Uni Auto Rental as a whole, is a great company to rent from for any occasion. They are extremely affordable. I rated them five stars because of their awesome customer service and professionalism. I had a great experience from the time I called and upon arrival. The staff there was so polite and efficient! Upon returning the car, the guy there even asked if I needed a lift home! Remarkable service and I will return. Would recommend this company, the rates were great and the car was very nice. Manager, (I didn't get his name) he was also accommodating with the return date of the vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Uni Auto Rental in Malden, MA and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their services. The rental process was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.What I appreciated most about Uni Auto Rental was their ability to accommodate airport pick-up and drop-off. As someone who travels frequently, this was a huge convenience for me and saved me a lot of time and hassle.The car itself was in great condition and ran smoothly throughout my rental period. Uni Auto Rental in Malden is a great place to rent a car! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. Great company that provided a great service. The CEO is very laid back and full of positive energy. 10/10 would recommend doing any business with Uni. They ll accommodate whatever needs you have at a much more affordable rate than their contemporary franchised companies such as Enterprise. The cherry on top: unlike franchisees, they re flexible in certain circumstances that their counterparts wouldn t be.

The service here was amazing. I needed a rental for a last minute weekend trip and Uni came through for me. The car was affordable, reliable and clean and the customer service was great. This is a company I would definitely recommend and will rent from again!!!!

We needed a last minute rental and we were really worried about the availability of cars for our trip. This was a hassle free experience. Super easy pick-up and check-in. Car was awesome and the staff I interacted with all were great!

this place is amazing! I went to a big rental car place couldn't get in because i don't have a major credit card. UNI was able to put in a nice rental at half the cost and no Credit card required. Just woww!!!!

This place is a rip off!!! This man is a joke all his cars and money and he rented me a Mercedes Benz that was 20,000 miles past service. I wasn t going to make it an issue but when the car broke down while I m the middle of a NYC intersection, I had it. I was able to return the vehicle only for UMI car rental to take my deposit for the vehicle as well as charge me for tolls and other fees for a total 2 day trip from hell that cost me $1,000. NEVER RENT FROM UMI RENTAL they will rip you off!!! Bad business man, shady stuff going on with this place.

For the last seven years, I ve been using these guys whenever I need a rental. The rates are affordable and there s never any hidden or unexpected fees. It definitely won t feel like you re at a Herts or Enterprise. It s more of a friendly and relaxed environment.

Absolute rip off and no customer supportWe rented a car from these guys few days back and they gave a toll tag for the car and said I can use it to go through toolsWe completely missed it and didn t use any toll road as we were always using Avoid Tolls in our mapsNow, I have been charged some amount extra from my security deposit for the tolls and when I call them and enquire about this, all they say is it s for tollsWhen I requested for toll information just to chdck where we used the toll road, the guy said there will be a $150 administrative fee just to send that toll bill to meJust a wow guysAvoid them if you canP.S. the car we got had so many problems and that s a different story altogether again

They lied. They told me one price and changed it once it was in my possession. Then everyday text and called for the money. I sent the money everyday and yet they still tried to charge extra. I stopped dealing with them Tera ago because they did this to my ex. Now they got me years later. If you smart Stay away !!!!! Seriously this ppl are thieves.
