Great service! I just wanted a second opinion and inspection of work I recently had done somewhere else. I booked online. They took the car in right at the appointed time. Charged only a minimal fee. They have earned a new customer. I will be going to them for service again.

I had just purchased a vehicle that needed breaks badly. Meineke was able to take my appointment on less than a days notice, drove me back to my place while work was being done and picked me up while be considerate of my tight schedule that day. They did front and rear breaks at a reasonable price, did a great job, and were extremely professional. Everyone I interacted with were also very courteous and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs work done and prefers by appointment. Very good service, thank you.

I had a great experience at Meineke over the weekend. They were straight forward with what was wrong, called around for the best price on parts, and were able to fix my car quickly! I needed new front rotors, break pads, and calipers. They were able to assess my breaks, get the parts, and fix it in under 2 hours. The price was fair and my breaks feel so much better. I would go back and I would recommend them to someone else! Thank you!

I made the appointment online and got in the next open day.The front desk (Michael) kept me up to date the whole time and set me up with a ride to work & came back when my truck was ready.I got breaks, an oil change & new headlights.Workmanship 100%Customer Service 110%My 1st there. I was impressed and would recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing upfront service!!! Transparent about cost the entire way through a brake/rotor change, they were able to get me in last minute on a Saturday morning and all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely be going back for all my car services/repairs!

I have had work done at Meineke and they've always been on point, friendly and affordable. They explain things in a way I can understand. Monday I received an oil change and had the wipers replaced all within 50 minutes! Meineke had the wipers in stock, plus any parts they had to order in the past were picked to fit my budget. I usually go to Automax but Meineke us open more on the weekendsThey were very quick and convents called the day before for a break light got me in and out in 30 mins

Quoted $486 and agreed. When picking up it was $486 and then they listed a $44 fee . I inquired hat the fee was and got a circle of a bunch of nonsense answers. Said it was like the electric fee on bills, standard on bills, prints in all bills, etc. I wouldn t have minded paying $44 more if I knew what it was for. Got no answer but had to pay to get my car back.

unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience, they went into the garage with the car and somehow hit the side of my car... to make matters worse I saw that the guy who picked up the car called another guy to help him get the car out. and then I noticed a strange movement and when I went to get the car I saw the scratch and they had the courage to say that it wasn't them, I don't recommend it to anyone.Service: Oil change

I had a blow out and Mike was able to help me almost immediately. He did have to order the tire. He kept track of the delivery truck and informed me when it was close so I could come in. Tire was fixed in less than an house. Excellent service! Plus since I am new in town, Mike gave me several restaurant recommendations, one of which I visited - an excellent meal! Went in Friday for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes to be told they didn t have time. I got a call later that evening from the clerk. He was very apologetic and offered to give me $20 off if I came back Monday. I went back Monday, and after my oil change, I asked if I could couple the $20 off with an additional $20 off coupon I had when I originally went in Friday. I was told I couldn t use it and he already gave me the $20 off coupon as my discount for coming back. Just a bit misleading.Service: Oil change

I was driving down from NH when I must have ran over something on the highway. Started hearing noises and after pulling over, saw that something was loose under my car. I pulled it off and continued to my destination, hoping that nothing else happened. After my appointment I brought my car to this location, explained what happened, and wondered if they could just take a look underneath to make sure I could drive it home. The technicians were all super kind and helpful, and they brought my car in right away. I only waited about a half hour while they secured any other loose panels in order for me to get home and bring it to my local shop. I can't thank these people enough. It was great how they were so helpful and understanding of my worry of driving home with something possibly wrong. If I'm in the area again and have car troubles, I will definitely go here again. Thank you!
