Norm gave me an estimate but never scheduled the job. I kept asking when he would be able to do the work, but all he said was, "I'm working on my schedule." I wish he was courteous enough to be honest and say he didn't want the job instead of just stringing me along. For someone as old as he was, it was a very unprofessional way of treating a customer. Luckily, I found another body shop who met his price and quickly scheduled and completed the work. Now my car looks new again, but no thanks to Norm! Maybe he needs to retire!

My 2011 Honda Civic front bumper was damaged and hanging off the drivers side.I duck taped it and call Mansfield auto body. What a great response, they immediately gave me a quote. They ordered a new bumper and within 12 days I have a beautiful new bumper.Joe, Norm and Gwen have an excellent business with quality workmanship. I am so glad I found this shop!! My car had some significant damage after an issue with an automated car wash. There was some deep gouging and body damage. This shop was a PLEASURE to deal with, managed the entire insurance process for me being sure that quality parts were used and no cost was spared. The car came back to me absolutely spotless, shining, clearly freshly done with the inside of the car impeccable. I can't say enough about this shop. Quality, professional work and better? Awesome shop! Great job, amazing service. Had front end damage and Norm kept me updated on progress waiting for bumper to come in. Estimate $$ and time frame for repair was exact. Can't say enough great things about these guy's! Had my car rear ended with serious damage. Mansfield Body brought the car back to like new condition! Can't thank you guy's enough! I highly recommend them!!

If you already have your own oem parts that just need to be painted, they will REFUSE to paint them. Only work with insurances.
