Very nice experience. My car parked at the roadside in NYC, and got hit. Front bumper was broken. I have no idea about the insurance thing. Nathanael in Ultra Collision helped me connect with the insurance company. And they gave me back a perfectly repaired and cleaned car. My experience is: Give them the car, told them what to do, and they will do it perfectly.

Excellent Experience: I recently brought my Dodge Charger to Ultra (first time) for dent repair in the passenger side door, and I am glad that I did for several reasons. For starters, I was able to get a repair quote by sending photos and other information which saved me time at the outset. The quote was fair and reasonable. The quality of the work was fantastic. The passenger side looks brand new. I was also impressed from a customer service perspective. For example, when I picked up my vehicle the entire interior was cleaned, the tires were filled with air (which I was planning to do after I picked it up), and there was an air freshener matching my color scheme hanging from the windshield. Everyone there was also very friendly. I will defintely return in the future next time I need work done.

Context: So, where I live in Malden, MA, I have a tight parking spot I have to reverse park into, and while I was cutting the wheel to turn into the spot, I ended up scraping against a stone wall. Everything else is pristine with the car, so I was agitated at myself, but it's a car and repairable at the end of the day! The metallic color of the vehicle, Velocity Blue, requires 3 stage paint coat, and let me tell you, it's REALLY tough to get it to look right. I'll let the results speak for themselves. Ultra Collision re-painted the entire front bumper within two days! Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Look no further if you want to go with a body shop that cares about your car as much as you do!Service: Painting

Nate was very helpful in repairing some damage to my rear passenger side car door to my Lexus SUV. He went above and beyond to make my car look brand new again. The paint color is challenging to match as it was a darker gray and he did a great job to match the rest of the car. They meticulously buffed out the scratches and painted over them so they are not visible or barely visible anymore. They took great care in cleaning the interior of the car so it had that new car feel again. Their prices are highly competitive as I shopped around at several places. So you will get high quality work for a competitive price if you go with them. If you want the job done right for the most value your money can buy you can find it here. I cannot say enough about Nathan and his team. This is the third time I have had repairs done on my car and 5 stars is not enough. After an unfortunate event, I had massive scratches across one whole side of my car. I had to take my car to a body shop and I've never been in this situation before, but my friend suggested UltraCollision.The process and customer service was amazing. They were very transparent, contacted me to provide updates, and even helped look out for me when we had to include the other driver's insurance (which they did not need to do but they did anyway). Once I came to pick it up a week later, it looked brand new.I would highly recommend UltraCollision. They are amazing to work with and very diligent in their work. Hopefully I don't have to go through this again but if I do, I'm coming to UltraCollision.Service: Body & Trim

I got rear ended and had to fix my car to get it to pass inspection. I was very pleased with their customer service and the job they did on my car. Every time I called a real person answered the phone and they were happy to answer my questions. I almost didn t recognize it when I got it back because they had washed it and it was so shiny! They worked with my insurance and overall it was an easy process. I do recommend for body work!

Ultra Collision is a top notch outfit. I ve actually had several repairs done by them. One on a Jaguar FPace and now twice on my BMW X5. Simply they repaired my damage to the point that I could not see the difference from before the damage. When they returned the vehicle to me. It was fully detailed inside and out which is a real delight! They are simply the best.Service: Body & Trim

This is the best Body Shop I have ever used. The Office and Customer waiting area is very clean and comfortable. The office staff are very friendly and professional. They take the time to explain how the Insurance company claims process works and what the time frame will be to complete your job. If you need a rental they have a fleet a vehicles as well. The shop was very clean and organized. Also well staffed with technicians. The quality of there work is the best I have ever had. When my car was ready for pickup it was completely detailed inside and out. I would definitely recommend my family and friends. I give this shop two thumbs way up. Thanks for the great service.

During my accident, Nate has been amazing with effective communication, being professional and kind while even texting me images of my car s progress. He has literally been an angel and a blessing through this whole process and I am so grateful to have met him and had my car repaired by UltraCollision. When I saw my car, it was like brand new with effort shown by the detailing of the interior and exterior with buffering and completely repaired from the accident. I knew my inspection ended as of December 2021 and so they went out of their way to do the inspection on top of all the hard work they put into the car as well. If I have any future car problems, I will definitely have it checked by UltraCollision because they are trustworthy and hardworking. If I could rate above 5 out of 5 here, I definitely would because they are the best. Highly recommend. Thank you, Nate and UltraCollision! Happy New Year and Bless You!

I can't say enough good things about Ultracollision. They are very knowledgeable in all aspect pertaining insurance claims. My Audi was prioritized and received the utmost care. My car actually looks better than when I bought it. The owner (Nate) gave me step by step updates the entire time. I couldn't be prouder of the work they had done and addressing any concerns that I had. My previous paint shop was that of a Porsche dealership and now i have a new go-to shop. My car came out immaculate and I won't let my friends and family go anywhere else. Thank again to Nate and the entire Ultracollision team :DServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I called them to see if they can take a look at my car s dents and see if it was possible to get it repaired.They told me to send the pictures to them via WhatsApp. The lady on the phone told me that they'd get back to me as soon as possible.I send the pictures of my dents to them and no response.I follow up a few days later with a message asking for any updates and asking if they can repair these dents.They literally just left me on read.Horrendous customer service.

My experience with this body shop has been phenomenal! Every step of the way has been easy going and simple, I had a minor fender bender on my mustang gt and am very pleased to have brought it to Nataneal! Great person and extremely passionate about his work! Him and his team guided me through the whole process. My car came out looking better than when I bought it and at the end they concluded with a well done polish and wash+ detail inside and out. Definetly recommend if you had an accident or any other work, they strive for perfection and have turned me into a dedicated customer. I got car fixed here after a car collision. The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave me tips how to clean up the inner car. My car got fixed earlier than expected time. Spectacular service.

My car ended up looking so brand new it took the stress away of having someone crash into me in the first place. Was able to get my rental car from the same place to make things even easier, and everyone one was friendly and helpful. They also made sure the inside of my car was spotless and like-new even though I had left it a mess. Great attention to detail, Thank you!!

Terrible service and most of the employees are drunk . Waited a month and a week for a back bumper that wasn't even finished all they did was tint my tail light and take off my original emblems to make it look nice but lights wasn't hocked up right and my trunk wouldn't open correctly, mean while before I gave them my car everything was working!
