I want to thank you Kraft Tire & Auto Service,for your good service and excellent work. I looked the company to change the oil in my car near work. I called this company to get an appointment, they answered me very politely and scheduled. When I arrived I was met very professionally and respectfully, in time! I was waiting for my car in the waiting room around 35 min, it was comfortable and cozy place for sitting and waiting.Thank you very much for this wonderful experience! I will definitely come to you next time.

Awesome customer service. They ve always bailed out my wife and I during our many auto emergencies. They always take in our vehicles the same day we call. I highly recommend Kraft.

I almost don't want to rave about Kraft Tire because they need more bays and busy some days. But I will:)! Been coming here about 5 years. Always a good experience. Fair pricing, excellent quality work & always honest. They just did a Prius Off-road kit and even though it was their first time it went smoothand makes the car so much easier to enter/exit, and I am not scraping my front end on speed humps and other places.

These guys are as good as the reviews say they are. I have a 2022 that wasn't connecting to the aftermarket TPMS sensors in my winter wheels/tires. They had me bring it first thing, pulled it right in and got to work. The communication, workmanship, and pricing are all best in class. They are good people running an honest business. Should I need tires/repairs in the near future I will be going back.

To say the staff is nice and friendly at Kraft Tire is an understatement. They clearly explain tire options and definitely helped me find the best snow tire. They were so fast and professional; they even test drove my car as part of the service. They were also going out of their way to help customers feel comfortable.. I appreciated that they minimized the number of customers inside to maximize social distancing, I also appreciated everyone was wearing a mask. Thank you guys for all the help, clear explanations, and super fast service. Thank you for the friendly hospitality, I would definitely recommend.

This place is great; have had them replace a full set of tires, and have had tire repairs done. They are honest and helpful. My last experience was bringing in my car for a slow leak in one of the tires, which they repaired at no cost because I had purchased the tires there less than a year ago. A great local business!

Still the best place to take your car in Marlborough. Updating this review because we've taken our cars here several times since posting.I haven't encountered a better auto service provider since moving to Massachusetts in 2012. Honest explanation of issues and pricing with a fast turnaround. Shop owners and technicians are setting a great standard for the metrowest area on how to do business in my opinion.

I recently moved to Marlborough and needed my tires changed. They ordered the tires and had it changed the same day. I came in and the tires was changed and I got my inspection sticker all under 45min. I will definitely be taking my car here for any fixes. I couldn't be any happier with their services. The staff was super friendly, keep up the great work!

awesome service and work. had a small leak on my tires and they fixed it real quick, even when i just called in the morning. won t rip you off either. might be a bit out of the city but it s definitely worth the drive for quality service. super clean waiting room also which is always a plus. i ll definitely be back here for any future work.

I usually never write a review on service places but this was a pleasant surprise. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. I thought this was a chain going in but it turns out to be family owned. The staff seemed to have a rapport with every customer and was easy to deal with. The price quoted was pretty spot on and there was no pressure to add on any services or anything. I was told the job would take a couple of hours and ended up waiting just over an hour and a half which was nice. They did warn me that I would need rear brakes in the future but was good to go. I d definitely come here again.

I got a flat tire on my way home from work and by the grace of God was literally across the street from this place. They were absolutely amazing! I got there just a few minutes prior to closing but they helped me anyway! I would recommend this place to anyone. :) Excellent customer service, great prices, so quick, etc.

Driving to Vermont for a vacation and had a horrible flat tire in Marlborough, MA. Luckily I was at a point that I could call it a day but had to pick up a friend in Manchester early the next day. Looking at Google for tire shops, picked Kraft tire because of the high reviews and because it is family owned. I got there very early, was greeted by a friendly, professional gentlemen. He took my information - had the tire I needed and my car was completely done. I was on the road within 40 minutes. Definitely would recommend this place.

I have been going to Kraft Tire ever since I moved to Marlborough in 1999. A family run place, Kevin and Gary have always treated me fairly. Finding a local, family-run automotive shop was one of the first things that made Marlborough fell like "home".Having owned multiple cars at a time for so many years, all serviced at Kraft Tire, mistakes are inevitable. They have always stood by their work and have made things right. Replaced one rusted parking brake cable only to have the other fail a few weeks later? Fixed for free - parts and labor. Fixing up a clunker that had been parked too long to get ready for sale, where unknowables drove the cost past the estimate? Price lowered. Cannot remember other instances, just remember always being treated fairly.When a dealer quotes a price for a repair on a new car I often ask Kraft Tire for a second opinion. Sometimes they tell me the dealer is quoting fair and can do a better job due to model-specific tools. Other times they quote prices substantially lower. After so many years I now implicitly trust the quotes from this local family business that survives only by reputation. I heartily and fully recommend them for all your car work.

Great, friendly service from a family owned business that has been serving Marlborough and Southborough for two generations.They've never pushed expensive service items that aren't really needed, and I've always felt that they put the customer first and try to keep prices fair.

If you're checking reviews on auto shops, Kraft is the place you're looking for. I still come back here when I can to get my car serviced even though I moved away. Honest, friendly, helpful - can't say enough good things about them.

I fixed a flat tire here and came on several occasions when the tire pressure light was on. They are very reasonable in price and honest. For checking the tire light they didn't charge me anything. Would definitely come here again.

I've been going to Kraft for years for all our family vehicles. I've always had great service, fair and at a fair price. If it doesn't need fixing, they'll say so. My adult children now take their cars there as well.

Very polite and professional. Didn't have the tire in stock I needed, so they actually told me I would be better off going to a competitor who had it instead. That's a stand-up thing to do. Outstanding.

If quality, integrity, and professionalism is important to you, then there is no need to look any further then Kraft Tire. They have been servicing our family's vehicles for over 20 years and I cannot imagine going elsewhere. Thanks guys for the work you just did on the Hyundai

Awesome! ! I find this place because my GPS fail, but I know things happen for a good reason, they are the most professionals I never know! As a girl visiting mechanics have to give them thumbs up!!-extremely clean office and working area-extra fast service-and very kind to listen all my concerns

Friendly, great service, fair prices. Really a pleasure to deal with. They are my go to tire store. They are also happy to deal with tires shipped from Tire Rack.
