I recently dropped off my Tesla for service at Today's Collision Repair Center, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Zak and the entire team. As soon as I arrived, Zak brought in my car right away and took care of everything efficiently. The level of professionalism exhibited by everyone at the center is truly commendable. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Bobby, who was incredibly welcoming and treated me like we had been friends forever. I am now a loyal client for life and will definitely be returning whenever my car needs any kind of repair. Thank you to Zak, Bobby, and the amazing team at Today's Collision Repair Center for exceeding my expectations!

I have unfortunately met Bobby and the team at Today's twice now, and both times were fantastic. Got the car back detailed and looking incredible. Car doesn't even smell like a body shop. Was informed the entire time the car was there. Amazing experience. Would not trust taking my Tesla to anybody else. Thank you everyone at Today's!!!

Great experience with Today's Collision after my Tesla Model Y was in an accident. The team kept me informed through out the process. They were very thorough with with explanation of the work they performed answering all my many questions and their pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend for any Tesla owner should they find themselves in need of their services.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

The staff here is amazing as always. I hadn't been there in years ( knock on wood and thankfully) but right after buying my 7 day old car I was hit. They helped with everything from getting it from the tow lot to them, rental assistance and communication on how things were going. Explained in detail the invoice and were amazing with the entire process. Carlos and Matt in particular helped me and I cannot express my gratitude enough to them.

I had my Tesla Model 3 repaired here and both, the service and the work were wonderful. I got email updates every time a new step of the repair process was launched (disassembly, authorization with insurance etc) and always knew what part of the process my car is undergoing at any given moment. The folks who work at this center are so helpful and professional - I was explained everything and the whole experience felt very smooth and painless. I never had a problem reaching them when I had questions. My car was in and out of the shop in under 2 weeks - exactly the time estimate they gave me when I brought it in for repairs. The car was fixed and looked like new when it was given back to me - very happy with the work they have done. I would highly recommend this repair center for your repair needs.

After seeking out several repair shops for our Tesla that had many months long waits, I found Today's Collision and I'm so glad I did. Bobby and his team were able to take our car very quickly, and not to mention help get it towed there. They kept us in the loop each week by communicating the progress and delivered it before we even expected it to be done. The car was like new. I highly recommend Today's. They treated us so very well and I'm sure would do the same for you.

I brought my Tesla model Y to Today s Collision Malden after someone dented the right rear quadrant of the car. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. My car was there for about a month and a half total. I was provided an electric rental car as a replacement. Throughout the month and a half, I was continually updated and encouraged to ask questions. They sent pictures of the extensive dismantling of basically the entire rear of the car. I was also alerted when the car was moving through body work and finally paint. Getting my car back was the best, it came out of the garage looking like a new car. The car had been cleaned inside and out, aligned, waxed, among other things. I can t say thank you enough for a great job. Thank you for making my car look and feel brand new again! I highly recommend Today s Collision!!

Had some deep scratches and a dent on the gull wing of my Model X and Matt from Today'c Collision was extremely attentive and helpful from the moment I called. They gave an initial quote, worked with my insurance company and were able to fit me in during a tight window where I needed my vehicle back for an out of state trip. The communication along the way was fantastic and I plan on coming back if I ever have any future needs.

Especially, from the start of the work to the final completion, during the entire process, I was provided timely updates and more importantly, the completed work was superior quality delivering a final showroom result. Excellence and attention to detail at its best! Carlos and his team did an amazing and professional job repairing our '23 RR Velar after it was struck in the driver's side rear quarter panel/rear-end at a traffic light. The entire process was smooth and seamless. Carlos handled all the logistics with insurance as well as arranging the rental car onsite via Enterprise. He kept us updated throughout the two weeks it was being repaired and we couldn't be happier. Vehicle upon return was completely detailed inside and out - nice touch! Quote was very fair for labor/paint/OEM replacement parts. Would definitely return for any auto body or ceramic coating needs! Highly recommended!

I drive a Rivian truck, which has made headlines for some nightmare repair scenarios, including sky-high prices and long repair times. My experience with Today's Collision was the opposite. The quote was reasonable and there were no surprises. The shop worked with me to let me keep driving the vehicle while they repaired damage to the tailgate. They completed the repair ahead of schedule and communicated well throughout. They even cleaned up the interior. I'd go back to them again (but hopefully won't need to).

Today's has repaired body and suspension /wheel damage on my Tesla Model Y twice now, each time it comes back looking and driving fantastic. Excellent work, really too notch service. They are busy, and I completely understand why, so it may take several weeks before they can accept your vehicle for repair.. Worth the wait!

Today's Collision has done two repairs for my Model Y and both were flawless. Prompt, comprehensive, and honest assessment and estimate, all items of which were fully explained to me. Both times they finished the job by the time I was told to expect it (the last time actually a few days early). The quality of the work was exemplary and my car returned to me in showroom condition, clean inside and out. I was very impressed by how well they kept me informed throughout the repair about what stage we we up to that day, what exactly was being done, how long that would take, what was next, etc. Could not be happier with them.

Couldn t be happier with the job Today s Collision did with my car repairs. They provided detailed email updates throughout the process and were extremely patient and accommodating dealing with a difficult and unresponsive insurance claims adjuster/representative. My car came out of the shop functioning and looking brand new.Needless to say I would trust them with any future needs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.

Todays made my vehicle look as good as it did the day I picked it up from the dealer! After getting rear ended the damage was clear, but was no issue for the great staff at Today s. Matt was an amazing help as we ll coordinating everything. Highly recommend.

Extremely well organized futuristic body shop with well defined repair process, great communication, showroom quality result.Prices are out of this world but what would you expect from the only Tesla certified body shop in metro Boston address? Glad to be insured.

Came in with minor rear quarter panel damage on my Q5 from a parking garage. Solid communication the whole time. They tried to get it done quickly, though ultimately took a few days longer than originally expected or hoped. Car looks like new and was delivered to me fully detailed and pristine! Would come back but hope I don t have to!

The staff at Today's Collision is absolutely excellent. I was referred to them by Rivian after my R1T was damaged by rocks falling from a dump truck on the highway.The repair process was quite extensive, involving paint and body work in multiple areas of the truck, as well as fixing the wheels, trim, headlights, and windshield. Additionally, they performed some impressive paintless dent removal (PDR) work for me, which turned out great.Bobby, the owner, was fantastic with communication. He helped me assess all the damage and worked directly with the truck driver's insurance to ensure coverage. They even coordinated with local rental car companies, making the drop-off and pick-up process smooth. I can't praise Bobby and his team enough. A special thanks to Matt and Laurie for their assistance as well.Today's in Malden is a certified body repair shop for Rivian and Tesla. They have received the necessary training to dismantle and repair high-tech vehicles. Their commitment to customer service and quality workmanship is truly unparalleled.When I received my truck back, it was in better-than-new condition. They even took the initiative to wrap the front of my truck in paint protection film (PPF), saving me the hassle of going to another shop for that service.I can't recommend this group of people enough. They are outstanding, and I highly encourage others to seek their services.Service: Body & Trim

I've had my Tesla Model 3 repaired three times and they have done an excellent job! I cannot see any sign of the repairs. Bobby Cobb takes the time to answer my questions and deals with the insurance company directly. I couldn't be happier.

Hands down the best collision repair experience I've ever had.First off: the communication is top notch, Bobby and his team provided detailed updates ever step of the way with what I can only describe as a dominoes pizza tracker on steroids. Providing in depth short videos of each process being done as well as answering any follow up questions you may have.Second: The repairs look better than how tesla built it lol. They handled all supplementals (I have ppf and full ceramic coating), work directly with Mapfre and Enterprise to make the whole process as stress free and streamlined as possible.You don't have many choices when it comes to Tesla Authorized Repairs in MA, but I'd say this one is made for you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If only I could give 100 stars! Today's Collision Malden is how businesses should be run - From the friendly greeting in the parking lot, to the speedy service, to the beautiful finished product that they return to you - not that I want to have to visit a body shop all the time, but this would be my choice from now on. Bobby is super friendly and treats everyone like his personal friend. I worked with Zak, who kept me updated on delays with shipping of my parts. When I got my Model Y back the next day (it was promised same day, but I couldn't pick it up) it was PRISTINE. Exterior wash, interior was spotless, floor mats were cleaned, seats vacuumed, dusted - I was SO impressed! Thank you, Today's Collision!

The quality was top notch. The communication while they had the vehicle showed daily progress with pictures. They finished the job 2 days earlier than predicted. I can't really think of a way they could have improved the experience.

Today s Collision has been my body shop for years now. Every time I take my car there, they take care of everything from calling the insurance company to fixing my car. I am always thrilled to see my car fixed, washed and cleaned thoroughly.Matt has always been the person of contact. He is so nice and genuine. He listens from the heart. He has always made my experience wonderful.The last time I took my car there, another person took care of my car, it was Luna. She is also a wonderful person, and the service was great. I could not believe my eyes when I saw my car. It looked shiny and looked like new. They even adjusted my bumper that was all uneven, and they put back my plate number that fell a long ago (These were not part of the repair they needed to do) which amazed me.I would like to thank Kenny for his great work fixing my car.I would recommend people to go to Today s Collision for every service they need for their car.
