Very unprofessional staff. I asked the owner to repair things nicely but this guy didn t do the work in right way.One of my friends also had bad experience repairing his car here. Plz don t go to this place and be careful with what parts are replaced.I took a chance going here and it was a rip off.

Best customer and mechanic services I have ever received. I was informed, advised and consulted prior to any service was rendered. I was given an exact quote on the price. My car was completed within the estimated timeframe. I was even provided rides between my residence and Tiger since I only have one car. I could not be happier with the service that I received. Such a friendly place to be. I was riding my bicycle and my tire was flat, making me fall and cutting my knee. The mechanics and owner came up to help me and offered to fix my bike. They are so unprofessional, I called days to set up and appointment they said I can come anytime I choose a day and they accepted only for me to get there and they are not available to do my car, I the guy over there was giving me attitude when I got there, clearly they don t understand that people have life s and jobs, this was my only day off the only time I could get this done, and they do this, I don t recommend them at all. If zero was a star I would have given them 5 stars. YOU NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my car there for A/C repair. They took few hours to fix it and after few days, i started having same problem. Took it twice and he said there was no issue but the issue still was there. Also when I left my car I forgot to take my personal belongings out of car and they were missing when I got my car back. I called them regarding the missing items but they ignored what happened. Such a shame taking other stuff. Since then i never went back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Went there for annual MA state vehicle inspection. I did not know my window tints were just below legal limit going in. The inspector could have just drove my car into the garage, performed the inspection and failed me, thus collecting the $35 and attaching a big red R sticker to the windshield. He did not. He was nice. Instead, as soon as he spotted my windows, took the photometer out to show me that I would be failing the test and let me go. Very professional.

This is one of the worst place to get anything done on your car. This is a dumpster place and the mechanics there are no where near being professional. I gave my car to replace rotors and it came back to me with multiple other problems that never existed before. When I went back to check about the new problems, the mechanics were completely unresponsive. They literally ruined my car after charging more than thousand dollar. My honest suggestion, never ever go to this place.

Amazing service, honest owner and great staff.The owner George, was very friendly and understanding the repair process was educational, he informed me and explained to me all what I needed to know. Owner kept me updated on parts order, delivery and installation and they price tag didn t break the bank.

Started coming here on a friend's recommendation when I moved to this area. Been using this place for five years for all my maintenance and repairs. The owner and the head mechanic are both knowledgeable and friendly.

Great place, been coming to these guys for years. Affordable and very trustworthy. I know what it s like to get scammed. These mechanics are nothing but honest. The owner George was very friendly to me.

-5 stars (F-) I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down. I know that most mechanics have a bad reputation of screwing customers over that don't know a thing about cars however this shop is far and away the worst I've ever seen. Hands down one of the best auto repair shops in the area. The owner George was very personable and trustworthy. And it didn t hurt to save a few bucks compared to other places. I definitely recommend it!

I went there first time for the state inspection of my car. After inspection he told me that you are all set. He charged me $35 dollar for inspection. After he told me that your card failed in OBD Readiness Monitor Result. And he gave me rejection sticker. He told me to pay $70 for the finding out the problem. So I did not pay for it and go to another agent for inspection. Other state inspection agent passed my inspection. And I have to pay him $35 for that. So my recommendation is that never go to Tiger Auto Services in Malden for state inspection of your car. The guys over there who works are cheater. They are robbing people. They are making money by cheating customers.Never go there never....They are dumb ass....

Did car inspection at this place. Gave me a red sticker for a minor problem. Cost me 300 to fix. Not ever going back. Conflict of interest! These auto shops will always fail you and ask u to pay for minor things.

They are really rude and cheaters. I did inspection there and they gave me a rejection sticker for minor things and asked $90 to fix it and then I went to an other place and I passed but I had to pay an other $35

This guy ripped me twice to pass the inspection and trying to cheat me again. If you go for inspection they will say you need so many unnecessary repairs and fail it until you make those repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
