Sometimes it s not just about the service it s about the people and their integrity. An employee of theirs. Found my wallet on a rest area off i90. I was on my way to Boston marathon. I must have left it in behind having this race on my mind. She contacted and me. Return the wallet. I offered her a gift she refused. Sometimes the heart is what makes the service in a place that much greater. I didn t receive service but I had an encounter with a kind person from this office. Thank you so much. Just a way to repay this moment in my life.

My car sustained scratches on the driver side panels as well as the rear left bumper - going through my insurance was a stressful process but they even helped me with that! I can not say good enough things about this place or the staff that work here. They are very responsive & friendly. They returned my car back to me in BETTER condition. I will always go to them for any car fixes & I will recommend them to everyone & anyone. The BEST in or around Malden, 100% guarantee.

My husband and I needed body work done after a collision and our insurance company sent us to New Craft Collision. We had never been there before but were very happy with our service! Their location is convenient, easy to get to and appears to be run by a very kind family! They took great care of us with good communication and even cleaned our car out as well as waxed the outside! We are very happy with the service we received and if we need car work again, will be sure to visit them!

I was involved in a collision nearby this shop, and I only really chose it because it is close to where I live. WOW they really exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very respectful and knowledgeable about the entire process, they made me feel comfortable (even as a transgirl haha). They took tons of pictures of the damage and were very thorough, more than any other garage I have been to, which is unfortunately more than a few... Thank you New Craft Collision!

I have never had such a positive experience with an auto body shop before. New Craft provided top notch customer service. They walked me through the entire process, provided daily updates on my vehicle and completed the work 4 days earlier than expected. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. Not only did they fix the damage but they also buffed out any pre existing scratches on my vehicle and gave it a full detail inside and out. I am beyond impressed by the service I had at New Craft. This is definitely a company that puts their customers first. I highly recommend.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred to New Craft Collision Center by my insurance company. I could not be happier with the work that was done. The owner, Adriano, was extremely communicative. I was on a tight timeline as we were leaving for vacation and I am so appreciative of the effort put in to ensure my car was finished on time. In addition to all this my car was returned cleaner than when it went in. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Insurance company recommended them. Location is easy to get to & parking available. Adriano and his team did a great job with my car! They kept me updated the whole time & it was finished by the day they said it would be done. My car came out looking even better than before my accident. They even vacuumed & waxed the entire car. Highly recommend New Craft Collision Center!

The owner of this center Mr Adriano Lopes is a very genuine, hardworking , polite and reliable person. The whole crew did an amazing job on our car. Not only they fixed our car perfectly after the accident, but Mr Adriano is one of this rare businessmen today who goes above and beyond to make sure his auto shop does an exceptional performance. My car was brought in because people are drawn to my bumper and LOVE to sideswipe my car. I also noticed that the harsh New England conditions started to rust the hood of my car. I regret not taking any pics, but my car bumper and hood looks brand new now! Customer service was great and my little Honda CR-V looks pristine! Very pleased with how everything came out and love that there is a reliable place right down the road from my house!Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend New Craft Collision Center for car repair. My car was rear-ended with minor damages. With no prior collision repair experience, Adriano had been vary patient and responsive with my questions and concerns and explained to me about the entire procedure, the parts to be replaced, and the timeline with detail. The repair was perfectly done and I was very satisfied with the service. Adriano, and also Kamily, are very friendly, communicable, and trustworthy people. My 2018 Nissan Rogue was broken in the rear bumper due to an accident. I brought my car in New Craft Collision Center on Monday and I got the car back on Wednesday of the same week.Adriano and his team are very friendly and productive. I recommend this place to anyone. Just for painting a front bumber it took 25 days and does not put original parts. I had to spend $ 900 extra on my part because of him because the sensors were not calibrated and dont use the original part and he was not responsible.
