Very great place, understanding and helps you out a lot. If you need something, they know exactly how to help you. I installed a speaker there and they did a very good job. I was actually surprised how great it looked. Everything is organized and tucked in/sealed. If I could give more stars I would. The boss/manager there showed me these LED interior lights and they actually look very good for a customers car. Again if you need anything, they are the people to go to. If you go to any other person, usually take more time and higher priced. Pricing is very good and work is very efficient. Please go to them. I will be bring my other cars in aswell knowing I can trust them.

I had an amazing experience with them, the sound on my sub that s connected to an amp is great. The workers there are amazing and nice and give you every last detail you need to know. Definitely looking forward to be doing more work with them.

Awesome service & very kind & friendly. They let you know exactly what has to be done & they will give you a quote before any work is performed. I definitely recommend profound for window tint & removal of tint as well for your sound system.

Highly recommend Pro Car Sound & Security for all you customizing car needs. I got there window tinting and they did an amazing job. Everybody that works for this company is amazing!! They are welcoming and friendly to the customers and when it comes to products, they answer every question nice and clear and have a great form of eye contact.. 10/10 would recommend this business to anybody. I was there only to tweak my Memphis Audio Sound system and instead I walked out with the system fixed plus a front and rear camera that you can't even tell is on the car

After months planning some improvement on my truck sound system . I where lucky to find this place.. Everton Victor and Ezequiel made the whole process very smooth . I couldn t be happier.I strongly recommend them to anyone.. 2018 f250 .

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in to get my speakers replaced. Had an appointment for 3pm they didn t start until 4pm then took till 7:30pm to replace 3 speakers. As I was waiting I watched 3 people come in complaining about their tints, one person had wires melting the plastic in his car. It was dark out when they finished the job but everything seemed in order. I tipped the kid who worked on my car $10 and left enjoying my new speakers. 3 hours later the radio just cut off no power . The next morning I looked at the interior panels and all the pieces they took out to install the speakers was broken. They must ve broke at least 7 piece of plastic in my car. The kid used an impact gun to screw in pieces and cracked the door panel. I called them and brought it in to complain and have them fix the issue with the power.They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager tried to tell me it was my fault that the fuse blew. It was their fault, while I was waiting I was informed that they didn t have the speakers they were going to install which were 250watt 6.5 inch speakers that were rated for my deck so instead they were going to upgrade them to pioneer 350 watt 6.5 inch. If I had an amp this choice would have been excellent but I don t and that s why the fuse blew. So the final answer I got out of them was that it was my fault and they weren t going to fix it, so I sat in their parking lot and fixed it my god damn self. Replaced the fuse and reattached all the wires. I needed 2 wire connectors to complete the job so I asked the manager kindly if he could at least give me 2 wire connectors and he said he doesn t have any lol they install radios all day long and have no connectors? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCOUNTABLE. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO PARKWAY SOUND IN EVERETT they always do good work. Do not go here if you want a pro job done go to parkway.

They did a good job on my crv with the auto started. Then I brought my civic to install cameras they messed up my electronics on my car now it's my iuuse to bring it to my dealer to fix it . Great people but knowledge on these technologies not bringing my car there

1 star since staff was friendly and welcoming. However, tint job I had done was terrible. Unfortunately I was not able to get any pics. For whatever reason it took them over 2 hours to tint 4 windows and rear windshield just to have spots that were already peeling off 1-2 days after job was done. They left my car a mess after their work and didn t even bother wiping it down. (I should receive my vehicle the same way I dropped it off with the exception of window tint lol) I also was welcomed to a dirty yellow microfiber cloth in my car. Seems like they don t care about attention to detail. Had my vehicle re-tinted somewhere else a week after stopping by here. Mediocre work. Will not be going back again and will not recommend.

I had a somewhat complicated issue. My ignition was acting up for more than a year (not working 95% of the time), so I relied almost entirely on my remote starter. My remote starter just stopped working one day, luckily I was near my home and didn't need it towed. I thought I'd need to replace the ignition, which would cost more than the car was worth. I called the shop and explained the situation. They were the nicest, most respectful and understanding car professionals I ever worked with. They listened, empathized, and offered all my options without any judgment or pressure. They explained exactly how much it would cost so that I would know every detail when making my decisions. I eventually dropped off the car and discussed the starter issue with the manager (owner?). He had an encyclopedic knowledge of cars. He was totally familiar with that type of problem in my model car, and told me I didn't need to replace the ignition. Instead I could just install a $175 button starter in the car. The $175 was a LOT cheaper than replacing the ignition. I ended up replacing the starter and it was done the next day. Before I called the shop, I thought I'd need to replace my car. After I left the shop, I spent $360 and the car was back to working like normal. These guys are the best.
