The customer service representative "Collins " , his name I asked for, but it wasn't clear. He was the most helpful person I've ever encountered when purchasing anywhere. He even went out of his way to check my license plate outside as it was broken. He found in the store the perfect one. I bought a Marine magnet for my son's truck also, and he was very nice talking about our soldiers. He deserves an amazing acknowledgment!

I bought front seat covers that I struggled to get on and didn't seem to fit. I brought them back to the store and the salesperson, Nick, offered to help me. He got them on and they look great and autozone kept a sale due to his great customer service. Thanks Nick!

More expensive than other places for car parts/accessories. I usually order online elsewhere, but I was in a bind. I ended up not needing one of the items, so I returned it. Unopened, sealed and everything. The clerk seemed kind of grumpy and annoyed that I was returning the part. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Poor assortment of battery chargers at much higher prices than competition and on line. No one offered assistance or greeted me.

This is my first time visiting this store and I truly can't say enough great things about my experience and, specifically, Jim French. As soon as I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted by the gentleman seated behind the desk. Within minutes, he diagnosed my car and determined the best solution. I felt completely confident that I was walking out with a resolution to my car issue. Jim was not only knowledgeable but extremely professional and personable........He exemplified customer service. After confirming the parts I needed, he went above and beyond and installed them into my car. This entire interaction completely exceeded my expectations in every sense of the word. With so many different retail options to chose from, businesses struggle to stand out - Jim French is why I'll go back to this store.

I had a headlight out and went there to get a bulb. Jim French jumped right in to help me replace it. He unscrewed everything before i purchased the bulb. During the process my current bulb came on. It must ve been a loose connection. He saved me time and money and was helpful kind and courteous. Very grateful for his help.

Went to get a battery for my Jeep. Was ignored by the young guy there, then I asked about a batteryadvertised for a good deal. He kept saying there was another one (almost twice the price) but I saidI wanted the sale one. No customer service AT ALL. Always try to use local businesses but I don tthink I ll shop here. Just totally uninterested to help me at first, then to make sure I was a satisfiedcustomer.

This store went above and beyond. Jim French came outside in the freezing weather and adjusted a recently purchased windshield wiper so it worked properly. I appreciated the problem solving ability and customer service. I would definitely shop here again. Thank You!

this autozone is the worst. i dread having to come here whenever i need something. luckily i know what i need and where to go to get it so i dont have to interact with the workers as much. every worker there, with the exception of one guy (whom i dont see anymore), has the WORST attitude and are dreadful to ask for help. to top it all off i just now tried to go in to get a couple things at 8:30am, the sign says they open at 7:30, but the doors were locked, it was dark inside and no one was there. how many bad reviews and complaints does it take before something is done? this has been a problem store for as long as i can remember. and dont even get me started on the workers talking down to you if youre a woman asking for help. the usual women dont know anything about cars stereotype of course. i could go on but i suppose ill end it with what i have now. something needs to be done.

Jim French did a fantastic job making a stressful situation easy. He installed a battery, explained a few things under the hood, and prevented a costly trip to the auto body shop! Thanks for the wonderful service, I will be back!

Terrible experience. I tried to buy some jumper cables and watched the 4 individuals employed by AutoZone talking and doing anything but serve customers. Finally I interrupted them by asking where the jumper cables were located. They seemed annoyed that I dare to interrupt their discussion. I then went to buy the jumper cables only to find out after trying 3 different terminals that none of the credit card readers were working. The manager did not seem to know how to use the machines and kept asking disinterested teens to help, none of whom could actually solve the problem. After 10 mins of wasted time, I said "three strikes and you're out" and walked out of the store empty-handed. Not sure why I even gave them 2 stars but I don't normally write negative reviews.

Just had an awesome experience at this AutoZone. Jim French helped me figure out what I needed to repair a broken muffler. He came outside with me to check it out and let me know what items to get and how to use them. He was friendly and really went the extra mile. 10/10 experience.

It's your typical B-A Auto parts store with most items in stock and any others almost always available that same day although some uncommon items may need another day. There is a store full of tools and accessories and other Auto accoutrements. What sets this particular store apart is the fantastic staff and the superior level of customer service that they provide in a cheerful and adept manner. The traffic light out front enhances accessibility.

Avoid. Unless you know exactly what you need, skip this place. Every visit in last 6 yrs has resulted in needing a 2nd trip to exchange item due to their poor advice. Be it for a motorcycle, van or my cars, from poorly sized window rain guards, fuses, fuel filters, wiper blades, battery charger ( sold the most over the top expensive thing in there), car wash soap, car battery to name but a few. All wrong advice. Final straw: An unsmiling, eye rolling, rough young man who was so unpleasant and condescending today that even with my store credit in hand from today s return, I will never set foot in there again. At NAFTA , you get a smile and grab kitkats from the candy bowl while you wait. Greeted courteously and warmly at Bagnell s. Nobody needs this Zone. Avoid. Done.

I called during the day on march 29th and asked if they sold a partucular headlight. They did and the associate promised me if i came in somebody could help install it too. When i came in at 8 pm , an hour before close, they stated they did not put headlights in so was confused about this.

Do yourself a favor and find another auto parts store to buy from. These guys are seriously unprofessional. From explicit music being played, from the tall guy cussing and yelling/ and generally not wanting to help anyone and treating his employees like trash. Whoever owns this store should clean house. Its a toxic work environment. I d rather go to Kingston or Hanover or literally anywhere else than to go there ever again. Most unprofessional place I have been. Autozone, get rid of the tall guy and I guarantee this place would be an improvement the moment he left.

Just tried going in here to buy just a quart of oil for my truck. It was like 45 minutes before they closed an the place was dead. They go card only an i was like I just need 1 quart of oil you can t help me out an there like no. They just didn t want too deal with me because they were ready to go home an didn t wanna recount the cash drop I m sure. Unreal

We took our son's 2005 Subaru Impreza to the Marshfield Autozone yesterday for a new battery and windshield wipers. We were helped by Jimmy French and were so impressed with his professionalism, his excellent work and his dedication to what was a less-than-routine battery replacement. Through it all, he was pleasant and friendly. I will absolutely return for future needs. He is a great reflection of Autozone quality

Buyers beware! My 17 year old daughter and I went to this Auto zone location. My daughter had just ended her shift at work when she accompanied me to the store to return an item a couple hours ago. She counted her tips and placed them in her wallet while riding in the car with me to the store. She then realized she forgot her wallet at the store and went right back to retrieve it. Before my daughter said anything, the employee behind the register approached her and said there was no money in it or ID. Smdh! Thieves... Customers please beware of thieving employees at this location! This is how they represent the residents and merchants of Marshfield, MA. Was the $17 really worth it, stealing earnings form a 17 year old kid? What kind of example are you really setting? Sigh...

Everything depends on who is working when you go in. If it's an employee that wants to help you out, then this is the greatest store in the world. However, on the flip side, if it's a lazy bones then you will most definitely be frustrated. The store itself is great.

Susan is the most disrespectful person. We went in today to replace our duralast car jack, which we have a warranty on. She gave us a hard time but finally processed it. Refused to give us a receipt. When we turned to leave I heard her telling another employee that "hes someone we don't do exchanges for" referring to my boyfriend. We will be calling corporate on Monday. She has always treated my boyfriend badly and disrespectfully because he actually uses his warranty on the things he buys that break.

I have been using Autozone since they moved into the area.I have purchased from Rockland, Brockton, Kingston Autozone stores as well. The Marshfield store, in my opinion, is the absolute best.I m pretty sure it is because of the management in this particular store. Tony is my number one go to guy .The tools I buy from that store, and the parts I order are always spot on.In the event of any problems, Tony has ALWAYS, Rectified the situation promptly.Just wanted to give him and the team five star review, thank you for years of supplying me with the parts I have needed to keep my vehicles running!!

Not my favorite place to get stuff, but you get what you pay for. If they get it right. Normally I would recommend O'Reilly auto parts over them, and for batteries, definitely go interstate from a place like the battery store in Halifax ma. Right next to Cumberland farms, and John the barber shop. My favorite place to get a haircut by the way. Three stops in one hahaha

They're not happy if you know more than them. Unwilling to price match. Ok in a pinch, but if you can plan your work ahead, you're better off going online.
