The damage shown happened during a seasonal tire swap. It was felt that the wheel was dropped onto the trailer-hitch receiver when they took it out of the trunk as there was fresh damage there as well (see photo). The manager told me it was drivable while they worked with their claims person. After delays in action on their part, I had Tesla look and tell me it was unsafe. Wheel/tire replacement cost there $2258.69. After over 6 months, they eventually decided to deny liability despite photo and video evidence to the contrary.

Taylor and Brian were awesome. My dealership couldn't help me and quite frankly I was in a position to be taken advantage of and they didn't. They just helped me and were super professional. I'd recommend them to anyone, and will reach out to them first instead of my dealership next time.

I had been in and out of 3 shops in a week. Then was referred to Sullivan Tire. They did exactly what was asked of them. They did not try to upsell me (and let me tell u they probably could have because my car needs a few things fixed.) I was happy. Lastly I left my water on the counter where I paid my bill. The man chased me down to give it back even though it was almost empty and just a bottle from the gas station. I appreciate the guys here. Thank you. It's been stressful having my car go from shop to shop. Thank you for making that nightmare come to an end.

Love them! They re so good to me and my super old Corolla. Squeezed me in for an oil change just in time for my return to college classes and even sent me a cute Christmas card with coupons for being a loyal customer. 10/10!

They went beyond my expectations. The service mechanic produced a detailed diagram of the diagnosis of my car s problem! They gave solutions possible, enabling me to make decisions.How great is that??

Been going to Sullivan tire for years after my dealership service plans end on my vehicles. They do great mechanical work, they do excellent inspections of overall vehicle for no cost, finish the work extremely quick, and never price gouge. They also don t do too shabby with tires also, I ve bought most my tires there that come with free rotations for life which is nice.

I had new tires, battery, brakes fixed, and more. Everything was fixed fast and employees are professional and helpful. The Best option was setting up a time and everything I needed on the Sullivan Tire website and also provided Ride service to and from my house which was extremely helpful!

Wow, I brought my car in for a check engine light. They got the car fixed promptly with genuine parts at much less than the dealer. The Manager Brian made me feel like family.Great Job!

Would give zero stars if that was an option - needed a tire plugged and put back on my car and the best SullivanTire in Marshfield could was get me in the next morning. Kabilians Car Care general automotive repair shop across the street had the tire plugged and mounted on my truck 15 mins after I inquired if they could fix the tire !! Kabilian s gets 5 stars in my book.

Unfortunately they couldn't fix my tire, and I refused to buy a new one because the ones I had are still under the warranty. But the staff was very friendly, plus they're really nice to put the spare tire on with no cost to me. Thank you Sullivan Tire

The staff at Sullivan Tire in Marshfield are outstanding, as are the technicians. I find them superior to all of the dealerships I have ever dealt with and price-wise they are unbeatable.

I brought two lawn mower tires in to have them swapped onto my rims. $60! No balancing or anything fancy. Just swap the tires. The tires that I purchased cost less than that. Last year, they did the exact same thing for $30. I guess they've gotten big enough that they can charge whatever they want, and if you think that's too much, there are plenty of other customers who feel that money is no object.
