If you are going anywhere else you re doing yourself a disservice. Honest price, great work and they are willing to work with you. Came in for a power steering leak. They fixed the leak and my car sprung ANOTHER POWER STEERING LEAK from another line right in the lot. Didn t have money to pay for it and was ready to leave but Expert Auto wouldn t let me leave their shop like that. They said they d fix it and I could come back next week to pay them for the work which was the original deal. Mike fixed the second leak and when I ask for a receipt so I know what to pay them when I come back the following week he told me not to worry about it! Free of charge! Truly good people willing to go the extra mile! I couldn t be more appreciative. Thank you Expert. As long as I m in the area you have a life long customer

I ve been going to Expert Auto Repair for years now and have never once run into an issue. Very fair pricing, fast and reliable work done. Mike always explains exactly what is going on with my vehicles before he starts any work and shows me exactly what s going on. As a weekend warrior myself I don t mind doing things at home but bringing my cars here to get serviced I know will get treated with the same care if I were to fix them myself. Mike has worked on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Nissan Altima, BMW 528xi, Jeep Grand Cherokee, & Chevrolet Camaro. Highly recommend if you guys are having any issues with vehicles of any brands!

This place has been really great. Ownership changed a little while back, and you can get an appointment easily now and they are reliable. They're prompt, no-nonsense and get you back on the road safely. It is small, so the parking lot can be a little tough to get around in, but really glad I gave this shop a try because I feel like I can trust them to tell me what I need when (or before) I need it vs. other places that will upsell you on every tiny little thing.

Mike and his team are the best. They repaired 4 different vehicles. He revived my Lexus gx. Prices are reasonable as well

I visited Expert Auto Repair with a car emergency and spoke with Mike. He instantly diagnosed the problem and the solution and put me at ease. He also refused to take payment for his help. Would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend to anyone! My car was making a scraping sound so I brought it in just to get it checked out - they were able to take a look same day, and it turned out to be a pretty minor problem they adjusted quickly, but they did a thorough check to make sure everything was safe - and on top of all of that, didn't charge me for the small fix, which was really refreshing compared to other places that will charge and overcharge for anything they can. Really friendly and went above and beyond - I'd recommend to anyone!

Five stars 10 out of 10! These guys are professional and know what they're doing. They are very affordable considering the market. Mike in the front is a nice guy he took care of my car and the repairs it desperately needed without breaking the bank. Honest and Professional ten out of ten i recommend.

They did an exceptional job on my vehicle. I am so glad that I chose them m to be my mechanic.. they are very friendly helpful when I went there Saturday I was offered tea in the strawberry jam from the receptionist country where she comes from it was so good. I will continue to do my business here.

Expert Auto RepairJunior provides the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced with a mechanic and I am so glad I found this car repair shop. I drive a 180k miles 2007 Volvo which still runs great but I do not want to put so much money into such an old car and was looking for someone who is not just selling you something in order to make money. Junior, the owner of the shop went above and beyond with his service, explaining every detail of the necessary repair, showing me pictures, explaining on the qualities of gas to use in the future and being just super honest with what s going on with my car and how to fix it without spending so much money. He fixed my brakes, even painted them and fixed my muffler without exchanging the entire thing and cleaned the glass of my head lights and left me with a wonderful running car. He even took it through inspection. I could not be happier and will recommend Expert Auto Repair to friends and neighbors and will use their service again. Super nice, friendly, honest, superb work and great price!Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Junior has exceptional customer service skills and treats his customers like family. I needed to get my breaks changed and he did it for me in 1 day and at a much better price than the Mitsubishi Dealership especially during the times we're living in I am especially grateful. He kept in touch through the whole process and now my car feels like brand new! It's difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic anywhere but Junior has exceeded my expectations. I've never had an issue getting an appointment here. Quotes are upfront and fair. All work performed has been reliable for me. Very friendly management, who stay in touch with timely updates. Expert Auto will be my go-to mechanic in the area, and I would recommend them to anyone as well.

I brought my car to get some maintenance done and some other stuff that needed to get checked/fixed.I cannot say enough about the owner Junior and his team. He will over everything step by step before anything gets done and will tell you if something still working and does not have to be replaced. Very honest.He will text you throughout the whole process and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Before I tell my story I highly recommend this repair shop. 10 of 10. I had my car at a nearby tire shop. They were not able to get one of the lug nuts off. I know tire place that can't get off a lug nut. I searched for nearby repair shops and Expert Auto Repair showed up. I explained the situation to them and then they put their manager Junior on the phone. He said no problem he would go look at it and let me know. He called back later and said he could not do it there and I would need to get it to his shop to fix it (had two flats). I had it towed there just before the close of the day. The next morning Junior called me and said he had it off, but since he had the car, he had the mechanics look it over. He sent me pictures of the oil and the rear brake pads and recommended I replace the pads and change the oil. I agreed, because he did me a favor by looking at it, I thought it would be good to give him the business for something I was going to have to do anyways. We never once discussed price. Remember I have never even been to this repair shop, so you can understand at this point I am concerned I have going to have this costly repair. I went over to pick up the car. Junior was working with 2 other customers and on the phone with another. He took the time to explain what he did and his team even cleaned the rims. Ok, time for the bomb. With the brake pad replacement, oil change and lug removal, I was expecting the worse, but I was wrong. The price was very reasonable. Great customer service!!!! I was blown away by the service I received at Expert Auto. As a woman who does not know much about cars I always get a little nervous dropping my car off to get serviced, as I have been taken advantage of before. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at expert auto. Turana actually made this experience pleasurable for me! Before working in my car she thoroughly explain everything to me and showed me how I was getting the best rate for the service I was having done.The turn around from when I dropped off my car to the time I got it back was the fastest I have ever experienced. I was very impressed by business owner Very young, professional lady. She s the one who meet and greet you over the phone and in person during the visit.To outline my air conditioner repair experience:- Issue was identified (faulty compressor )- Received various part quotes (from new to refurbished)- Car loaner was provided for reasonable price- Repair timeline was communicated upfront and kept as promisedOverall I was extremely pleased and satisfied with service was provided and I will come back for any future auto-repair needs. My car had problem on its ABS system.I went to the local mechanic shop to get it fixed. He changed wheel bearings and Abs system. Still didn t solve the problem. I went to Toyota dealer and they gave me $2500+ To fix my problem. When I googled Expert Auto Repair came up with good reviews so I decided to give shot so I went. They took me in without an appointment. But explained me what is the work order and price will look like. Once I confirmed repair they started to work on it. They also waived diagnostic feesThey took care of my car with in 3hours for reasonable price and my car is running great no noise no Abs lights on. Junior is absolutely awesome and will do everything he can to make sure your experience is as great as it can possibly be. Extremely pleased with the service and would recommend Expert Auto Repair to may friends and family. Went to Expert Auto Repair to get a second quote on a known issue. Junior and his team checked the car, identified something else to address and still came in under the original quote. Junior shared images and videos to help me understand what was being fixed and kept me abreast of when the car would be ready. And to top it off- Junior delivered the car clean & shining. I own a BMW 5 series that needed new breaks. Owning a BMW can be quite pricey to maintain. I decided to take my car to Expert Auto Repair quite frankly because of the nice reviews that I've seen for this company. Not to mention that they are right across the street from where I live! Which for me, was very convenient.I met Lincoln there and he did a once over of my car even putting it up on a lift to inspect the brakes. He also discovered that the car needed new rear tires and a rear-wheel alignment.We discussed priced- which was as expected- very pricey. I realize it wasn't his fault as his rates are quite reasonable its just that owning a BMW can be expensive.He offered to throw in a free oil change too. We agreed on a time to do the repair (which was the next day). The turn around was very quick. Less than a few hours.I will definitely be bringing my car back here again should the need arise. I highly recommend Lincoln and Expert Auto Repair.

This guy has probably the best customer service you can get from a repair shop. He wants to make sure you have the best experience possible. He took a lot of time to explain and show me the work that was done and to discuss some other problems I was having with my car. I was quoted $540 at another shop. Here I was charged $300 and they went way beyond the call of duty by reconnecting some broken bits of my bumper and cleaning my headlights and tires.I am definitely going here for all my future maintenance. Glad I could find a good local mechanic. I've had some bad luck in the past. Cool guy, great prices, and A+ service.

My lady and I had just purchased a 2007 BMW X5 4.8i from another place and like any used car there were issues, but Expert Auto was right on top of the problem. We were given a rental no charge to us while they worked on the car and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. What we liked most of all was the communication between Expert Auto and us. Nothing was a surprise and he even helped us with the back brakes even though we asked for the front brakes with no charge to us. In today's climate, auto repair can be a challenge when trying to find a reputable mechanic and with the utmost confidence I can say that Expert Auto is indeed reputable and I highly recommend their services. I have taken my vehicles to Expert auto, and they are the only shop I trust. Junior is the owner of Expert Auto and makes sure his customers come first, he makes sure to show and explain every single detail and explain everything with a well explanation. Junior goes above and beyond to sure that your experience at his shop is one you will never forget. Junior and his mechanic do phenomenal and honest job. I had trouble with my car not starting and the battery indicator was on so I thought it was a problem with the battery. I brought it to Expert Auto Repair to get their opinion. They agreed with me and urged me to replace the battery and convinced me to replace an old belt as well while they were working on it. I asked if they could check the alternator as well as that was another potential cause of the problems I was having, and they said it looked fine. It totaled a little over $400 to replace the battery and belt, which seemed a little steep to me but that s fine.I am now writing this review at 1 am in my car, broken down on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck, because it died again probably due to the alternator being broken.Very nice people, but very displeased with how things turned out. I am very unknowledgeable with cars, and wish they were more thorough in finding the source of the problem I was having instead of pushing me to buy things I didn t need.

The guys here are friendly beyond any mechanic I ve ever been to. Junior, the owner, cares immensely about his customers and puts every fiber to of his being into ensuring his customers have a phenomenal experience.
