For a dealership who says they can finance anyone, this place is a joke!!! It only get people financed if they feel like it. And if your not American with papers

I am not a fan of leaving reviews (sorry in advance) but I can t not leave without expressing my recent experience.Ray and Sergio were fantastic! I purchased an amazing motorcycle with a fantastic price :) I also got a great deal, very low monthly payments and very little interest rate. Transaction was painless and approved on the spot.Thank you team! Way to go!

My wife and I have just purchased our second vehicle from All Star and we are just thrilled with the team there. Sergio Rosa has been the sales rep who has, on both occasions, proven to be helpful, honest, and just willing to go that extra mile for us. We have had the first vehicle for three years and had no major problems with it... other than routine maintenance from normal use. Our second vehicle, purchased just a couple days ago, has also performed well and I foresee no issues with it either.On both occasions, they have striven to get us the best deal for our credit levels and have found wonderful solutions for us. To be honest, I had a better deal from another dealer, but chose to go with All Star because of our past experience and level of trust.It's rare to find a good car sales outfit these days... but this one is a winner and has dedicated customers from my family. I just honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about them.My compliments, All Star! I hope you continue in this way always!Thank you for the help and patience in getting us our vehicles.Ron and Anna

Highly recommend All Star Auto & Cycle.Got 3 bikes from them. Sergio, the owner and all staffs always looking forward to help all the clients.All my 3 bikes fully serviced and ready to go. Sergio and all staffs always ready to help for everything that I needed. Always had a great experience with them.

My wife and I went bike shopping together here a couple, maybe three years ago. Was looking at a Gold Wing. Bike looked nice enough. Bike sounded nice enough. Both spouses were here, we were ready to buy a bike. They wouldn't allow a test ride before purchase. Say what? Nope. No test ride. Okay, no sale. See ya. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and run, run, run away.

Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from AllStar Auto Cycles. Sergio and Ray are great to work with. It was a one-stop-shop for all of my questions and made the car buying a worry free experience. Highly recommended going to Allstar Auto Cycles if you re in the market for a vehicle.

I recently got a new bike from them and absolutely love it! They found me the exact bike I wanted, and were willing to take my odd-ball trade in. Their mechanic Ed is very friendly and helpful. I buy a new bike almost every year, and plan on going back again.

After my car was totaled, I went to Allstar upon recommendation from a coworker. My sales representative, Jarrod Snyder was very helpful through every step of the process. I was very picky about the vehicle I wanted and he brought one down to Marlborough from one of their other locations, and it was perfect for me. It needed some small things done before I bought it, and he saw to it that everything was done by the time I picked it up. There was a mechanical problem with the 4wd that nobody would have really known about until it was driven in snow, and they fixed everything up very quickly for no charge. I would definitely steer my friends to Allstar!

I was looking for a truck for about 3 months. Lewis made it so quick and easy for me to get it, I couldn't believe I had waited so long to go to him. Thank you to Lewis and everyone at all star for making everything so simple. I love my new truck, thanks for helping me achieve one of my dreams! Highly recommend this dealership for a car, or a motorcycle.

Arrived at this dealership to see motorcycles in the early afternoon looking to possibly purchase one last week. The young man who helped us was very nice, but apparently was not allowed to talk about prices, and anyone who could was apparently not working that day. None of the 250cc bikes on the website were on the property, and the one that was there was pretty abused and not mentioned on the site. I was also told to expect a phone call that never came after 3 business days. If they don't want to sell a bike, I'll take my money somewhere else. They deserve a 1 star, but because the kid I talked to was nice they get a 2 star.

My experience with Allstar Auto was excellent, my sales rep Dave was top notch and knowledgeable. Dave helped me locate the exact vehicle I was looking for and worked out all details of the financing and purchase for me without any delays or issues. I cannot thank the Allstar Auto staff enough for delivering my Pontiac Vibe on time and at the right price and I must say the commitment to customer service is awesome. I would highly recommend All Star Auto to my friends and family.

Best place around to buy quality used cars for a very affordable price. They are very reliable and costumer service was awesome. They also do their best to help on the financing process. I will recommend for sure!

I just today picked up a motorcycle from this wonderful place. They took my car in on trade. Did all the paperwork at the RMV for me and gave me an amazing price on an amazing motorcycle. I 100% recommend this place to all my friends.

Sergio is the absolute best. If I could rate this establishment zero stars i would. Applied through them online and immediately they ran my credit, which is ok since I was looking to finance a bike. 4 days go by and I hear nothing from then so I decided to call and inquire about my application process. Finally got a hold of someone and they said they were going to review my application and get back to me. Once again another Credit check was performed and I didn't hear back from them in 3 more days. I called to follow up a second time and they said they will review my application and that the bike I was looking for had been sold 5 days ago. At this point I have had enough of their poor customer service. Why Keep running my credit for something that is not available. It's not hard to keep inventory up to date on a website that 99% of customers use to see what a business has in stock.

I recently visited All Star Auto Sales and had an amazing experience with Sergio Rosa. He wasn't like your typical Car Sales Associate- he was honest, patient and a genuinely wanted to help me get in the right car that was right for me at this state in my life! After multiple visits, I ended up buying a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and I wouldn't have bought that car if it wasn't for Sergio's help. If you are out looking for a used car- go see and speak to Sergio... he will take care of you!!!

OKAY SO I SEE THAT THEY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW FIRST OF ALL MY WARRANTY NEVER COVERED ANYTHING AND I HAVE THE EMAIL AND THE CASH RECEIPT TO PROVE IT I PAID 1900 CASH SO THAT THE FIRST LIE, AND SECOND THEY NEVER CALLED TO MAKE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THE ONLY REASON THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL WAS BECAUSE I WAS SO PISSED THEY HAD MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH, NOT TO MENTION THEY HAD THE CAR TOWED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND HAD THE WRONG INFORMATION. sO LETS GET THIS RIGHT THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY WARRANTY NEVER EVER PAID FOR ANYTHING SO I WILL BE TAKING A PIC OF THE CASH RECEIPT FOR THE WORK THEY DID AND PLACING IT ON THERE SITE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. THERE SCAMMERS AND UNPROFFESSIONAL THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY, IT SOUNDS GOOD WHEN YOUR IN NEED OF A CAR BUT TRUST ME YOULL BE IN A SUCH A BIG HOLE BECAUSE MY CAR IS ONLY WORTH MAYBE 4000 AND I STILL OWE 10,000 SO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM...Hello my name is Jamie Curran and i purchased my vehicle from allstar in January and I have had nothing but issues since i got the vehicle not to mention i had 5 different people buy a car from them within the first month of having my vehicle. I pay for a warranty which nothing that needed to fixed has been covered.The end of August i had to pay 400.00 for a fuel pump assembly which wasn't covered either then two weeks later i was leaking antifreeze when going to get an oil change,so I had my car towed the first week of September and as of today October 20,2014 my vehicle is still in their shop. Every time i call or email I get a different story from the service manager Rebecca which is very unprofessional. All my car needed was a cylinder head which should of only taken a week maybe two. I have done everything that needed to be done on this vehicle such as oil changes and the recall that needed to be taken care of, they told me my car overheated which it never did and its not covered under my warranty and there charging me all these fees nor was i covered for a rental so now on top of not having my car for over a month i am now paying 1900.00 dollars on top of the car payments. They told me my car would be done October 13 no later when calling on the 14th i was told that Rebecca ordered the wrong part, and now when trying to order the part its on back order again. So who knows when my car will be done. After going in on Monday the 6th and flipping out on them i was given a rental that Friday the 10th. But still have been without a call for over a month. If your looking to buy a vehicle please save yourself the headache and time and do not go to ALLSTAR they do not care about their customers and they are scammers. They have screwed over many customers that i have spoke with that had issues with their vehicle and alot of people have given back their cars due to having issues with Rebecca and the dealer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM no matter how good it sounds because you will be in the hole more then you were within the first few months of having the car.

Attempted to tell me that I needed a new rear tire on a bike with a few thousand miles on it during an inspection. Figured this place would be at the very least good for an inspection obviously not. I'd stay away from all aspects of there business.

I leased a vehicle from the Bridgewater location almost 4 years ago. Thought I was financing but apparently its a used car lease. But anyway, on the drive home from dealership car dies. They replace the battery. It has since seen 2 more batteries and a new alternator and still the issue is present. Told I could refinance after 2 years but yet assured the leasing company doesny refinance. Over paying for a nightmare of a car and they don't care. Avoid them at all costs

We leased our vehicle at All Star Auto in Shrewsbury. The sales rep, Robert, was friendly, professional, and willing to work with our credit situation until he was able to get financing for us. Their Service Department in Marlborough was also easy ro deal with. We are verry happy with our All Star Auto experience.

I'm totally blown away by the response I got from All-Star Cycles of Marlboro. It took a lot of back-and-forth, but they replaced the rear shock on my bike free of charge after I learned that the extended warranty I purchased did not cover the part. They stepped up bigtime, and I'm really grateful.

When I was living in Marlborough Massachusetts I met the owner of a repair shop which at that time was right next door to All Star Auto end which was called at that time Mabel Street motors before he combined his business with all All-Star Auto & cycle and I know this person for almost 10 years I believe I have the right to say he is a fantastic mechanic also is crew when I bought my car from All Star Auto and cycles I always had my car serviced by the owner off at the time Mable Street motors I really can't complain about the service bought my car from All Star Auto & cycle I just always taken care of by the mechanic shop next I highly recommend both places to buy a motor vehicle get it serviced there

Even with my not so good credit Ron aka "cowboy" was able to get me on the road with an affordable vehicle. Everyone down there was very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car around the area.

so bad sales time, I'm calling many days many times and I couldn't talk with anyone from sells , only ask to live msg, and they don't give answer for the call.the problem some people make a business to play, but business isn't game to play, business just do it. I just give 1 star for post button works, but for me is 0 star.
