Such a great experience I cannot say anything wrong about it. It did take a while however, that is only because my car needs a special filter and they had to go get it. I drive a diesel Volkswagen and it s a special car. The tech that helped me his name is Nicholas, such a great personality and he truly enjoys what he does and thought my car was really cool. You have a great asset to your company. I have been a manager in retail and restaurants for 20 years and I would be happy to have someone with his customer service on my team! Great job Nicholas! And thank you Valvoline for an awesome experience. I am sure to be back!

The women entering my information was very rude. I made the mistake of asking what were they doing testing battery and other services I was told it was part of the service and if I didn t like it I should just go someplace where they just pull the plug . I was unaware of all the services it was just a simple question!The guys changing the oil were very thorough and provided a good service. I was handed the paperworkThey did not reset the the get oil serviced message.I will never go back the the Marlborough valvoline. I ve been there before and the experience was great.

Great! They re always busy but very precise and professional. Get the job done and doesn t pressure me buying services I don t know but recently got my transmission fluid drained and replace here A++

Oil change took foreverThey spill oil in my engine, now that oil it s burning and coming through the air vents my truck smells horrible plus this guy Matt beseth lean in my truck paint like is he was the owner. Terrible service today I never had an issue but today experience was horrible. This worker needs to Pay more attention and be more nicer to customers.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change and everyone was friendly. However, one of the techs took two screws off my air filter and didn t put them back. Luckily, they were sitting in a cavity and didn t get lost. Admittedly this is not the biggest issue, but it makes me wonder what other parts/fasteners weren t replaced properly during my service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The branch of valvoline over tightened my screw when performing my oil change. This resulted in a large crack in my oil pan. My car lost all of its oil in 12 hours and cost me about $500 to have repaired. Run away, do not go here. Staff is friendly, but very young and inexperienced.

Always a good experience at this location, everyone is friendly and competent, there is a location closer to where I live but I'd sooner go to the Marlboro location!

I was delivered coupons in the mail. I called the Marlborough store 5 times no answer. I then did the live chat, I wasn't pleased at all. She had no idea about the coupons an it was difficult to get quotes for a Cadillac srx. I needed synthetic oil an extra oil an it came to $110 minus the $15 dollar coupon $95.98. I then had another coupon an she kept telling each service was a separate charge. I ssid the coupon clearly states all included. I had to email her the coupon an she never gave me the time of day. Said she wasn't aware of what coupons are offered in this area in the mail an emailed me different coupons. Then told me to call the Marlborough store an I had already told her they don't answer. They are probably short staffed but when I drive by its dead. So unfortunately I will find another place.

Misquoted wait. Left me sitting in bay without service for over 10 minutes. Made me late. Staff appeared slovenly and incompetent.

Wow. What an experience. The employee talked about the following while servicing my vehicle: "can't wait to get out of this place and go on vacation next week. I failed my certifcation a couple weeks ago and got talking to by my assistant Manger about it."....that makes me feel really confident letting you work on my vehicle.When you come here, it seems like no one has a clue what they are doing. Lots of talking about everything else besides what they are actually doing. No focus or attention to detail what so ever. Won't return again and praying my car didn't get ruined by them.Service: Oil change

My vehicle was not checked at all topside. My invoice says things were checked, but I ve been to Valvoline before and I m 100% sure that this time it was not done. My invoice says my service person topside was Kayla, I felt like she was just trying to get rid of me. My oil indicator light on my dashboard was not reset, even though my invoice says it was. I had to google how to do that myself after I got home. I also never received the sticker that tells me when to come back. The guy that talked me through the services was super friendly and knowledgeable, and he told me that someone would come by and explain some things to me, resent my oil light, and give me a new sticker. However the only thing done by Kayla was show me that the new oil was clear and then tell me I m all set. I saw people working on the other cars and actually checking for the stuff that my invoice says it was done, but it wasn t on my case. I chose Valvoline because as a women, I don t really like going to the mechanics because I feel like some of them might want to take advantage of the little I know about cars. Valvoline is different, I thought, they have set prices and good standards, I won t be taken advantage of there. Well, guess not. Highly dissatisfied with this location.Service: Oil change

Very disappointed with the services.1- I asked for the tires to be inflated and they told me they couldn't as the machine didn't have enough air for my type of tire.2- So I asked them to change my air filter that was completely dirty, they couldn't do it either because they didn't have it in stockin addition to being a time consuming service just because it is an oil change, i leaves the place without my problems being solved.my car was an f350I hope that my complaints are read and that the store manager solves this type of failure so that the next customers do not have the same frustration.The employ name (Ebony) did a great job

There are 4 bays available here, each bay had one car each that the techs were working on before I arrived on a sunny Saturday evening. It took more than an hour and a half to get my oil changed, they were fully staffed too. The manager had to come out and yell at everyone to hurry up and stop wasting time as there were 3 cars waiting at each of the 4 bays trying to get their oil changed. Very slow service in this location.

Incredibly fast service for a good price. The staff is always, and I mean always, friendly. They have a record of your car's replacements and services so they can recommend filter changes and the like, but they don't push those services on you. My first bad experience here was a few months ago, I brought my moms car in for a basic oil change. A part of whatever they use to put the oil in fell into her car which left us having to get a tow truck to get her car driven to get fixed which they did not reimburse for the tow or fixing of the car I would like to add. Today I tried to give them a second chance, starting off the experience with letting someone else go in front of us because they tried to enter the wrong side, and leaving the experience with no oil change due to them telling me my a wire to my hood was broken and i needed to go to get it fixed somewhere and come back, I drove into the parking lot next to vavoline, popped my hood, walked outside the car, opened it myself with no issue whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to the hudson location :)

Love being able to locate a groupon and score a fantastic deal on a full synthetic oil change. This particular location is fantastic and everyone seems really professional!

This place has gone downhill in the past year. In the bay for an hour. When I asked them if there was a problem, the kid came up with "your oil filter was stuck." Complete nonsense because I felt when they changed the filter 30 minutes before. I'm not as dumb as I look. Honesty goes a long way. No longer a 15 minute pit stop, I wouldn't plan on anything less than 75 minutes.Service: Oil change

My experience was a poor one. Took over 1hour to complete Aiden and Matt seem to have no clue. Aiden kept trying but seem to be waiting for Matt. Matt keep disappearing I asked how much longer Matt seemed to hurry then. Aiden looked like he couldn t read a dipstick.Left your establishment pulled over to check my oil and over filled, also oil mess on oil pan and area where you take of the filter.Why couldn t they wipe up the mess. I will be go elsewhere.Service: Oil change
