Returned back for seat belt replacement after my car was repaired here after accident and my husband's car had minor repair after accident also with those guys.Adequate cost, accurate estimation in advance, easy drop off/pick up, scheduled repair soon, very quick repair. They added complimentary detailing of interior for 0 bucks (that was needed, thank you soooooo much!)....Great communications and very friendly staff. Thank you so much! Will be back (i hope not - i don't want the car broken, but :)...)

I was just back from a trip the night before and my car was side swiped on the drivers by a commercial transport van in the middle of rte 9 in Westborough,�turned out to be about $2,200 in damage.� There began the accident damage process with my insurance company Geico.� They have a great process and booked an appointment for me with Ultra Shine Collision, a Geico approved estimator and auto body shop.� I have to say that the service was first rate the whole way including a rental car that was provided for me by Geico and was conveniently set up right at Ultra Shine.� Such great convenience at a stressful time.� I'm sure glad I switched to Geico and Ultra Shine is a first rate experience.� They detailed my car inside and out for no charge and the interior was air freshened with nice branded merch left on the seat.� The detailing was other level! There was one hiccup with the rental car company that Heather stepped in and took care of; she is a real pro for a manager so if there is anything that needs to be sorted she will take care of it.

If I could give ultra shine collision a 100 stars, I would. Why because they deserve a five star rating. I dropped my car off on 28 November 23 and she was ready for pick up on December 8 23. The staff was friendly. They provided me with all the information I needed. My rental car was there awaiting me. They also cleaned my car inside and out and she look like new!! They left me a little notebook with a thank you note, pen and a few breath mints, super thoughtful!! I will recommend this place 100 times over! Thank you everyone!

Ultra Shine worked directly with my insurance company on the estimate, receiving payment, returning the rental car, etc. I had a decent amount of work done on the front passenger side and got my car back in less than 3 weeks. My car looked identical compared to how I bought it. Ultra Shine kept me updated along the way and even detailed my car before I picked it up. Friendly employees that made a not-so-great experience as painless as possible. 100% recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Friendly service but quality was lacking. It's tough to know what to look for in a body shop after an accident. It (hopefully) happens very infrequently and online reviews don't seem to do much to differentiate between shops. I took my insurance company's recommendation and went to Ultra Shine to get my 2018 VW repaired after a rear-end accident. I'm not going to get into the time that it took to repair because I feel that there are too many variables and the shop did a good job warning me upfront that they were still experiencing supply chain delays. That said, I was told on 2 consecutive weeks that may car would be ready on Friday only to be told on that Friday that it was delayed. That is a communication issue on the shop, not a supply chain issue.Ultimately, giving 2 stars because the condition that the vehicle was returned to me was unacceptable. I noticed dried paint drips on the rear bumper on my first pickup attempt (see photo 1). The shop acknowledged the issue and fixed it the same day. Unfortunately, I later noticed more dried paint drips over the drivers' door (see photo 2) which meant I needed to return again for a second repair. At the same time I noticed there were scratches on the roof that appear to have been left by a paint buffing machine (see photo 3). These scratches were also repaired on my second trip back.While the shop fixed these issues, the car should never have been returned to me with these obvious paint flaws in the first place. If this is the quality reflected in what I CAN see, I worry about the quality of work with what I CAN'T see. I would strongly recommend against this shop and would never personally return for any future work.Service: Body & Trim

If you are looking for high quality service, in a timely manner with people who care, look no other than Ultrashine!! They did a phenomenal job helping get my dad's car from failing inspection to getting up to standard by replacing new rockers, panels on a very old car. Very happy with the service and will be back with any other car needs I have.

Went in to have repairs done for the accident I had. They were quick, and worked with my insurance well. And to my surprise the car was detailed when I picked it up. They did an amazing job and will be bringing my other car there to be detailed.

I have used this team twice now and somehow was even more impressed with them the second time. The seamlessness in which they work with the insurance and rental car companies is unmatched and makes the whole process so easy. Not only does the damage get fixed, but the whole car is left looking (truly) better than it ever has in my possession. Thank you Ultra Shine!

I'm so glad I brought my vehicle to ultra Shine collision! It was a pleasure discussing work done with Mike the mechanic and everybody else I talked to there was very professional and organized! I couldn't be more happier! When I got my car back it was complimentary detailed and they left me goodies in my carVery nice!

I took my nine year old car in for detailing. Nine years of carrying dirty bikes and hiking gear and eating Cheez-Its "on the go" and whatever else we put our cars through... the inside had been left a mess. I was hopeful that the people at Ultrashine would be able to get the interior restored to some acceptable level of cleanliness.Instead, I went to pick up the car, opened the door and was stunned. It's absolutely spotless. With the exception of a few scratch marks on the plastic, I wouldn't have recognized it as my car. No more Cheez-Its embedded in the fabric, no more sticky soda residue in the cup holders, no more dirt in the trunk area from muddy hiking boots and bike tires, etc.Wow. Just wow.

Very satisfied with my experience(s) at Ultra Shine. Both times they were professional and timely allowing for a seamless experience. Ultra Shine handled all the communication with insurance and they have an enterprise representatives ready to go with your rental when you arrive. They truly take the stress out of car troubles. ultra shine collision helped me out faster than I ever thought .. Kinda skeptical at first about how long the services would take had me pacing around there office. until the office staff were able to calm me down, and tell me everything will go fine . long story short. They finished my car in record timing. If I had to recommend a auto body shop it has to be ultra shine collision.. Thanks again Ladies and Gents...Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I never write reviews so that s how you know this is a big deal ha, but this place is the best auto body I ve been to hands down. They really care about you and will do whatever they can to help you. Transparency is important to me and this is the only auto body I ve used that has really followed through on their promise and has done an exceptional job every time. I will NOT go anywhere else for my car but Ultra Shine now. Thank you to everyone who works there, I appreciate you.

The team at Ultrashine was fantastic, and my car came back looking good as new--and with a free detailing, to boot! I particularly want to thank Jeff for his professionalism and his dedication to customer service and safety. He patiently helped me navigate frustration with my car insurance (if you use Geico, switch!). Heather was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were 3 incidents in the last 3 months between two of my Subaru's. Ultra Shine repaired my car all three times as quickly as possible, with quality work. The staff there is extremely friendly and communicates very well along the process of vehicle repairs. God forbid that i ever have to go back again, but they are great people and perform great work. Highly recommended collision center, especially if you have a Subaru.

Ultra Shine Collision is the absolute BEST at what they do! Their prices are better than any quote I could get anywhere else and all of the staff are extremely professional and welcoming! Heather at the front desk is so so fabulous, she made booking my appointment and having to reschedule it so easy. When I picked my car up last night I was SO HAPPY! Ultra Shine really went above and beyond my expectations, they cleaned the outside and inside of my car! My custom Jeep mats were cleaned/scrubbed, they put mints in cup holder, they wrote me an awesome note with a free pen & notepad, vacuumed the seats & floor, cleaned my windows and shined my tires!! I was truly so grateful and appreciative of all of the hard work they put into my car. My vehicle was originally there to get one the mirrors fixed and when I picked it up it looked 100 times better than it did when I dropped it off. I would recommend Ultra Shine and their amazing staff to anyone anytime! Thank you so much! You guys rock!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely LOVE this body shop, so glad I found it...my car is my baby, and it's a bit 'modified', and I wouldn't trust it to sny other shop. Their techs are top notch and their front desk staff is so friendly and knowledgeable...just an all around fantastic place. If you truly want the best, go to Ultrashine, you'll be glad you did

Ultrashine made an annoying process completely seamless! Rental company on site that they coordinate with so no worries on figuring out rides. They had excellent communication, went above and beyond getting me my car early with a FULL detail after the repair was done - it came back to me cleaner than I left it! Also just very thoughtful and service oriented, ie they saw me struggling to move car seats to the rental and helped move my car closer. And excellent work on top of it all - you'd never be able to tell the back of the car where I was rear ended wasn't brand new. Highly recommend.

They went above and beyond!!! I m so glad I chose to drop my MINI Cooper off here. I was involved in an accident and the driver s side needed some repair. I was so impressed by their work when I got my car back!They made every effort contacting both my insurance company and the driver at fault s insurance company when there were issues of who was covering what and delays with them coming out to see the damages.The parts my car needed were backordered which greatly held up the repairs (took >2 months to get the car back but absolutely not Ultra Shine s fault) and they made sure to update me weekly about the progress of getting the parts, when the car will be worked on, and estimations of when the services will be finished.Besides Ultra Shine s amazing service, Enterprise is also located right there! Picking up the rental car and returning it was super easy since Ultra Shine and Enterprise was in the same office.Overall, I couldn t be happier with the service here.
