Bought a new vehicle from Sam. He was great! Highly recommend seeing him if you go. He explained everything and was not pushy with anything. Justin, the finance manager, was great and thorough with explaining everything.I highly recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase!!

Couldn t have been a smoother processes buying my first brand new car from Sam at Quirk Kia Marshfield! Sam was so incredibly patient, going over the many finance and lease options available to me! He was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had! I highly recommend Sam and Quirk Kia Marshfield!!

We bought a Kia Sportage Hybrid here. This was one of the only dealerships we could find in the area that had the model and trim we were looking for. Sam did an amazing job walking us through the purchases process and keeping us updated with arrival timing for the car. They also took the time to walk us through all the features of the car and made the process very easy. Would absolutely go back in the future. Ask for Sam for a great customer service experience.

Do not recommend service at this location. Technician did not perform oil change maintenance properly and they do not follow KIA recommended tire rotation pattern. Will not be going back.12/7 Update: Nope. that's the oil dip stick, and no mention that I was charged for a tire rotation that what was never done ?? I stand by my review. Stay away from service at this location!

Sam is a legend. He was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. He even pulled some strings to make sure we could drive the car off the lot the day of our purchase. We love our car and will be happy to shop for our next vehicle here again.

Sam Fahmie at Kia South was fantastic. He made the buying process easy and consistently kept me informed. Sam was extremely patient, answered all my questions and was very responsive every time I reached out. Sam made the entire buying process stress-free and enjoyable and his friendly nature made for a very pleasant experience. The Kia South dealership has a friendly atmosphere, the building was clean and updated and I felt very comfortable being there. I would highly recommend Kia South and Sam Fahmie to anyone looking to purchase a Kia.

Service team gets 5 stars, but do NOT buy your Kia here. Purchase your car from the Braintree location instead and get it serviced here if it s more convenient . We had a terrible experience working with the Sales team and General Manager, Ramy Mikhail. The process of working with Ramy was unpleasant from the beginning (he will nickel and dime you on EVERYTHING), but once he and his team had a check in hand, they were downright rude and the customer service was nonexistent. More importantly, when we had an issue with our brand new vehicle 5 days after we brought it home, Ramy and his sales team wouldn t give us the time of day and were no help whatsoever. Instead, Sales placed all blame and responsibility on Kia corporate. I ve never felt less valued as a customer and I regret doing business here.

My wife and I purchased a new car from Quirk Kia Mansfield and we are extremely happy with our purchase and our experience with, Ramy Mikhail, the General Manager, who sold us our new car.Ramy Mikhail, uses a no pressure method to car sales. It is extremely refreshing. He is easy going. He is fully informed about his product line. He provided us valuable information about the car we were interested in. His institutional knowledge was very helpful. He allowed us to take the car for a test ride alone. Again, a great approach to his selling skills. It allowed my wife and I to evaluate the car with no pressure. We agreed on a price and he was perfectly fine with us going home and giving him an answer the next day. He communicated well throughout the entire process and handled the transaction as a professional. On the day we picked up the car he was fully prepared for our arrival and walked us through the final steps. He assigned a nice young lady who showed us the numerous features of the car. Then he took the time to make sure everything was good before we left.Through the process we got to know Ramy, a bit and enjoyed our conversations on his heritage and more. He was just great to deal with. With Ramy Mikhail, you can buy a car with no pressure and enjoy the car buying exprience. I have purchased new cars in my life and I have never been so pleased with the experience.We traveled 40 miles to purchase this car. We are glad we did.

My wife and I have worked with Quirk Kia in Marshfield on multiple leases now. My experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. Working with Hayssam Fahmie (Sam) in particular has been a truly enjoyable experience. I have felt supported and respected each time I ve been there and will continue to use them for my leasing and buying needs.

Sam was the man! Took 6 months for my car to get in and he kept me up to date on its progress along the way. He was very straight forward, honest, and he made the buying process a breeze. Highly recommended!

Brought my 2014 Sportage in for a Warranty Extension Repair. Matt in the Service Department couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Extremely fast repair from start to finish, regular updates throughout. The mechanic Derek that did the work is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quirk Kia Marshfield for any work you need done on your Kia!

Just took delivery of a new Telluride from Ramy Mikhail @ Quirk / Marshfield. Ramy orchestrated a seamless transaction without any surprises. We came to an agreement on the value of the vehicles traded in and the cost of the new SUV quickly and reasonably, without any heavy lifting or nonsense. A positive experience in every way.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I drove away with my new Kia Sorento prestige hybrid I was treated with professionalism and respect. All of my questions were answered and when picking up my vehicle Justin Z spent time to explain all of the amazing features my new car has and how to use them. I have bought several new cars and no one in the past has taken time to thoroughly explain everything!! In addition, both Ramy and Justin encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions or concerns and really were genuine. Highly recommend this dealership.

Hi I just bought my second Kia at this Quirk. I worked with Sam who was excellent and straight forward. I got my Kia earlier than expected and got the best deal of three other cars I was looking at. Not only that, but the Kia was the highest rated of the other brands. I absolutely love it and recommend working with this dealer. My SIL also bought hers there and raved about the service department as well.

Sam was fantastic to work with! I purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Seltos and the process was so smooth! They called me the minute it arrived on the truck, I was there the next morning to pick it up. I probably spent an hour total in the dealership maybe not even which was great for a busy working mom.I noticed at first my vehicle didn t have any floor mats. I contacted the dealership and they were very quick with getting me replacements even better they got me all weather replacements! I will definitely do business with them again, especially Sam! Thank you Sam for making my experience an enjoyable one, when we know it can be a stressful one sometimes!

Great experience buying a new car. Ramy and Justin were very helpful and pleasant. When I brought in my car to the service center it was taken in right away and quickly ready for me. Definitely recommend for a straightforward buying experience where everything/anything you need explained is and you don t feel pressured.

Staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. No rushing or other tactics to push a different sale. Very relaxed and inviting environment.We reviewed what I was interested in, and was provided exactly what I was hoping for and expecting with the same price listed on their site. This was the easiest and most transparent vehicle purchase I ve ever gone through.Very communicative during and after purchase. I would recommend anyone interested in the vehicle options with Kia to visit.

This is by far a 5 Star dealership. Quick Kia of Marshfield's staff is Knowledgeable, Professional , Friendly and Courteous. These guys know there stuff and are not pushy whatsoever.I recently drove down to the dealership with my family to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. While I was on my test drive. My family were waiting for me at the dealership. All the staff were very friendly to them and treated them with respect.I have to say that Ramy MikHail is a true gentleman. He is by far one of the best General Manager in the business. Ramy is a man of his word. Ramy Is caring and understanding to your car buying wants and needs. Ramy's hands on and will call you back in a timely manner if you leave him a message.This is my 2nd vehicle in a year that I purchased from this dealer. I truly will recommend Quick Kia of Marshfield to my friends, family and coworkers in the future.Thank you all for making my car buying experience quick,easy and painless, with no pressure.You guys are the best at what you do Hat's off to you all for a car buying experience well done. I had a great experience at Quirk Kia Marshfield. Every staff member was welcoming and kind but with zero pressure. I visited the dealership in late April and was able to test drive a car within minutes of arriving. I ultimately decided to lease the car I test drove. Ramy and Gustavo were extremely helpful! Gustavo took the time to walk me through every feature of my new car. Usually you get rushed off the lot, but not at Kia Marshfield. I highly recommend visiting this dealership first instead of wasting time at others.

Great place to buy a new Kia!Ramy & Gustavo are a great team ..very smooth sale!! And Daniel is a real Pro..& very patient with all the technology..he did spend a lot time explaining all the functions & configuring all the vehicle settings & you can always call him back for help!! And he s very funny!!
