Charged $65 for an oil change and claimed they had to use a special filter but didnt mention anything about it when waiting. They did service right away and did my inspection so they get 3.

Efficient, trustworthy and thorough. These guys put the customer first at prices that are competitive for the area.I took my car in for brakes and steering issues. I've never felt upcharged or sold anything unnecessary for the repair.Quality service all-around

I pulled into this place years ago for Gas. The owner was smiling. I have been taking my car there for years. I take my wife car and have referred them to people. I had an issue with my transmission that was fully covered by warranty by the dealer. Abraham and Eddy told me that. Ask to see your parts? they will show you. I looked at some reviews and maybe you caught an employee on a bad day. I also looked at all the great reviews that they have earned. I drive the extra distance to there because i feel good using them.Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Went for a oil change , they put regular oil , instead of synthetic oil. Also they didn t reset the oil change setting.Went there a second time to put air in the tire.They started asking for money , which i had on my hand. Told him to check all tires , he stopped and asked for more money . I had it and i left .Most unprofessional people and rude service.Services: Tires, Oil change

We bring our cars here for years, and the owner Ibrahim, is honest and very helpful. He is a wonderful mechanic. Im moving 70+ miles and I wouldn't bring our cars anywhere but here.

Great service, down to earth. If a zip-tie does the job, there is no need for expensive replacement parts.Today, we arrived at 2.30, a half hour before they close for a safety inspection. Initially, the car failed, but the owner offered to do the necessary repair and we agreed. He made his mechanics work overtime to finish our repair and we left at 4 with a working car and a passed safety inspection. Thank you so much!

I came here to get my axel repaired and an oil change. When I came to pick up my car, my oil was still at 10 percent after I paid for the services. I made them aware of that and they told me they would quickly do my oil change. I waited over an hour and at the same time they were still taking other costumers that came after wards before me despite the fact that I basically paid them for a service that I was not given initially. Watching them work was disappointing. They don t do their work with urgency. One man who seemed to be a main mechanic was standing around and smoking throughout. Would not recommend this shop.

These people are dishonest. I went there for my car inspection. They charged me $45. As I moved to MA recently, I wanted to check they charged me correct. I realized they charged me $10 extra. When I called them, they told me that they charged me for putting the new plates. But they never informed me that the new plates were needed for the inspection and they would charge for that. If they had, I would have done that myself. Stay away. They charge customers without asking for their permission.

These people are great and I've been going to them for years now. They've replaced the engine of my car for a bargain and I still drive it to this day. I regularly go to them for oil change, inspection stickers and mechanical problems and always get the best price and a job well done. I've done price comparison shopping for major repairs and nobody has ever beaten their prices. The owner is a very friendly fellow and always treat me like family.Their gas price is generally higher than the average so I don't go to them for gas. But for everything else, I put my trust in these people.

Jake is knowledgeable, courteous, and great at diagnosing complex car problems that turn out to be a simple, and inexpensive fix. He is fair and helpful in a pinch. Don t service your car here. My car failed the car inspection in 2016 because of worn out wiper blades and they charged me $30 for replacing it with Anco brand, which cost $5 each on Amazon. The driver side wiper blade is not even the right size according the car s manual. My mother also failed her car inspection because of the tires. They had somebody come over and take her car away for the tire replacement. They charged her more than they asked before replacing the tires. Overall, I m not happy with the car services here except for the state inspection.

They fake car issues during state inspections and then offer to repair them for you. We had two separate mechanics confirm that their diagnostics were false.

Brought my Audi here once for an oil change. It's very possible they never changed the oil or filter, as my oil pan had shavings in it and the engine completely fell apart. Following, I spent $4,000 in repairs only to have it never fully repaired. All in all a $7,000 loss on the car itself for then having to trade it in second hand. Do i have proof they didnt change my oil / filter? No, but i'd have to say its very likely.

The state inspection always find excuses not to provide TNC inspection, times they say the machine not working, and last time the man at the station said we don't do TNC alone, it go together with state inspection. None sense.

The inspection guy is very rude he don't have a respect for customers. He reject my car for tyer and front safty I took it to the mechanic and fixed it when i come back he reject it again because i didn't leave the car fro him to fix but the good thing he isn't the only place for inspection .right away I went to another inspection and i pass

DON'T waist your time OR money.These reviews are not accurate.They said they'd fix my problem, $300, I got it fixed somewhere else $95... they will tell you anything they can to get money from you. Save yourself a headache, go ANYWHERE ELSE

Very dishonest people. went there for an inspection and they tries to push me to but new headlights by rejecting me. I ended up having to file a complaint and re-inspection request with the mass gov and not being able to drive my car while I am waiting for their re-inspection. Will not step foot there again.
