I loved my experience at Pelicar from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. the sales representatives were so attentive and knowledgeable. Offered me coffee and chocolate, it was a very quick service and my car came out beautiful. They even pull my car out the driveway for me. Cant recommend them enough! 5 stars!

Great Job with tints I got 35% ceramic tint. I was able to call and get them done under 2 hours. They also offer more options. I had a great experience with Pelicar 100% recommend

Had my Prius window tint there, the team work is Fantastic! I got the car looking the way I want, they were very professional, Manu spoke with me and show what kind of product I should get, and they were very helpful and friendly, just will do my cars there! thanks Pelicar team!

I was recommended this place by three other people and they also loved them. The staff were so nice and I feel like the process was so fast. You can tell the employees are very experienced. One of the female employees was able to educate me on all the tints. I set an appointment a day prior through their site, I m glad they had open times!

I previously was a customer of pelicar since 2019 and brought multiple cars and recommended many people but after my past visit I m not sure I ll return. I brought my car in March to install omnique tint all around and I ordered a full kit of roll which included the windshield. I didn t install the windshield that day but I did all around and the sides were cut very bad didn t even line up to the windows on the top or bottom and then I went last week to install the windshield and they cut the film wrong in March so they didn t have enough film and didn t claim responsibility. I was also told before in March it would be 70 for install but price was raised when I came in which was unfortunate.

Great customer service! I came for window tinting and they had me out within an hour. The woman who helped me with the scheduling and picking the right percentage was extremely knowledgeable. I wish I got her name but thank you to their entire team! Highly recommended

Peilcar has a good selection of window tint for home n auto , lady in the office is very knowledgable on the products they carry and answered all questions and concerns I had reguarding the different types of tint and their shade levels, she was very attentive ,wiped the car down after the tint was applied so my car looked as clean as it did when I arrived and made sure I was happy with their work , all around great service !

This is my second time tinting windows with Pelicar and once again always high level of service and quality. I had an appointment at 5 pm to tint my windows on my new truck i showed up 20-30 mins before my appointment and they where able to take me right in and had me out the door at 5pm when my appointment was originally scheduled. Im am absolutely pleased with the service and the staff. Thank you very much for being the best of the best. Your care and knowledge is unmatched! See you soon again.

I do livery service around the Boston area and needed to black out my car in a timely manner. Pelicar was able to accommodate my needs and explain every tint option they had quickly. They got a full size suv done in roughly a hour.Thank you!

Third car here and every single experience was perfect. Even with the tiniest imperfections, they were willingly eager to repeat and fix until the job was done. Every tint came out perfect, with great customer service and warranty. Has been and will continue to be my go-to place going forward.

I chose this place cause they're the only company around that offered 3M tint and they were the only company out of the handful I called that didn't leave me with the impression I was interrupting their nap. The lady who answered the phone Pricilla was amazing. So polite and professional so I booked an appointment to come in and look at my options. They weren't the cheapest i found but I'm a firm believer in, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!"... For a few dollars more I got top of the line 3m tint, LIFETIME WARRANTY and THE BEST SERVICE MONEY COULD BUY. Tony the owner and the rest of the crew were outstanding. Wait time was barely an hour and the tint was flawless... I ran into a few minor problems but they bent over backwards to make it right IMMEDIATELY!! I'm so glad I chose these guys. So much so i referred my friend and my daughter's boyfriend. Both went down and got theirs done there as well & both called to thank me... Want quality tint and the best service? Save yourself some time and just call these guys... But make sure you call ahead and book an appointment cause these guys are slamming busy!!

Took my car here in 2016. These guys had me in and out in less than an hour. One person on each side. Very efficient. Now I'll be taking my new car to them very soon.

In April, I finished errands early and was in the area. Decided to stop by to asked for pricing because I had a lot of recommendations from other coworkers. They told me the prices and they said I could get in done in a few hours if I wanted. I said sure go ahead..They had to remove the old tints on the 2 front windows. My car looks great now. Picture was 1 week after tint

I got my Mini Cooper Countryman's glass tinted all around. I chose the 3M ceramic IR tinting. So far the tinting is working great. There are bubbles that are slowly disappearing as the tint cures. One of the rear quarter glass has a strange jagged bottom to the tinting film. The rear hatch tint had a scratch on it. There is a bubble on the passenger door that looks like it has something trapped under it. The application was 3 stars and the product is 5 stars so far.**UPDATE** - 5/2/22The company reached out to me and asked me to bring the car back in so they could correct any problems. I dropped the car off this morning after walking over what I saw. They worked on the car for an hour replacing a few of the window panels. The result is great. Really fantastic customer service. You just have to love when a vendor will stand behind their service. With these changes the review is a full 5 stars.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I received a recommendation from a friend to go to Pelicar Professional Windows tint in Malden. The same day I went to the place. At the office the lady who attended me was very kind and professional with her information. She gave me several recommendations that I had to think a bit. My budget was a little lower than the price they charge. After thinking about it, I remembered that I was backed by the 3M brand so I decided to pay for tint ceramic IR. The best decision I made was to invest in it. At night it gives me more security and during the day it helps so that the interior feels cold despite the heat of the sun. The invoice and guarantee came to my email. Super recommended this place and all service staff was very friendly! I got my windows tinted by these guys a few months back and I have to say that the product is great and these guys have a lot of integrity. I did a bunch of research on the type of film and after calling a few places about tinting my SUV, I decided to come to Pelicar. I went with the ceramic film for all the windows after seeing the demonstration of they have in their office. I've never had tint in my cars before and I always thought the heat reduction is a gimmick and not noticeable. After having the tint for about 3 months in both cool and hot weather, I'm sold and will definitely get tinting in the future. There's a clear difference on a hot day and it's great to know it keeps the car somewhat cool when I have dogs in the car.During the installation, the team ran into some issues with my hatch and I was assured by Manuela (office manager) that they would take care of it. They kept their word and after the issue was resolved, they finished the job.Trusting a car place isn't easy. I'm not only happy with the tinting they did but I'm also impressed by their professionalism / customer service. I recommend this business and will come back.

Pelicar is hands down the best place in all of Massachusetts to get any window tinting or cosmetic car work. I used to live near Framingham and would make the 1+ hour drive to come here. Worth the time, gas, and journey for their work. Quality, quick, and the customer service experience is second to none. They ve been servicing all my vehicles for the last 4 years and wouldn t dream of using anyone else. Ask for Rafa!

Update Update:THEY HAD 2 MOVE BUT got back 2 ME THE NEXT DAY & OFFERED 2 SCHEDULE when they open their new location this month So that's awesome customer service on their part considering what the Co. has going on right now. 5 1 UPDATE: Just started to notice mini bubbles in the rear window tint ( 1 side only) but I have a warranty still so lets see how this Co. handles it FYI ONLY FRONT WINDOWS need to be tinted a legal % I WISH they'd of told me that, not asked "which % for the whole " & I responded with "what can I legally get away with". I should of done RESEARCH MYSELF, cus I'd of gone @ least a little darker on my back windows not to see a variation in tint amount & that was not offered to me. Good news % exactly what I asked for @ a reasonable price. But I wished she'd of said we can go legal % on front & whatever % on back. My neighbor has no tint on front & f/ factory. So i looked up the laws for my state & it IS TRUE.Old review:Local & QUICK TURN A ROUND TIME! Another GREAT REASON TO USE THIS Co. is that only use 3M products & it comes with a lifetime warranty that's actually worth something! A guarantee is only as good as the company who offers it & they've been in business long enough to know that they're not going anywhere. Very professional, appointment ran on time oh, cute waiting room area or walk around and see the cute shops in Malden.

This place has gone down hill big time! They have new management who is so RUDE. They don t live up to their mistakes. Just had 8th vehicle tinted through them, they cut the tint longer than the winder so the tint was not curing to the window. They said not want to cover it under warranty until I said I would dispute with my cc!There is only 1 person who speaks English in the establishment now, and bottom line is STAY AWAY, choose else where!Services: Sun control window tinting, Privacy window films, Vehicle window tinting
