

Really nice people, honest and efficient work. Hard to find people and places like this anymore. I do not live in the area but I was referred to this shop during a visit. I needed a radiator replaced on an expensive car. A couple of weeks after the repair I looked around at home about the price and I was pleasantly surprised. I was at the mercy of these people and I was treated better than fair.

I love going to Mr. T s, family owned, and very nice people to do business with. Always have done right by my family and myself. They go thru things to make sure your vehicle is safe, if your vehicle needs something,they inform you and let you know the urgency in replacing it.

Wonderful customer service. Went to have a leak repaired in one of my tires, and it turned out the wheel is warped so the leak couldn't be fixed. They filled the tire, cleared the error, and didn't even charge me for the time. Much appreciated.

After moving back to the Cape, we went the dealership route for our car maintenance; but after a less than satisfactory experience, I wanted an alternative solution. I'd met Terry Trottier, owner of Mr. T's, at our local Chamber events and decided to make an appointment. From the outset, the experience was remarkable; and the same experience every time we've returned, since, or recommended Terry to family and friends. If you're wanting to have your auto serviced by a "master" with first class customer care, then I'd highly recommend Mr. T's.
