So glad I was referred to this shop for some custom exhaust fabrication and Cody didn't disappoint one bit! I needed to have a 3" X-pipe installed and I ended up having Cody do a lot more. The pictures tell the story. The job took 7 hours and the price was very fair at just over ...$700. That includes over 10 feet of high quality stainless 3" pipe, 2 coupleing flanges and a 150 feet of welding wire. The result was an absolutely perfect sounding, leak free exhaust system and I'm as happy as can be.

AWFUL! I went to Lou's today to get my flex pipe fixed and the mechanic STOLE my catalytic converter. Not only did he not tell me he took it off and ripped off my O2 sensor, but he stole it and hid it in the back. I drove off as I only went to get my flex pipe fixed, my check engine light came on and my cat was MISSING!!! I called and went back and he lied to me saying it was no good and he tried to keep it (he hid it in the back) and REFUSED to fix it or give me my money back. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PARTS AND RESELL FOR MONEY!!!

I've used them twice over the past few years for general exhaust repair work on a stock SUV exhaust that's getting old. Very friendly, willing to have me stop by on a whim to take a quick look and give me a rough estimate, easy to schedule and got the work done quick and at a good price. Can't ask for more than that.

Dropped my vehicle off for personally provided valved muffler install, diffuser, and exhaust tips. I spoke with Cody who gave me the assurance that everything was gonna be done specifically to my liking. Day goes by, I come to pick up my car and I found the love for my car all over again. Cody did a custom job for me on a rare fully restored 91 mercury capri turbo and man it sounds like Harp strings. I will surly return with the next restoration.

Lou s was recommended by my mechanic for exhaust repair to avoid a full replacement and I couldn t be happier. Cody was helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my options and the different cost breakdowns. He even stayed a little past closing time to make sure my car was done that day. Great work, great price, quick, only do what's needed. Super nice employees, friendly, hated working and respectful. Like cracked from fatigue, they fixed it and added a flex joint so it won't happen again! I wouldn't go anywhere else and all the Lou's locations are just as good.

Forgot to post last year, I had the full exhaust replaced on my Suzuki Samurai. It has a VW Diesel engine in it, so nothing factory would work at all.Brought it to Lou's of Marlboro and they took a few minutes to look it over, gave me a great price on a stainless 2.5" system from the turbo all the way back, and he put on a nice black tip that really fits the look of the rig.Thank you for great service!I'll be bringing my TT in this week... previous owner had the exhaust repaired somewhere else and it still leaks, I have no doubt the guys at Lou's will get me fixed right up.

Brought my 2007 Honda CRV in for an exhaust issue today. They were extremely busy but Cody took the time to look under the car and give me an estimate. I had never heard of Lou's until I posted a short video of my exhaust leak online. More than one person (including a mechanic) had suggested Lou's, saying these guys were great and would save me money. With a 12 year old truck, I would rather repair what could be repaired and not be told I needed a complete new exhaust system. After seeing great reviews, I had called in and spoke with Cody, who was very friendly and professional. I got a quick appointment, the repair was assessed, approved and completed quickly. The price was very reasonable. I would have expected to pay way more somewhere else. It's no wonder these guys have great reviews.. They know their business very well! Thanks guys.

I engaged Lou s Custom Exhaust to replace the aged and restrictive factory exhaust system in my 2009 Infinity G37x Coupe, with a custom high flow Cat performance system Jan 2020 The result is truly impressive. The exhaust note is superb at driving speeds and sounds absolutely ferocious from 4800-8500 RPM.I was so impressed with Cody s attention to detail, the manager of Lou s in Marlborough, I decided to engaged Lou s to begin the first phase of a full restoration of my G, with the installation of an Infinity factory performance brake kit, a complete factory performance suspension system, Hotchkis performance sway bar kit, a K&N fresh air Intake system and because my G has 115K I had them attend to about 20 other small engine and chassis maintenance issues.Cody and his crew are amazingly dedicated team that can t be beat on craftsmanship or price....I highly recommend them for all your performance and daily driving machines.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Got a glowing recommendation to go here when my muffler fell off my car - ordering a new part would've cost me $1200-1500, but Lou's did the job of installing a new muffler AND replacing the anchor spots that had rusted through for WAY less. My 240,000 miles car needed to have the manifold gasket replaced + heat shield fixed (fall on the exaust pipe due to corrosion). I brought my car in few places to get quotes and Lou's was 2 to 3 time cheaper than all the other place. I dropped my car at 8am, and was ready at 1pm. I bottomed out in my 2010 Ford fusion sel causing my exhaust to pull apart. After attempting to fix it myself without the majority of the proper tools I decided to bring it down to lous custom exhaust. Upon my arrival I met Cody and his lovely bulldog puppy named Brutus. Made an appointment to have the car looked at. When I got there, they pulled the car right in, no waiting. Then showed me the problem under the car. Figuring I would have to come back another time to have the work down, Cody said he could work it in while I was there. They did a great job! Fixed it on the spot in the time he said. A very professional and courteous shop. The shop was very clean too, which shows they take pride in their work. Highly recommend this shop.

This place is a gem!! I was quoted 3000 dollars by my dealer to fix exhaust. Dealer himself recommended to go here. They fixed the issue in a masterful way for only 350. Excellent work, good and polite people! Thank you for your excellent work

I ve never written a google review before... and I needed to go out of my way to put this out there. These guys are amazing. They do high quality work at a fraction of the price of anyone else in the area. They are friendly, explain the situation and give you an honest quote- I wish I had another car I needed to fix because I would bring it here. We've used Lou's Custom Exhaust for a few years now and they have impressed us each time we've needed exhaust repair work done. Today I brought my wife's car in since the exhaust was suddenly making a terrible noise and they contacted me within 30 mins to let me know what needed to be done and had it repaired and running quietly by late morning. Pricing is reasonable and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

Thought I needed cats, but these guys went above & beyond when they stuck a camera inside to see if a replacement was necessary.And it wasn t. They aren t even charging me for their time & effort. I m not one bit surprised these honest guys have a 5 star rating. They have a new customer for life, and I ll recommend them to anyone who needs exhaust work. If you guys at Lou s see this message in time, feel free to stick a Lou s Custom Exhaust sticker anywhere on the rear door of the white Chevy Express box truck

My daughter got a quote of $2,300. To basically replace her rouge exhaust system cause she heard a rattle. Nissan north attleboro told her it was so rusted that the whole thing had to be replaced. Not believing that i called a friend who knows a lot about cars. He recommended i call lou"s. Cody put the car on the lift and went over the whole exhaust with me. The result was $245 for a new tube exhaust and misc. Othetwise the rouge had normal exhaust rust it. Cody was so honest and walked me through the entire evaluation. Never..never.. to a dealer for an exhaust issue or diagnosis.Service: Exhaust

Brought my 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage in for a catback ( Don't laugh). I called ahead and was able to get right in and the guys got down to work. They helped me select the right pipe size as well as an appropriate muffler. I was happy to find out that they could supply stainless as well to survive these New England winters. My little 3 cylinder left there sounding better than I thought possible. Nice deep refined rumble, not angry bees in a coffee can noise. Money well spent.Update: five years later, I still have the Mirage, and the sound of the exhaust still makes me grin. Many have been surprised to find out that it s a three banger that sounds that good. Very pleased.

I had the exhaust from the cat. back totally off of my daughters car. When I went to put on the parts I had ordered nothing fit. I called Lou s and Cody told me to bring it over and they would take care of it. They got all of my parts to fit and did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Thank you gentlemen. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and good prices. Had to have flex pipe installed and a catalytic converter (that I brought with me) welded in. It took about 30 mins and it was done! Definitely going back for any future exhaust work.

Had a section of rusted out exhaust pipe that I kept patching, when it finally gave out, I went to Lou's, explained the issue, was given a ballpark quote of a little over $100. Brought the car back a month later, dropped it off at 3pm on a tuesday, they called me to let me know if a few other small issues and how much they would be by 11am the next day, I went with the original repair only which was more extensive than I thought, and the bill came out to $150 even, which is what I expected for the original lesser repair. These guys are honest, do great work, good welds, good knowledge, great price and will accommodate after hours pick ups and drop offs. Could not reccommend them more and I will be back when the next part rusts out.

Highly impressed with the shop, specifically Luther and Cody. Showed up with an aftermarket axle back exhaust without all the proper hardware and they had it welded to my midpipe in no time. They made sure the fit- up was to my liking along with the position of the exhaust tips and were totally approachable about me making sure we checked that some stock hardware wasn't effected/remained the same after the install. Car looks and sounds awesome. Will be bringing it back in shortly for a custom x-pipe that they gave me a great quote on and showed me previous examples of their work which looked top notch.Thanks again, guys!AJ
