It was a very friendly atmosphere. The store owner even put on "Madagascar 2" for my kid while we waited! They have a great operation here with excellent service, and they go above and beyond to be helpful in the greatest capacity. Thank you so much!

When I stopped, I was greeted a technician, my car was brought right in, no waiting.I spoke to a technician and went over what I came in for. He pointed out some of the cars needs. We settled on was was to be done. I went back to the waiting room and in a short time was told the car was done. Happy with the quick service

Never been to Jiffy Lube before, but service was excellent, fast and reasonably priced! Technicians were very pleasant and friendly! Would never hesitate to continue using them!

This location is consistently friendly, courteous, and quick. Waiting room has comfy seats, can't ask for much more. This place gets BUSY sometimes and for good reason. Budget an extra 15-20 minutes wait for every 2 or 3 cars waiting in line, depending on how many bays are active.

Fast easy and great service! Always very nice and explain and check everything, make recommendations but don't force anything on you! Offer coupons for savings too! Great place- we are repeat customers!!

Fox news was playing in the waiting room. I will not patronize establishments that air this program.They refused to honor my $25 coupon. I would not have come in had I known this. If I had known sooner, I would have not have had my car serviced.Over $100 for a simple oil change? Seriously?

Great customer service the two times I have been to the Mashpee location hence why I will be making them my go to for my oil changes going forward. Friendly atmosphere!

Make sure they know what they are doing!!!!! Took my Audi there, was told and shown that the belly plate nuts were stripped; therefore, they could not change the oil. Went to Cape Audi ,said there was no problems , except for a couple of nuts missing???? However, was informed that the oil is changed from above in newer cars (2019). And to top it off, tried calling there to inform them and their phone doesn t work either. Surprise, surprise! Oh, and it was less expensive at the dealership, plus a free car wash!

Not in Mashpee, they took my car in for a oil change NOT once did they ask 1 question when they had me pay the price was $100. they put synethic oil instead of regular oil not once spoke to me about what I wanted!!! What happened with people talking to owners???? Some people will do anything to make a buck.

I only use the JL in Mashpee, Ma. I moved a half hour away and will continue to commute back to my JL . They have been so solid in my 9 years

Not only did they charge $180 for the oil change within 20 minutes of driving there was a giant cloud of smoke behind my car (other cars driving by video taping the amount of smoke coming out of my car). Within an hour I got an alert on my dashboard telling me to add oil, and was surprised to hear massive amounts of oil sloshing around in the pan of my car. I had to pay $900 to get my car towed to my house and the oil power washed off. Although I called the manager immediately when my engine started smoking 20 minutes after my visit, they have refused to reimburse me for any of the damage - let alone the $180 that was spent decorating the pan of my car in oil within an hour of my visit. Absolute joke of a place and would recommend everyone to find legit ANY other location to spend your money.

I arrived the day after the 4th of July through traffic the likes of which are rarely seen. When I pulled in to Jiffy Lube (Mashpee) there were six cars ahead of me. The manager remained calm and organized directing people in line to be sure the first come first served routine was intact. Everyone was patient and appreciative of him and the service techs. In spite of the heavy load, the manager and techs remained pleasant and professional.Service: Oil change

Just a pleasant job that I really dreaded doing, to my surprise it was pleasant and I talked to other customers while I was waiting which was not long at all.I sent this before so sorry you didn t receive it.I was so impressed with the service people as well as the work done on my car, they did a couple of other things I needed. There was no pressure just courteous service. I would recommend Jiffy Lube to everyone there s comfortable seating inside and outside I will continue to be a Jiffy Lube customer!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Passing through the area on extended trip and needed a oil change. Had better Internet ratings than other businesses and easy to see why. Greeted upon entry before getting out of the vehicle. Efficient operation, employees and vehicles were always moving. Owner also greeted me and he was working with his employees, doing training, and greeting customers. People are cross trained in multiple roles and there were no backups waiting for a specific tech as a result. The people working here emitted a positive vibe and ones I spoke with praised the owner for making it a good place to work. Definitely well run. Highly recommend and they offer military and veteran discounts as well.Service: Oil change

Great experience. I took my other vehicle to Hyannis JL the day before. It was more expensive and the quality of service, cleanliness, was better here in Mashpee. Cheaper too. Very friendly staff.

Amazing staff, very professional! I had to have my windshield replaced and lost the tag with the mileage when I needed a new oil change, but thought I was close to it. Nope, they pulled my records and topped everything off for free because I still have 2,000 miles before I need another one. Very honest and reliable people, I'm a customer for as long as I'm on Cape now! Thanks so so much!!

Fast efficient service, no nonsense .A best bet for locals and travelers alike.i was advised of overall condition of my vehicle and directed to any nessisary upcoming maintanance that my vehicle should have and when those services should be done. The staff is courteous and communicative., No dark arts here just good old American values. Saftey, courtesy and value added services. Nice folks. A Cape Codgers best bet.Service: Oil change
