Fiance's tire was flat at the stop light outside the shop today, Junior flagged her down and made sure she was back on the road safe and sound. Very kind service and Junior was very informative as well. I wish this guy and his team great success, very good people here and I will be using their services in the future. I had an amazing experience will be coming back again! The lug nuts on my tires were snapping off and I needed a repair asap, JRs got me in the next day and fixed everything for me. Not to mention also fixing my brakes. They would show me images of what needed to be fixed, explain it to me and let me know how much it would be before proceeding. I appreciated the breakdown of the prices too.

Brought my Car to Jrs Auto, easiest experience I ve had at a shop.Their work is clean not pushy at all with repairs. He walked me through exactly what needed to get done with my car and the problem was able to get resolved with no additional issues. Had a great experience and will definitely be making this my go to shop.

Great service everyone was so nice offering us water and coffee. I came in to check on a problem with my tires they were able to quickly figure it out and give me the information I needed to further make a decision on what to do. Dylan and Junior are beyond helpful and kind. Highly recommend

I can honestly say I have NEVER SEEN anything like the kind of service I've received at this place. The treatment you get, the cleanliness, the quality products they put on your car, the warranty, the service they offer, is just second to none!I went to get an oil change, they checked and let me know that my breaks needed to be done too (not the pushy sale kind of approach, just a "letting you know" approach). They did show me the pads and it was clear to me that they had past the point of replacement. I decided to do it. They showed me the pads, the rotors, and assured me they were the best available in the market, and gave me warranty on them, any issue they'd be replaced again, no questions asked!They CLEANED my car, IN and OUT, they even put shine on my tires. I can't recommend them enough, they're now my official mechanic service for anything and everything my car could need now or in the future!Thanks Jr and team, keep up the good work, you guys rock!

Appreciate the open communication about our older Jeep s condition. Another service station recommended $$$ of repairs including a full brake job. Jr showed us high res pics of the brake s condition with only moderate wear and no immediate repairs needed. Their other recommendations were made as if it was their own vehicle and allowed us to make informed decisions.

What a fantastic place, there is no other shop that can compare to Jr s Auto Clinic service and prices! it's clean and the owner is very friendly with years of outstanding customer service. Just picked my car up due to it not starting. Jr was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done and what was done. He even showed photos of his work, which is a huge plus to actually be able to see the before vs. the after. The turnaround time was also a plus! Definitely, highly recommend. Thanks, Jr. -Patricia

Just had new ceramic brake pads and rotors put in my F150. Jr and his team did an excellent job, kept me in the loop, and was very accommodating. Jr walked me through the process and work that needed to be done, and provided me with a detailed and reasonable quote. When I picked up my truck, we did a walk around and he showed me photos he took during the process. They also cleaned my dirty rims and put some shine on the tires. Highly recommend and will come back for regular maintenance and necessary work!

It was my first experience at jrs auto clinic. They are very honest the customer service is out of this world . From previews place I went they never ever treated me like that. My Forester started to misbehave and I found Jr s Auto Clinic online. I am so glad I did! Junior the owner is wonderful! He not only fixed what was necessary, he vacuumed and refreshed the salon and cleaned the wheels (at no charge mind you). My car looks and feels like new! The shop itself is neat and clean, with interesting modern design features. Excellent, well organized business with fair pricing and exceptional customer service. Besides, Junior is just a very good friendly guy, I felt like coming to my brother to repair the car. I will certainly recommend him where ever I can!

I brought my GTI in for repair and literally drove out with a BRAND NEW car! Junior is THE BEST around. He does excellent work, I would HIGHLY recommend Junior s services.I just had to come back and edit my review. I had my 2010 Honda CR-V repaired and detailed at Juniors. Let me just say she needed quite a bit work. And I must say that I have had dealing with all sorts of professional mechanics but I have never encountered someone with more integrity, honesty and just all around professionalism than Junior and his crew. I can t tell you bad of shape my car was in, I don t want to bash past mechanics so let s just say I paid thousands for work that was never done, I mean just basic oil changes or tune ups. I wish I had before photos, all I can say is a picture is most certainly worth a thousand words! I cannot thank you all enough.Thank you JuniorThe Harveys

Excellent all around. I had a problem with my Audi and I'm very selective with servicing. Jr was able to fit me in on such short notice and help me. The shop was super clean and the owner was very well versed in the technology and engineering. I left feeling as though I was family and wouldn't service my vehicle anywhere else!! They are reliable, honest and upfront which is very hard now a days to find !Service: Auto brake repair

JR s auto clinic is by far the best mechanic hands down. Jr and his colleague Dillion are not the kind of mechanics that are just trying make a quick dollar. They offer quality work and do the best they can to offer a solution that could possibly help save money as well. They re more than open to walk you through the process on the kind of work that needs be performed on your vehicle and show you each component that will be fixed/replaced. Highly recommend!

I have never encountered such auto mechanic professionals that care so much about customer service and the customer experience as the team at Jrs Auto Clinic. Wow. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They went above and beyond which is very rare in this industry. Not only did they fix my car that no one else could fix but they also made my car feel BRAND new with an auto detail and an exterior clean. AMAZING. I trust this company 110% with all of our vehicles, personal and business. I came in for a brake service on my 2015 BMW x5. Came in and was shocked how clean the shop was and customer service was excellent. Price was excellent and they painted my brake rotors and calipers free, and used quality parts at a better price then the dealership. I will be bringing back the car for a full detail, will be back and never will go anywhere else. Dylan and junior are the best in town don't waste your time anywhere else

Last Friday my tire pressure light came on while sitting at a red light. I pulled into JRs Auto Clinic across the street. Jr immediately stopped everything he was doing to help me. He pulled a nail out of my tire, washed my tires and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. His lovely wife was behind a desk in the waiting area which was very nice for an auto repair business. I can t thank Jr and his wife enough for taking care of me so quickly on a day I had several appointments to tour assisted living homes for my mom.This was by far the best customer experience I have received in a very long time. Excellent service. This was my first visit yet because I had the service light come on. Jr not only helped me change the oil but also helped me understand the functionality of the problem that my car was going through (since I just got a new car). Extremely professional service. Definitely has me as a returning customer.

I have an older car which I've taken to a number of mechanics, Jr's customer service is hands-down the best I've ever had at a mechanic. Jr talks you through the diagnostic/inspection of the vehicle, identifies and shows you the problem areas, clearly communicates the eta and cost of repairs, and delivers on all jobs charged to you. There was great transparency at every step, the jobs were priced fairly and the shop was easily contactable. At the end I as given complimentary services as well that had my car looking practically new. I left very appreciative and frankly surprised as this sort of customer service can be rare nowadays. They were looking to get a loyal customer from the area and they've succeeded. Much appreciated.
