Stopped by Marlboro location for a slow leak in my rear tire . The gentleman at the front was Amazing! ( Anthony) . He was very accommodating and highly recommend town fair tire. They were very professional and efficient, and I will be back when I need new tires for my Truck!!Thanks AnthonyKris -

Just got my flat tire fixed. They are awesome. Anthony at the front desk manages the flow well, communicates clearly, and got my tire fixed and me out the door quickly! I drive from another town to Marlboro because I've been so happy with them!

Impressed with the quick turn around! Matt and Jose were quite knowledgeable and helpful. Taking a star off cuz of how Anthony was not truthful about how they handle snow tire changeover and was simply stating whatever would make him sound right. I had to point out their service description and that's when Matt took over and genuinely apologized for the confusion and also sweetened the deal by taking off charge for balancing. I'd definitely be back but would remember to avoid Anthony. This is just my experience!!Also, Anthony is the one who prompted me for this review - with a very strong car salesman tactic and was trying to dictate a review for himself, I'd definitely avoid him next time!!

I unfortunately got a flat tire yesterday . I was very pleased with my service when I went to Town Fair Tire today where Jose & Paul went above & beyond to be sure I got tire replaced & car back in a very timely manner. Jose answered the phone @ closing time (yesterday) & very helpful & responsive to make me the apt for this morning so I could get to work today. Thank you Town Fair Tire for always go above & beyond to keep your long time customers happy.Rebekah

Great selection of tires at favorable prices. We have been customers for several years and always experience outstanding service. Jose and Matt at the front desk are courteous and very professional, and notify us about the progress of work. Pricing and car pick up time offered are always respected. I recommend Town Faire Tire in Marlborough when tire service is needed.

Marlborough Town Fair Tire at 481 Boston Post Road East, is the best! I cannot say enough good about their customer service and highly professional team. They work together to keep the quality of service high while assisting in ways to help you get the best price possible. They work extremely hard and try to get you back on the road as quickly as possible - very impressive! Even when I had to wait for a part to arrive; they finished the job much faster than they had anticipated and worked to get me out of paying for an extra day on a car rental. This is the place to go if you're looking to find hard working professionals who care about their customers and want to build a strong hometown clientele. They are my go to for all things tires! Many thanks to the whole team!

Town Fair Tire in Marlboro, MA is my default place when I have to do anything with tires on my car. Today, I needed a puncture looked at and got an appointment quickly. Jose was very helpful and quick checking my car it. I had my car back in an hour! Great job and thanks.

They were able to get my tire fixed rather quickly (had to leave it there and walk home due to no appointment) and had my car back sooner than expected. They did not air it up to specs (this seems to be a recurring issue as that happened previously when I purchased all four tires from them and none were the same air pressure). The staff was courteous and helpful.

I had a flat tire that needed to be patched. Matt who was working the front desk was friendly and communicative. He said it was busy & would be done around 6 pm initially. However it only took 2-3 hours which was great. Paul is the staff member who rang me out and he was also very kind! We have been using Town Fair Tire for years and they never disappoint!

Today (1/22/24) I received some absolutely incredible service that went above and beyond from Town Fair Tire Marlborough. I had 4 brand new tires put on in August (5 months and 6,500 miles on the tires) and due to a manufacturing defect, 2 of the tires were showing premature wear and the tread was starting to go bald. The staff at Town Fair Tire were incredibly receptive of the issues I was having and offered to correct the issue with 2 new tires. When the new tires did not arrive on time for a weekend appointment, the manager drove me back to my place in his own car (less than 10 minutes with me living locally) after my appointment had to be rescheduled to a weekday to be back in time for an important work meeting. The whole way through, I received excellent communication and service from a very empathetic and understanding staff. This is exactly the type of service that wins you lifetime clients and I know I will be going back to Town Fair Tire Marlborough for my future tire needs! (I will be cross-posting this review across various channels.)

Jose was such a great help when I came in for new tires. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and when it was something he could not due he explained why and got him manager Paul to assist. Excellent service from Paul he has assisted me with a big safety issue my mechanic said he fixed but didn t. I would have never known. Knowledgeable mechanics like Carlos! Carlos went above & beyond to help with another safety issue I paid $1k to my mechanic for, Carlos tightened what was supposed to already be done. Fixing the issue with my car.These guys are knowledgeable & honest & I m so thankful that they really prevented a disaster from happening. Thank you guys, I appreciate you!!!

I realized my tires were bald right before a snowstorm. Everyone at TFT was so nice and accommodating. They managed to fit me in even though they were booked up. They explained everything clearly and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, instead, I felt well taken care of. I'm thankful to the whole team and feel much safer with the expected snow!

Paul Pettingell was awesome. I was in a pinch with a tire that blew out but couldn t wait for the tire to be fixed and get it on my car. He problem solved for me and had me leave the tire and come back later in the day to put it on the car. Great service!

I changed the tires of my car, the process was very smooth. I made the choice and scheduling online and on the schedule day I went to the store and was attended by Paul (Malborough store) he explained to me about everything. I really recommend the service! Great cost-benefit.Thank you Guys,

I needed new tires for my car, I worked with Paul at TFT. He was great! When they say no one will beat them in prices they mean it. They priced matched to pep boys who were 140 cheaper but in Dedham and Paul made sure I got the best deal. He quoted me 2 hours for the work to be done, and he was spot on. Will definitely come back here for my next set of tires.

Anthony replaced all of my lugnuts for me no charge. Replaced all 4 tires in under 30 minutes. Great place to bring your car to get tires, and a great warranty for your tires

I was really happy with the customer service that Jose and Matt provided they were really polite and Jose offered a lot of services they provided for my tires and their good deals after looking at my tires. I definitely recommend this location for your tire needs.
