Store my cars here for winter storage. This year had decided to get a few things added on while there. Wayne was extremely helpful in the process. Everything came out amazing and was excited when I picked cars up, and seen the upgrades. Definitely recommend.

I got the telephone number from an actual colleague of mine in the industry, and when I call. Wayne, was very helpful and was able to fit me into the schedule immediately. Their service was spectacular and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it on a timely fashion. Might I add? I use my vehicle to generate income for my family. I will highly recommend toy motorsports to everyone. The gentleman dropped help me drop off vehicle really was impressed with the shop.

I see these guys once a month already and decided to try them out for a ceramic coating. Best move I ever made. I had already talked to about 3 other places and I didn't get a good feeling from any of them. Had it done in very good time for what they were doing. Car looks AMAZING. For a shop that regularly performs work on very high end cars, every month I see a parade of rolls's, g-wagons, and Maseratis going in and out of that place it was very refreshing to see how important the work being done on my little infinite was to them. When I came to pick up the car, some of the people who worked there were taking pictures of my rig for the website. Definitely a good culture of high quality work and pride in what they do there. Wasn't the highest price that I got quoted for the job or the lowest however; you always get what you pay for and I know that a couple of the estimates I got prior to coming to Toy Motorsports were way too low. I will never regret taking my car there. It came out amazing and I can tell that those guys have the right stuff. They even detailed the inside which was a nice surprise. Place is great for car lovers, got in for tires and even that the tires came In with a slight issue (mounted wrong on the wheel) they fixed it in minutes. Only thing is that the price advertised for installation was lower than the actual cost at the transaction time, I did not mind it as the cost is quite reasonable and the advertised one did look too low to be true.

I went to Toy Motorsport for electrical repair work and a new touch screen system. I did not realize all of the services they offered and got much more done than expected. New stereo installed, electrical work done, new tires, new brakes, and new shocks. Wayne and his team went through every aspect of my vehicle and offered recommendations. Their work was significantly better quality than other places I have been. Wayne s team even addressed an issue with my vehicles fender flares which I did not know existed and at no added cost. I highly recommend Toy Motorsport and do plan on using them again. They out performed and out delivered what I expected. Excellent work and service all around.

I had factory twin turbos replaced in my 2013 F150 at Toy Motorsports last week. The entire staff was very helpful from the initial phone call until I picked the truck up Friday afternoon. They ran into multiple supply chain issues with getting parts in hand, but they were transparent through the entire process and made sure to prioritize my vehicle once the parts arrived and hustled to get it done before this weekends snow storm. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable, and the service was top notch. I m very happy I made the decision to bring my truck to Toy and I will trust them with all of my family s vehicles going forward.

Review about their Vehicle Storage: Stored my Audi last year there providing car cover and a battery maintainer. I did exterior detailing at another place before dropping off. During drop-off, I was asked to sign a form and leave the car in the parking lot itself with keys in. No update afterwards till the pickup date. During pick-up, I was told that the Car was "really" dirty they had to wash my car before handing it over to me. I really wish they delivered as-is without their "complimentary wash". My questions weren't answered there. I'm not sure when did they took my car into storage (after a day/week/month)? Storing the vehicle indoors along with the protective car cover will still collect dust on car? ASK these questions before paying $$$. I'm taking my business else where.

I had my car detailed (Diamond) last week. (Chevy Equinox).I wanted to thank all of your staff. I needed to drop my car off the night before and Mark was at the desk. He came out to look at my car because I had 2 areas of concern that I was hoping could be address. He could not promise anything but said he would make the technician aware. Well those two areas were addressed and you would never know that there was an issue. I had some transfer paint from when someone came a little too close to my rear quarter panel and there was a spot on my passenger door that had what looked like paint chipped.I cannot thank you enough especially since you work on such high end vehicles and this was just a small SUV. This was a gift from my children as I was getting married that following weekend and I would be transporting all of the dresses to the venue. My car was immaculate.Again, the service and attention to detail was outstanding and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

I highly recommend Toy Motor Sports. They are pleasant, helpful and professional. I have been very happy with all the service they have provided on my car and appreciated their thorough polite explanation of service options. Their receptionist is incredible and even called me back to make sure I was all set and happy with everything. The guys at the desk were also terrific and I feel very comfortable taking my car there for anything.Services: Tires, Oil change

First and last time using Toy Motorsport. I stored my car for the winter there, and asked to get my 4 side windows re-tinted during its stay. They offered a 10% discount on the tint since I was storing the car with them, not bad. I called 3 days in advance letting them know I was coming to get the car, the woman on the phone needed to check if that was possible which was my first red flag. She calls back 24 hours later saying they cannot start the car. I supplied a 5 amp trickle charger so I was rather confused why the battery was dead, and they claimed it was plugged in the entire time. As a master BMW technician myself, I told them to place the battery on a high amperage charger over night. They call back the next day and state the car still won't start, but we can sell you a battery if you like. Come to find out the battery was only at 5 volts (should be 12 volts), there is NO WAY my trickle charger was used. I said I will supply my own battery and could come right away, the woman on the phone said yes that's fine. I show up at their shop 30 minutes later and the technician says he can't install it today, he is far too busy. I ask to see the car, and the technician brings me to a dark and dusty room where the cars are stored. I immediately notice they are also not using the tire-saver ramps I supplied (designed to prevent flat spots). After 20 minutes of waiting and trying to reach the owner on the phone, the technician sees me visibly frustrated and says ok I'll just install the battery. 5 minutes later I'm on my way. They did not offer to cover the battery cost, but they did void the charge for the tint - which by the way they only did the two front windows, and fairly poorly. Horrible customer service, was lied to multiple times, only plus side to this whole ordeal was my car left without any new scratches or damage. Customers be warned, not a good shop!

Hands down saved me when I was in a serious pinch. not only were they are to get the special order tires overnight, they installed and had it ready to go so I can get back to my normal routine without missing a beat. all other places nearby wanted a week or two to get me in. Would highly recommend their service and looking forward to getting my truck ceramic coated in the near future.Service: Tires

They wired in my escort radar detector to my 2021 audi TTRS, did a great job and washed my car too. Much cheaper than I expected. Took a while longer than I thought it would, but someone canceled and they let me know I could drop it off early. I would give 5 stars if I didn't bust my rim pulling in the driveway/road, although that isn't their fault.. a pot hole THAT big you can't see needs a warning sign or something!

Poor quality products and worse customer service. I researched an Android Auto unit I wanted installed. After speaking to the owner he recommended a different unit with a distributor he used, he confirmed I would have all the same features and functional I requested and expected with the other unit so I agreed to go with his recommendation. After the install I was provided no instruction manual for the unit, no guidance for how to use it, and I was told they mostly do apple carplay so they don't know how it works and I would have to figure it out on my own. I immediately noticed the phone functionality echoed and they installed an obnoxious external microphone along the headliner which the other unit did not require. They told me they would look work with manufacturer and get me a manual and I should comeback so they can troubleshoot the echo. A day later I came back in and they weren't able to fix it and I was told that I would need to talk to the owner, who isn't on site, if I wanted a refund. I contacted the owner multiple, he promised to meet me, then canceled on me stating he had other business meetings in boston and he would call me on his way home. Never heard from him. Tried to reschedule and he told me something along the lines of he's very busy running 5 businesses and would do his best. He finished the conversation with a condescending "sounds good bud". Very unprofessional, very rude, and a very poorly run business. Would not work with them again or trust them to store my car, especially after the scratched my rear bumper doing the install awkwardly infront of another half disassembled car but if course they aggressively denied it. Hands down most unprofessional and poor experience. Will be following up with better business bureau next.

Got a Platinum detail package. The free luxury loaner car turned out to be an old Ford Focus from a rental agency which needed my credit card on file until Toy Motorsports did the billing paperwork. Turns out they never did so now I m being charged for this free luxury loaner car! Multiple phone calls, emails and visits have gone ignored. Getting 2 stars only because the car did look good after the detail work was done, aside from the fast food wrapper someone left inside.I don t know what happened to this place. Used to be reliable and professional and now it is definitely the opposite. Getting a refund for an overcharge/mistake should not take OVER 2 MONTHS.

I went to get a remote starter and service was great! I love drop-off feature. I returned a year later to have them re-connect the wiring after changing my car battery & they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I recommend them.

Hi. I was there today and had a remote starter installed on my 2012 Highlander. I must say you guys are the BEST! The service, time, value and explanation to my questions was amazing. The guy at the desk was a jerk, sagged his pants and was leaning on my car as if he owned it. He was a pretty heavy dude too which worried me because his body was being supported by the paint I just touched up. He just chilled there and talked with the other guy actually working on it They showed zero concern for the condition of the car nor the customer. Overall a very unprofessional and unwelcoming place. I do not recommend anyone else place their trust with them. Especially the guy resting on the side/roof of my vehicle with his pants falling down and a hat on. 2 Stars cause the waiting room had a nice couch...

Worst experience with this business! I originally asked them what the cost would be to replace a speaker in my car, they said it would be over $400 for a simple speaker replacement! I declined but wanted other work done so I scheduled an appointment with them over the phone and they reconfirmed via email. The appointment was for Saturday at 8:30am, and their business hours are 8:00 - 4:00 on Saturday, but when I showed up the shop was closed and no one was there! I called and no response, I emailed and no response, so I assumed they were running late. I waited an additional 20 minutes, outside in my car, until almost 9:00am and no one showed up and even opened the shop. I left another message that day and have yet to even receive a response, days later, explaining perhaps they had an emergency or to apologize to me for wasting my time. Avoid this place, it is clearly a poorly run business as evidenced by my experience as well as the others leaving reviews!

Do not use this company. On August 11, 2018 I gave them a fully refundable deposit on wheels and tires. After I gave them my deposit, they still have failed to respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls. I demanded my money back and still have not received a check from the owner, Marc Mallegni. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money and aggravation, do not use this company.

We have been using Toy Motorsports to store 2 work vehicles for a few years now - they have done an incredible job assisting with mechanical issues and taking care of our vehicles especially when we have no staff in the area. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Went for a quick wash and it was worth it for a cold March morning. We got a deal on Groupon and had gone for a full details in February. It wasn't busy in the morning so you could just wait and drink coffee. Another lady came with her baby boy to fix something electronics (alarm?). They did it for her on the spot. We went at 9am and was out in 45 mins.
