The day I went it was definitely busy. And I am not huge car guy so perhaps I didn t explain myself super well. I left my car with them for more than two days. However, I asked for 4 different aspects of my vehicle to be checked out. 1 was completed, 1 was checked out but not addressed. 1 not even mentioned upon pick with no improvement. And 1 I was told they didn t have time to check the computer warning.

Terrible customer service from Patricia Flynn Sousa. I initially schedule my appointment online for 01/19 at 8 am and she sent me a email saying that was automatically moved to 9am. I reply the email saying that I was only able to attend at 8am. She told me that was moved to 01/24 at 8am. At the time that I arrived at the store the guy told me that the appointment was only at 9am. Unfortunately this is the second time that I tried to schedule something in this unit and something like this happens. I never had problem with other locations.

Service guy rude-I asked if I could get my tires back and he rudely said you didn't ask he also told me you had to put different size tires on and what I requested which cost more and I said I never requested any size you guys were the ones that told me what size to get. after I paid he just turned around and left and didn't tell me my car was out in the regular customer parking lot rather than where they normally park cars that are done on the side of the building. thankfully two other guys that work there were very kind. My car immediately started making a flapping noise with the tire pressure gauge blinking the guy didn't explain anything about the tires, whether they were on the front or back, why they would put two tires on the front or the back, he acted like I was buying a cheese pizza at rather than $315 worth of tires!!!!I took it to a mechanic in my hometown and he said they had just not put it on right, they had not aligned the two tires I will never use these people again. the man at the front desk needs to be spoken to as I'm sure I'm not the only one he's been so incredibly rude to. I stood there waiting to pay and get my car and he didn't even say hello he looked right at me kept walking around, looked at me again, just kept going around being so incredibly rude (. this guy really does need to be spoken to because he will take away a lot of your business.... in fact he acted like I was lucky that I was given your service!!!)

Update:Customer service reached out and they redid the tire balancing and even offered a new set of tires. The issue is mostly resolved.Original:Severe vibration at highway speed after tire replacement. Will have to go back to get tire rebalanced. Huge waste of time.

Always a completely painless experience at Sullivan Tire! Came here for new tires and oil change last year and came back for recommended maintenance. It s very easy to make an appointment online and prices are extremely fair.

Knowledgeable sales team, explained all my options, services and protections available. Mechanic, called and explained findings, and recommendations. Vehicle was ready and service completed on time as stated. Happy with my new tires, and the overall service provided.

The Bedford location has much better customer service. This is the second time we've gone to the Marlborough location and had a negative experience with the customer service AND the work that's being done. We will not be returning.

I have always received excellent service from Sullivan Tires. They give 10% off for people who work in Marlborough which is great. They have been very honest in all of the quotes I have gotten from them in the past and the work has been excellent quality.

Just moved to the state and had to the state inspection process, went at 8AM, dropped car off, was told it would be done by end of the day, was actually done before noon, and additionally, the manager remembered me at from earlier, felt special.Good service! Will definitely come again for future inspections.Location interior and exterior is also clean and staff looked as if they enjoyed their jobs.

ETA: I never heard from management as they indicated.Had new tires put on six months ago that are great, it was such a positive experience that I came back when I needed my AC system looked at and was due for an emissions test. I made a drop off appointment and dropped it off at 8 AM. When I picked it up around 5, they only got to the emissions test. The front desk staff member claims that they are very behind. This is not acceptable when one makes arrangements to be without their car for a day and expects the work to get done. The least they could let you know after you book the appointment, and before arriving, that there is a potential that it all won t get done and offer another day instead. I will not use Sullivan in the future.

As always I had an excellent experience with Sullivan Tire. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, the Sullivan employee called me to tell me the work and the cost and when the parts would be in. I just picked up my vehicle and the employees at the desk could not have been nicer. Thank you!

Samson is awesome. He helped me with my tire selection and got me a great deal. I'd definitely go in there and ask for him specifically every time I need help with my jeep. He's very knowledgeable and honest and straight shoots with exactly what I need. The technician in the back was also superb. He kept my car clean and got the job done in easily half the time I thought it would take.

Great experience and prices. I was informed exactly when the car would be ready, they were ready to take the car first thing in the morning and the price was what they said it would be. Had a slight issue with tire sensor and the next day the checked it out for me. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Sullivan Tire & Auto in Marlborough. All of the staff were very friendly and very easy to work with to make an appointment and facilitate drop off and pick up. The staff were transparent about all issues with the car and how they planned to resolve all issues, including the price of each. They gave recommendations that kept my best interest in mind and as someone who has no knowledge of cars, this was very appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Sullivan Tire & Auto to anyone!

I was treated like family once again on my most recent visit to Sullivan Tire and Auto service, Marlborough.My truck was running with 1/2 power, brought it in to Mr.Leland in Marlborough. He told me he would do his best but was short staffed.Working with limited staff , he was able to diagnose my issues and have them all taken care of in one day.Incredible service for this hard working man is exactly what I deserve and what I get at Sullivan tire every time.Big thank you to Manager Mike Leland and his three musketeer, dedicated crew.Sincerely,Mr.John William Graham 111

Went for a vehicle inspection at 1pm. Was told there were 4 vehicles ahead of me and I would have to leave the car until the end of the day. I guess if takes an hour plus for each vehicle? I went somewhere else, got the inslection done in under an hour when I was 3rd in line.

Poor administration and service. I do not recommend them if you're look for a tire replacement.

Had a great experience. Gail walked me through the steps for figuring out my tire size and booking an appointment and gave me plenty of pricing options. She was patient about explaining everything even to someone inexperienced like me. The service was completed right on time and the staff was pleasant. Would go there again.

I've only had wonderful service at Sullivan Tire - Marlborough. Making the appointment is easy. Having your car taken car of easy. I'm never oversold on services or extra charges. Check out is a breeze. I trust the shop and am happy to return there time and again for tire needs, oil changes, and inspection stickers. 10/10 would recommend.

Called this location to make an appointment to have a bubble inspected on the sidewall of my daughter's front passenger side tire today under the maintenance plan I purchased with the tire. Next Wednesday 6 days from now is the earliest appointment available. My daughter driving on a damaged tire or a donut spare for 6 days is unacceptable to me when you paid for a maintenance plan. If there making people wait so long that they take there business elsewhere instead of honoring the maintenance plan, it's working. I've Been using this location for my tires for several years. Will cut my losses and take my business elsewhere.

I've been a customer at Sullivan Tire for very long time, 10+ years so it's much past due for me to leave a review. Every single time I've had my vehicles serviced at Sullivan, I've left completely satisfied. Whether it's changing my oil or tires or even a small pebble stuck in my brakes, they fix it promptly and with great care. I trust their work and have never had an issue with any vehicle after service.Past that, on many occasions Sullivan has gone the extra mile time in terms of customer satisfaction. Discounts on your bill if you're a local or work for a local company. The shuttle service to bring you to work or home that will pick you up later so you don't have to wait in the lobby. Price matching a competitor(BJ's offered the same tire for almost $30 less than Sullivan and they matched it without problem).Mike and Gale are usually at the front desk and they are always friendly and helpful and they don't bullshit you around. They don't push things I don't need just to make an extra buck. Quality service from quality people. As long as I live in New England, I will use Sullivan for my auto service.

Great service and very friendly people! Was driving from out of State in business and had a tire blow out. The staff was very helpful and took care and got me back on the road fast! Really appreciative of their customer service, definitely recommend!

I am giving these guys full marks! I have had only one experience with them but it was great. I stopped in with my minivan after 5 PM after the serpentine belt had dropped off on the highway. Long story-short fixed by early afternoon the next day and at a reasonable price despite a overfull booking of appointments. I will go back, thanks Sullivan Tire.

I left my house in the middle of a small snow and rainstorm last weekend. When I went to clear my windshield of snow, I accidentally clicked off one part of the big windshield wiper. I didn't know how to clip it back on, so I slowly drove myself to the nearest auto place, barely being able to see through the rain and slush on the windshield.When I got to the auto place, I walked in and asked the guy at the front desk if he could help me with my problem. He immediately came out of the store to look at my car and spent a good 5 minutes making sure he was fixing my windshield wiper correctly.He didn't ask for any payment, but I wanted to tip him anyways. But I didn't have any cash on me :(. So I'm leaving this review in hopes that it shines a good light on him. I don't know his name. He was working at the 225-237 Boston Post Rd W Marlborough location, at around around 11am on Monday 1/17/2022.

The fan belt went in my car and it had to be towed to the shop around 3pm. I work in the area but live 30 minutes away. They were able to get me in last minute and fixed my car before they closed! I am so grateful. Highly recommend.

Second visit here.Time and time again this place and its staff show not only how well they do their job but also how much they care. With everything going on this year and how tough things can be, they made sure to suggest exactly what I needed and offer some advice for a future visit (which I made in a heart beat).They kept me well informed throughout the service, showed compassion and pride in wanting to help me. At one point I even made a mistake by not triple checking my tire size and they emphasized that it was no big deal and immediately adjusted the order and schedule.First visit was wonderful, this visit blew my mind. The entire staff was super friendly and very thorough. They ve got a customer for life.
