First of all Cyrilla is the BEST! Very communicative, knowledgeable, and personable. She had to deal with my AWFUL insurance company for 3 months! Quality of service and customer service was amazing! Small family business who took care of me and my vehicle! Thank you SO much and will be using you for any vehicle needs in the future! Also thank you Nick in the shop and the owner Dom! Great job!

Our car was towed by this business and the lady is very helpful. The only thing is that, we are to speak to the staff from a window . Did not like that concept. They store the car at a different place and would need an appointment to see your car.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!! SCAM!!Had the absolutely worst experience with this business . Had a car accident and the police towed my vehicle to this place. Horrible customer service, they do not answer their phone or return phone calls. A complete scam. They prolong the days so that they can collect storage fees AND more. Your car is NOT stored on site. They take it 5 minutes down the road to a random lot. When they DO answer the phone, they re extremely rude, short and dismissive. I battled 3 days to get my car out of there. Oh also, you must call to make an appointment before ANYTHING. But they don t answer the phone, so good luck getting through. They charged a total of $1,044 total for 6 days, please read my picture for proof. They will hold your vehicle hostage and won t release it to the insurance company until THEY have collected enough money from you. I tried for 3 days to get my belongings out of my vehicle. When the lady finally agreed to show me where my car was located, she REFUSED to give me my keys to get my things out of the trunk. Literally had to raise my voice and say: Give me my keys! . Absolutely ridiculous. Lastly I recommend you to be on the phone with the Marlborough police when you start having a problem with them. They have a long track record with them, and the police WILL stay on the phone with you. I hope you took the time to read this. Good luck

Nope! I'm an appraiser from an insurance company. was going there to appraise a vehicle on the lot and they refused to let me look at the vehicle because I "didn't have an appointment" I've been in every shop in Massachusetts and have never heard of that. I explained I'm not from the area and was just covering for the day so if an appointment was necessary for me to just take a quick couple pictures, then you'll have to wait until it gets assigned to someone else because I wont be coming back to the area. In the meantime whoever owns the car is just waiting for their estimate. It's not inconveniencing me it's only inconveniencing her and the owner of the vehicle. She laughed and slammed the window shut in my face.

My daughter's car was towed here after if was in an accident. The folks at CAR not only called me to see how things were progressing with the insurance company, but they were very forthcoming with relevant information about the totaled car. Very nice people. 5 stars.

Horrible experience, I called them to tow my car that broke down, They told me they would be coming in 30 minutes and asked me for all the information of my vehicle. They kept taking very long to come. I called a few times they kept telling me they were on their way. After my fifth call with them they acted like they never spoke to me on the phone and never came. They were extremely rude on the phone. Do not recommend at all

One star is one too many. I used this company to tow my car after an accident and have had nothing but issues! They won t release my car to my insurance provider and it s been over a week. If you want quality services, look elsewhere. Staff is rude and disrespectful.

Was visiting from Florida. Car broke down in middle of the road. Luckily a tow truck was driving by. He told me he would drop the car off he was towing & come back to pick me up. Asked if I had a preferred mechanic, but mine is Florida. I had many valuables in my car, gifts, etc. He said he would put car inside overnight for better security. Came back next day, it was inside & secured, nothing missing. Gave me tow bill & I paid it. He asked for cash. I'm from out of state so I understood. Woman in office was extremely helpful. Very professional & pleasant staff. Great experience. Highly recommended!

These folks were just great . I had my car towed by the city, but when I went to claim it, I was delighted to receive a great deal of solid help from both Dominic and Cyrilla. She even advised me how to get reimbursed from AAA, and when I called them, I mentioned it and they said absolutely! If you ever get towed, and find yourself dealing with them, be courteous. These are very nice people and they want to help you.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with this company, every moment that my truck was under the power of the owner of the business Dom was extremely exhausting. the accident happened on Saturday afternoon and he offered me the opportunity to leave the truck somewhere I wanted, I immediately accepted that he would take it to my patio and he charged me $150.00, but I don't know why he changed his mind and say that he would take the truck to his yard and he just turned his back and left, I tried to call him with no answer, on Sunday I found him in the yard and he said that if he were to take the truck out at that moment it would cost me more than if I wait until Monday. on monday morning, i went to his office so that he could organize the pickup of the truck, and it was another inconvenience it was 7:56 am and I opened the door of his office, which already had the closed sign removed, when I entered he just yelled at me and said the office didn't open until 8:00 4 minutes to go. he yelled at his employee, I'd like to let everyone who needs his services go on record so that you go prepared, because the reviews he has here speak for themselves the type of person you'll have to deal with, so be prepared. all I wanted from the beginning was my personal documents that were inside my truck, my money, my driver license and my passport, I would never have any reason to be so disrespectful

HI all,Due to my son's accident in Marlborough, Police called for a towing / recovery services from accident scene in Marlborough. Owner Dominic was on scene and gave us very good information related to extent of damage (advised car should be totaled - and how to best deal with the insurance company on claim). Cyrilla from Central Auto Rebuilders office supported us through the claims process by helping us get the most value from insurance company. I will be bringing my MERC GL-450 to them for a honest quote and quality touch up for nicks and dings. They are customer focused and I strongly recommend working with them based on my personal experience from 12/16/21 through 12/30/2021.Service: Air conditioning

Last week I had my 2011 Nissan repaired at Central Auto Rebuilders! They were totally professional and I was happy with the work done on my car! All work was clearly explained and completed on time! My family has used this company for many years and always been treated very well ! I highly recommend them!

Outstanding! I had a very recent experience (June 2016) with Central Auto Rebuilders and their service was beyond excellent. Domenic and his team provided resources and valuable information to help me navigate the daunting and confusing world of auto insurance. I don't know what I would have done without their support and guidance. I would highly recommend Central Auto to anyone requiring such services. Bravo to a business that helps the consumer and isn't just about dollars and cents.

Central auto builders towed our car and gave excellent advice in dealing with insurance which wanted to repair an irreparable vehicle and when insurance totalled the vehicle they wanted to pay half the value of the vehicle. With Central Auto rebuilders help our vehicle was refunded its maximum value. Thanks to Central Auto Rebuilders Inc.

BECAREFUL! SCAM! NOT TUSTWORTHY!Extremely rude. Terrible service and will refuse to release my car so they can claim the storage fee. There are no cars at their location and they bring them off site. Won't answer your phone calls to ensure that your car stays there. They tow cars, bring them off site and will claim storage.

Should be 0 ..They don't answer the phone, when I get there ,dispatch was rude and arrogant, after all paper and paid,they still holding my car..Why the city departments keep relationship with places like this one..The all headache with been involved in a accident is enough already??

Poor customer service from the manager !!!Very rude over the phone , tow truck drivers talk with disrespect. Very entitled company , ultimately disappointed they operate in Malboro.

Never again. If you need your car towed because of an accident, please do not chose this garage. 300$, cash only, just to get camping stuff out of my trunk.
