I like this place and the staff. They ve always been honest and fair priced. I ve done MA inspections, routine oil changes, and more major work like brake maintenance here. Notably, they have repaired pesky flat tires fast and for ultra cheap on a few occasion. I enjoy talking to the owner while my car is repaired. Note that this is not a snazzy place. It s basic and they get the job done.

These guys are great, I have had multiple inspections and small repairs that were cheap and quick. To all the losers who fail inspection and blame the mechanic, aren't you the ones who should be getting one star? You failed, the shop didn't.

Went to get an inspection sticker. However, I was going to get an oil change, but the shop could not get the dip stick out, so no service could be done. I asked superior if they could do the oil change with the problem of a stuck dip stick, and the mechanic fixed the problem. There was a problem with the hood release, and they fixed that as well. So I initially went in for one thing and got two other problems taken care of as well.

On snowy Saturday, we got an oil change at a different, local shop and our car started shuttering and making a lot of noise. We brought the car to Superior to try and diagnose what was wrong. We explained everything to the man at the front, and he said they will take a look at it. Ten minutes later, they called back and told us there's nothing wrong and he blamed the wet road as causing the car to "act up". When we returned to Superior, the man didn't even turn around his back while we are talking because he was busy with his video game on the phone, while we tried to explain something was obviously wrong with the car.We went to another repair shop and told us straight away something is wrong with transmission. Next day we went to the Subaru dealer and they immediately saw that the oil change store drained the transmission oil. Clearly Superior Auto Repair was too lazy to closely look at it, and it was clear they never really examined it. It's beyond unacceptable to lie about that and let us take the car, just because they did not feel like looking at it thoroughly.

This is hands down the best shop around, extremely reasonable pricing, with fantastic work. Have been going here for years and they can usually take my car same day. Called another auto shop earlier in the day to schedule a visit for an oil change (they have great reviews by the way). Said ok to the time I gave them but once I got there they said they had 2 people ahead of me and that it would be an hour. I had my younger daughter with me and had called in advance to avoid this. If they didn t take/honor appointments they should ve been up front about it. Thankfully I left and came here, and they were amazing! Although they were busy, they still squeezed me in and were quick and friendly. I ve been here before and have never had issues so I don t know why I didn t just come here to begin with. They don t seem to be the type to try and rip you off either!I guess I ve learned my lesson and will continue coming here from now on.Service: Oil change

Best work, best prices, these guys know how to treat people , funny ,great people to get the job done at a fair price, no other mechanics out there from many years of bringing my vehicle to other places take the time to tell you what you need and NEVER push you to spend more, the most honest mechanics out there. Your wasting your money if you go anywhere else simple as that

They did less than nothing for me. Their hours online say 6:30a to 8p. I even CALLED Friday to make sure that was accurate. The guy said "We only do gas till 8. Inspections till 5. We are open tomorrow, though." When I got there at 1:30 on saturday, I walked into the office. 3 ppl. 1 just stares at me, the other 2 literally never look up during the whole interaction. After the weirdest silent standoff and somehow having to re-ask my questions to a second person even though we were all within 10sq ft and in silence, 1 of the no-looking dudes tells me they are closed.

My car A/C was working on and off for the past few weeks. I tried to change the relay myself, but it still did not work. Then AC suddenly stopped cooling completely before the weekend when it was going to hit 95 degrees+. Brought the car to Superior for diagnose at around 11am. Found out that it was the AC compressor issue. Got it replaced and got my car back at around 2:30pm. I could not have done this myself in such little time. Also, Muhammad is the best! Highly recommended. Price is reasonable. Best car repair shop in the neighborhood.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I ve been coming here for the basics and inspections for over a decade. They re great folks who do good work. You can trust they re not messing up issues or ripping you off. I no longer live anywhere remotely close to here, but I still make the trek because finding great service is tough.

Came to this place today to get my car seen because the engine was making odd noises occasionally. After turning it on, taking it on a test drive, and popping the hood, they couldn't get it to recreate the noise I was describing, so they let me go without charging me for anything and told me to come back if it ever started making the noise consistently again.This meant a lot to me, because as a concerned person who is pretty clueless about cars, they could have used it as an opportunity to sell me something useless, but they were upfront about everything and didn't even charge me for essentially wasting their time. So I'll definitely be coming back if I notice anything wrong in the next few weeks. Very polite and professional. I was impressed.Edit: The noise came back, and they were able to identify it as a bad water pump and serpentine belt right way. I got it fixed with no hassle at a fair price, and my car sounds and runs smoother than ever. I'll definitely be coming back if I have any other problems!

They did my Massachusetts state inspection for me. They did it promptly and they were very respectful.Will definitely go here again in the future for other inspection or other car issues.

They do car inspection. It is not great but they will tell you the car condition in general. I was a bit disappointed because they did not check battery with the equipment since they did not have required tools. But overall good experience.

Tried to over charge me for shock mount installation. Went to a different auto shop where they quoted me half the price. Not trustworthy.
