Came in for an inspection early in the morning (8:25am) and no other customers were there. My inspection took about 15 minutes, super quick. They accept credit cards so that was great. People have said that the owner is rude, yes he can be apathetic but it s what I expect from older mechanics anyways. He did treat me well, no complaints.

Went for a sticker and it was super easy. I had expected a spiel about check engine lights and all that because my car is very old and has duct tape on it. But the old man just did his job and put a new sticker on. (Note: check engine light was for an oxygen sensor for anyone worried. This guy does a good job, he even checked all the seatbelts which I didn't expect during covid.)

I came here for a safety inspection and was told that the car wouldn't pass due to the front plate not being attached. I then asked if he could simply help me attach the plate since I didnt have screws. He said no. I asked where I could take it and he had no advice. I left with an uninspected car and no solution.I went to another place and was out the door with a sticker and front plate in 15 minutes.Go literally anywhere else. I think the dog grooming business down the road would be more helpful.

I showed up to simply ask about an inspection and the guy with the white hair was very rude. Didn t greet me, and Just screamed 5 ahead of you and don t park there! While Making rude gestures. Needless to say, my friends and I will not be doing any Auto body work with this shop.

Old guy with white hair is an absolute sleeze and is the most rude worker I've ever encountered and works like he's forced to be there and no one else is hiring, as well as stops state inspection stickers early (but they don't tell you that. If you show up at 4:30 they instead put the closed sign that is attached to an orange cone in front of your face/vehicle and walks away instead of talk to you like a decent human being). As long as he works there DO NOT waste your time and money unless you want to feel like you're treated like trash and disrespected on a new level. All I needed was a re-test for a bulb that was out and refused to acknowledge me, and I wouldn't be going back if I hadn't already payed the $35. NEVER spending my time or money there EVER until a new inspector is hired. Disgusting the kind of attitude the establishment let's stay there.

Went there to get an inspection 35 minutes before they "stop doing inspections" and the guy is as rude and apathetic as you can possibly be. He couldn't even be bothered to tell me another place to try. Luckily I found a place down the road just in time called Kraft Tire that was just infinitely more friendly.Look, if you want to close down half hour early that's fine. But at least be friendly to the people trying to pay you money instead of treating your customers like they're a general nuisance.

Just got my third inspection here, and have never had a problem. For those of you trying to get an inspection on your lunch break, just a warning: the inspection station is closed from 12-1PM. I just hung out in the waiting area until 1PM, and they took me a few minutes early even, and I was out in less than 15 minutes with no surprised or shenanigans. The waiting area itself is very basic, a little TV and some magazines and three chairs, but this isn't some ritzy dealership. The employees are good guys and as long as you don't give them any attitude and are patient, you're going to be very pleased with the process.

Went there to get an inspection sticker. Very rude guy with white hair COMMEND ME TO PARK MY CAR IN FRONT no business my friends good luck in your life and hope you lose all your customer with this rudeness..

I have been getting my car inspected here since I was old enough to drive. My boyfriend also comes here. Not anymore. I came today at 12:10pm and they supposedly close at 1pm. I parked and went into the waiting area. There were two other customers waiting, ones car already being inspected. I asked if they were both waiting for inspections. They were. I had my dog in the car so I decided to wait in my car, also because the waiting area is cramped. Asked the other clients if they minded telling him I was here when he came out next. They must have told him another client was waiting because suddenly he opened the bay door, slammed an "I'm sorry were closed" sign almost right in front of my car. I got out and tried to call after him to let him know I had already been waiting. He ignores me and closes the bay door behind him. I walk into the waiting room and wait there. He finally comes out, well pokes his head out and say "i'm only doing one more car." in a very harsh rude tone. I said "I was already waiting when you put that sign out" and again harsher and ruder this time say "i'm only doing one more car" then slams the door and walks back into the garage.Look, I've worked in customer service for 15+ years now. I understand being busy can make you come off as cold. BUT THERE IS ZERO excuse for being rude to a client that is trying to give you their money. Especially when you are denying them a service when the sign outside and the internet says you're open til a certain time and it isn't that time yet.BE NICER DUDE.

Quick service. Place is very rundown and looks like only the owner works there. Having said that he is friendly. Went to get inspection sticker had 3 people in front of me but I was out in 20 minutes.

I went to a tire place down the street first (because they had a better review on this). They completely ignored me when I walked in... so I walked out.This place was great!!! He's very direct and to the point (you're not gonna have a long conversation). But overall, awesome!This is the place to go!

Came for a vehicle state inspection sticker. Service was brisk and I was out in less than half an hour. The small waiting room is cozy, with a couple of chairs, a coffee maker stocked with Maxwell House pods, and a little TV with cable. In a very considerate move, the remote is left on the table next to the TV so you can change the channel.

Terrible experience. If you are looking to waste your time, go here. Needed a state inspection and had everything ready, but they refused to do the inspection without the plates installed (had them in hand). I asked if they could please put the plates on and was told "I don't have time for that. Go somewhere else". Offered to pay and was rejected. Asked if I could borrow a wrench to put the plates on myself and was told "I don't have time for this, you can ask the guys in the shop."

All of my cars knows this place to perfection.I have had a good experience since I started going here.Al is very professional.I usually call ahead to ask how many cars he is working on and try to figure out the wait time.If I know there's more than 3 I wait till next day but when is 3 or less by the time I prepare to get there he is working on one and I'm next.(That's my trick )Al won't talk much but he is pretty fast and honest.I love these place and I have recommended to friends with older cars as well.Thanks Al for your good Quality of service.I'm taking another friend in a few.

Went to get an inspection this morning (of course, last day of the month) and chose Maple Street Auto Body based on on-line reviews. They didn't lie. Professional, courteous and quick. This is the place to go.

What a jerk!!! Walked in to get my car inspected. Got there at 4. Two people were in the waiting room. There's a door that says "employees only. Ring bell for service." So I rang the bell. The guy comes over, swings the door open and says "come back tomorrow" and walked away with the door swinging closed on me. I thought he was joking. So I grabbed the door and he just repeated himself "come back tomorrow" and continued to walk away. I said "oh, seriously?" He said yep with his back to me and walked away. I don't care how busy you are, practice customer service!! Just awful.

Great place Family business Keith ERCOLANI is a fantastic guy.They also do stickers, Keith does tremendous LINEX Applications.They have a specialty shop in the back run by another great guy , his name is Dick.The inspection station is run by Al another great guy.Whatever your reason for coming in ; you will leave happy.They will be honest with you.You may not enjoy finding out you did not pass inspection but Al Will tell you what is needed to pass.This company was started appx 60+ yrs ago by my father.My father was one of the few people who never tried to work an angle on anyone to my knowledge.Although I chose not to take over, I am grateful to my brother Keith for taking over and keeping Maple St Auto Body up and runnjng.My Dad passed on January 31,2012 while vacationing in Aruba.I miss him greatly and visit his gravesight almost every day around 4:20pm.He was what many people aspire to be honest, successful,friendly and a natural born comedian when appropriate. My father did not drive over the speed limit and never did anything dishonest in the 77 yrs he was alive that I am aware of.He was very healthy till the day in 2012 when he left us.I am proud to be his son and to be his namesake.My son is now 16 and has my name.I pray I can be a great father also.My son is very much an Ercolani.We were raised to have integrity which is one of many reasons why many customers still go Maple St Auto Body.Quality work, competent people who care about your safety.Thank You for reading my mini novelBest RegardsRobert E Ercolani Jr

Poor customer service. There is a way to handle certain scenarios and this guy is clearly incapable. How can i trust him with my car if he acts so irrate over nothing.
