Great local shop. Honest guy. Takes the time to explain things to me so I can understand (I am not a car person).They Recently fixed my tires and gave me a heads-up on something that he noticed and will eventually be needing a fix. Also what to listen for when it's time, plus costs I should plan for so I can budget and not get financial stress. I've definitely heard it a handful of times and was getting concerned! So thankful I know what it is now and what to do in the future due to his kindness.

Was having issues with my boyfriends wheels. Stopped into CJV and Colby dropped what he was doing to help fix the tires and replace one of the valve stems. Great price and an easy quick fix. Wouldn t go anywhere else to have my car maintained!

Got a rental van stuck in mud in a very inconvenient spot. They came out and got the job done when other companies wouldn t/couldn t help. Communicated clearly, showed up early which was a blessing, assessed and improvised to get the job done and exceeded expectations in every way. Absolutely recommend them for a tow.

When my car broke down, it was very difficult to know where to go, because I have been screwed by so many mechanics in the past. How refreshing it was to meet Colby and the guys at CJV. What I thought was a major issue actually turned out to be a minor issue, and Colby was completely honest about it. He did notice a couple other things that needed fixing, primarily of safety concern, and we decided to take care of those as well. It s so nice to have a mechanic you trust And it s so hard to find these days. Five out of five stars for sure, great mechanics like this just don t exist anymore! Thanks CJV for all your help with my Altima!

I won t use anyone else for car repairs!! They are responsive, thorough and prompt. Whenever something is wrong with my car, it s such a relief to have a trusted shop I know I can go to and that I won t be without a vehicle for long. Highly recommend!!

We made an oppointment at 9:45 for at 1:30 pickup. Was told at 1:30 that they were 15 minutes away and had not yet arrived at 3:00 pm. When we called we were told that we if we had a problem he would just cancel the request and not come get our vehicle leaving us completely stranded due to the fact that our service department closes at 5 and isn't open on Sunday. He said his boss is at a wedding and that he was in charge and that he doesn't need our business because he has other people he can help. I literally asked him is this really how you do business. Your 2 hours late to pick someone up and because we were upset but not once did we raise our voice or curse he was just gonna cancel our tow. This is honestly the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. And he told me if his boss was around he would care either.

My car broke down due to a serptine belt, I called CJV, and they were able to tow me and repair my vehicle, the same day! A++ customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! WE CALLED TO SEE WHERE THE DRIVER WAS TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY WERE OVER AN HOUR LATE!! THE DISPATCHER (SOME GUY). TOLD US HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE DRIVER WAS, AND DIDNT EVEN CARE TO CHECK ON THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. EVENTUALLY, WE CANCELLED AND GOT A NEW COMPANY OUT!!

Horrible and unprofessional. They lost my car and could care less about it and I hope they all lose their jobs because they re obviously terrible at it.
