Franz takes his job seriously. Had extensive damage to my Silverado side doors and he made everything like brand new. Perfect match on the paint, and worked with the insurance company to make this as hassle-free an experience possible. Great place to have your auto repaired if you ever need it.

Had a dented hood that needed to get fixed quickly as a result of some extraneous circumstances. Called and came in the same day: Franz took a look at the car, ordered the parts, and assembled and painted the hood and other associated parts in a week! He even replaced a busted tail light! From the moment we called, ECC has been helpful, responsive, thorough, and precise, even addressing problems that were not part of the repair. True professionals. Went to East Coast Collision after front end accident. Franz went above and beyond for customer service. Totally flexible for drop off whatever worked for me and my schedule. Thoroughly went over what he had to fix and showed me and explained what needed to be changed on the insurance appraisal. The work on my car was finished a day early from what was expected. He even buffed out my headlights because they were all fogged out which he didnt have to do! Cleaned my car inside and out, looks beautiful brand new!! Same as drop off picking up my car was a breeze, he took care of returning my rental. Amazing customer service! Will absolutely will return if need auto body work again and will recommend to others!
