I ve been using these guys for at leas 20 years now and they rock. It s one of the best autozone teams around.The guys greet you as you come in the door and offer help.They have delivered for me in the past in a completely different town and the manager brought over the oil himself. ( What a treat) I know this is not something to be expected but as a commercial account holder one can truly appreciate something like that.There s very little these guys can solve when it comes to car diy car projects and they are eager t help.Com in and support local businesses!

These guys do a great job. I needed to recharge my air conditioner and was pleasantly surprised at the service I got. I had never done this myself, but after watching YouTube and speaking on the phone with the folks at AutoZone, I decided to give it a try.I left my house and headed for the store. When I walked in, I was greeted, and they also explained exactly what my options were. To boot, I was also told that I didn't need the higher priced options, because my car didn't require them. I trusted these guys right away ( not something easily done for me). After I paid, he offered to show me the way its done. He made it seem so straight forward that I decided to give it a try. After 5 minutes, my AC was now working again. I drove off in a nice cold car. Did I save money? You bet! My dealer wanted $130 and we did it for $39. These guys gave me more than a great deal, they helped restore my faith in American business and people. Do yourselves a favor before you go anywhere else, check with these guys. You'll be glad you did.

Anthony is amazing! I brought my work truck in to find out why the check engine light came on. Turns out jiffy lube had disconnected my mass air flow sensor and left it unplugged. Anthony diagnosed it and then went above and beyond and fixed it in under ten minutes!!! Thank you!!

Staff is very rude. Told them needed new battery. Tells me me I have a high voltage car. And brings me to the highest price battery, way overpriced. All the staff want is a good comission. Stay away go to NAPA or O'Reilly's. Better deals there.

Just went in at 2:30pm 7/14/2022 with a dying battery. The young man with dark hair checked, replaced, and installed my battery in minutes. He was so friendly and professional during the whole interaction it blew me away. He thanked me for military service by seeing the USMC symbol on me and applied a military discount. Times are tough for everyone right now but you wouldn't know it dealing with this guy. 1000 times thank you for turning an inherently bad situation into a pleasant one. I hope he sees this.

Had an amazing expereince here with the manager and everyone who I dealt with. I had to get a replacement battery that I ordered online that was compatible with my car, however after trying to install it I realized I had the reverse side terminals wired in my car. When I brought to managers attention he quickly came out to my car and took a look and realized I needed to order the reverse style battery. He ordered the right one for me to have it sent to the store over night. The next day there was a delay with order when I called so the person that helped me that day called and found it at another store. They had it delivered that day and ready for me to pickup in Marlborough. I got the new battery installed it and now my car is running great. I appreciate all the effort and help the folks at auto zone Marlborough, would strongly recommend this store, and will definitely be back next time I need something for my car.

This AutoZone is one of my favorite stores good customer service whatever they don't got they will order for you very polite helpful even when you don't know what part you need they will look it up on the computer and try to find a product if they can't find the product in the computer they extend and look on a broader database very awesome employees

Stopped in for touch up paint after finding a scratch appear on my car door overnight.Soladin offered to help figure it the color code even do far as going out and looking through the car to find the info tag that had it. We found the correct paint color to match, which want as straight forward as I had expected seeing how many silver paint options they had in stock.Customer service was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent experience and result.

Fantastic customer service, the gentleman at the front immediately asked how he could help and went out of his way to demonstrate the light replacements, identified the correct model I needed, then helped me test the lights to make sure it was done correctly. The customer service and "teach a man to fish" attitude goes a long way.

Anytime time I need any parts or info on mine or my wife s vehicle s I know I can always count on ALEX at this store. He s always friendly and willing to help. No matter what my issues are he always helps find me the best parts and tools for the job. Thanks again Alex a lot for your customer service! It can be really hard to find good help at most of these auto part stores, so I really do appreciate your kindness and help!

Every single time I need ANYTHING related to my car I come to this store in Marlborough: great services and friendly people all the time. Sol, the manager is an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL. I always recommend this store to all my friends and casual talkers: help keeping LOCAL!!!! Rate as A+++++++++ experience!!!!!

I have used this location since I moved to Marlborough 8 years ago and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. This is the only location I go to as it is less than 5mins from my home and am a customer here numerous times a year as I am the family car fixer. This weekend alone I was there 4 times and all 4 times was waited on by someone different BUT each and every associate was FANTASTIC and super helpful. I truly appreciate these guys for all their help not just this weekend but anytime I am ever in there. Keep up the great work!

My favorite store in town. I always come here for my auto needs. They are always ready to help, and are very good at what they do. If you need it done, Dale will try his best to get whatever it is you need. Best parts and accessories store in town for cars.

On a Sunday afternoon I stopped in because I needed help figuring out how to open my electronic key because it needed a new battery. The staff especially Josh was patient and helpful. They did not even have the battery and told me to go to CVS and bring it back and they would install it.It took a little bit of time because I dropped it and the information panel fell out. They did it and Sol even walked out to my car to make sure it worked.They were terrific!!! and I am grateful for their help.

I was in trouble trying to move a trailer that was not staying attached. I stopped and asked if I could borrow some tools. They didn't have what I needed available. Luckily one of their Employees, Saul, went out of his way to grab his tool set and work on the ball hitch with me, IN THE RAIN! Definitely would not have made it home safe had it not been for him. Great customer service! Thank you again!

Nice job. I went in looking for headlight lens cleaner. A young man immediately helped me find what i was looking for and told me how to use it too. I went with a cheaper product but the kid did a great job.

Hello,Today I called the store here and spoke to Josh or Joshua. He took the time to work with me over the phone to make sure he had brake pads and rotors for my 2016 corolla le.He confirmed they were in stock. He also took the time to come out to my vehicle and ascertain whether I was in serious need of calipers as well. Turns out I didn't need them, and he recommended I save my money.Additionally, he took the time to speak with me on other eventual things I will need on my vehicle as it starts approaching higher mileage. I'd rather plan ahead then be stuck with large repairs down the line.I really appreciate the honesty, and the non pushy courtesy displayed!! Please take good care of this guy and give the man a raise, and a few days off!!!Respectfully,Philip

6 month old dualistic battery was dying every week (only drive the car once or twice per week). I went to get it exchanged under warranty, they tested and it came out "good" they refused to exchange battery and told me I had to turn the car on atleast every 2 days. After arguing for about 5 mins they finally agreed to replace my battery but said the warranty is voided from here on out. Guess what? Car never needed charging again even after turning it on once a week (winter time)! It was def the battery that was faulty. Maybe employees needed better training, a car battery should not be dying every other day.

Worst service ever. The horrible assistant manager went out of his way to pick a fight with me over my purchasing of a battery. The most unprofessional person I ever had the displeasure of working with. My company owns four garages in the area and I have instructed my team to immediately stop doing business with this store and have canceled my accounts with them. I hope your happy losing thousands of dollars a year. Because of some childish fool you have employed!!

Saul and Kamani great help!! our check engine light was on they came right out in the rain and checked it out turn out the diagnostic thing said it was just an air filter. I highly recommend going there. Jennifer and Phil.

This place is great! Don't bother with the other auto body shops, AutoZone is the place to go first. I had a rusty screw on my license plate that no other place could get off except one of the guys from AutoZone!!

I stopped in on my lunch to get a new car battery and the friendly staff offered to put it in my car for me free of charge. I totally butchered one of the gentleman s name who works there but he was extremely humble about the whole thing and didn t make me feel bad. It s refreshing to find good customer service these days.

I d give them a 6 if I could. Excellent customer service. Cheerfully checked my battery and helped with wipers while 10 degrees outside. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Great attitude.
