I brought my brand new car to George after it was scuffed by another vehicle attempting to park. It was a minor scuff and dent to the back side panel. I decided to go ahead with the repairs because George seemed knowledgeable, gave me a fair price, and had good reviews. However, after I picked up my car, although the dent was fixed, he painted the area of the scuff with a different shade of paint in addition to leaving scratches and swirl marks throughout the entire vehicle.George obviously denied any liability to the scratches and swirl marks but was amenable to fix the paint. Second time around, he had my car for longer and noticed he frequently would open up the front trunk, which I thought was odd because that was nowhere near the area that needed to be fixed which is highly suspicious (I can see it on my app). When I went to pick it up the second time around, it was obvious George did not want anything to do with my car anymore and just handed me my keys without addressing anything and left. Additionally, he left my interior a mess with white specs/dust everywhere which I had to clean up on my own.Ultimately George managed to make my brand new car as if it went from 0 miles to 100,000 miles and then through a tornado with all the micro scratches and swirls. I guess I should've known when the price was too good to be true. Go at your own risk.

I went here for a second opinion after a fender bender on 93 North in Woburn and before I could say thank you GAR had my car all put back together like the incident never happened. I am grateful that this business understood that I work with the car for a daily living and that a comprehensive repair for a bumper that came out would tie me up for some time. They put my needs first and did not even charge me anything for the fix. I appreciated their time and expertise and am confident that my car is just fine after the fix.

Had my car repaired here twice - recently it was scratches and a dent on the fender, bumper and wheel. Following the repair the wheel was squeaky clean and body looked great. They also added touchups that was requested. Would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Went over there a few days ago, met George and he immediately gave me an estimate, it was really affordable especially compared to the other places I went around my area. Today dropped my wife Jeep around 8:00 AM and by 4:00 pm I was being called by the crew at GAR that the jeep was ready to pick up.Quality of the job is top, prices affordable and really fast, they just got a new customer.

I can't say enough good things about the work done by George at GAR auto body. I recently got into a minor fender bender that left my front bumper badly damaged. The paint was chipped and scratched, and the bumper was slightly bent out of shape.I brought my car to George and he was able to repair and repaint the bumper so expertly that you'd never know anything happened to it. The paint color and finish is a perfect match to the rest of my car. George clearly took great care in prepping the surface before painting to ensure a flawless final result.The bumper itself is straight and solid once again. George was able to successfully bend it back into the proper shape and re-attach it securely. It feels sturdy as new. I am thoroughly impressed with the high quality workmanship and attention to detail that went into repairing my front bumper. It looks brand new and functions perfectly once again.I would highly recommend George and GAR auto body to anyone in need of collision repair services. George is a true master of his craft who takes great pride in the work he does. I'm grateful that he was able to restore my bumper to its pre-accident condition. It's like the accident never happened at all. Thank you for the outstanding work!

I'm glad I chose Gar Auto Body. George was very meticulous and did a perfect job repairing the scratches on my hood and rear bumper. He provided a honeyed affordable price and gave me two options for the repairs, patiently explaining the potential outcomes of each options. Really nice job on my 2012 Expedition. This vehicle has a tendency for paint to peel off tailgate - Jorge repaired and refinished the whole tailgate in good time and and even touched up a scratch on the side free of charge. V professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely use again

Had two scratches and some crackling on the driver door of my 2018 X1. Took it in and they painted the panel with the blemishes as well as the adjoining panel for continuity of color...same day. Excellent job at a more than fair price. What a stroke of luck I found them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: Paint repairService: Paint repair

I asked for 5 bodyshop to repair my scratches and GAR offered me the most competitive price. When I say competitive, their ask price is literally less than half of the cheapest ask from the other 4....They did a really good job on the fix and I cannot see the dent and scratch after the fix at all. There were minor details left unfinished but after I pointed out to the technician, he fixed it right away. Highly recommended. One more thing to notice is if you pay by credit card, they will charge you 3% transaction fee. So get your cash handy if you can!Service: Paint repair

George did excellent job in fixing the scratches on quarter panel of my car. It looks like brand new and as if nothing had happened. Turnaround time was great and they also washed by car. GAR rates are very reasonable and they do very professional job and would recommend to my friends. George and his team will never disappoint you with thier work!

I had to get work done on my car after getting it scratched and GAR did an amazing job! The workers were very honest, told me my problems right away, and gave me a very good quote when compared with competitors. All the work was done in a couple of days, and my ride looked like brand new. If you are on the fence, I definitely recommend them!

Someone hit and broke one of my sideview mirrors of my 2016 Toyota Camry last month when we had a lot of snow. I therefore had to order a new one. I was surprised at how high the dealership prices were. I therefore ordered a used one on eBay. After it arrived, I took it to George at GAR Auto Body. He told me that he could install it the next day (a Saturday). When I brought the side mirror assembly (I had to get the whole setup), George was quick to recognize that the assembly's painted part color was a different type of gray from my car (the assemblies have 2 parts: a painted part and non-painted one). However, since the painted part of my old assembly was not broken, he would see whether he could use it in my new assembly. He told me would call me when he was done. Sure enough, after about an hour he called. The job was done. He was able to use the old part with the new assembly. I now had a functioning side mirror again which is an original Toyota part. And he was very reasonable with the charge.

They fix the outside problems but when I took it to a mechanic they used already rusted and use parts after they insisted they had ordered new parts

This was my first time having to get auto body work done, and I'm so happy I chose GAR Auto Body. Incredibly friendly staff, quick turn around time, and immaculate work. Paint was matched perfectly. They do high quality work and are a friendly neighborhood shop unlike some big shops around. At the top of any experience is the customer service and George and his team make sure you are taken care of. They did a great job on my Lexus and helped restore a classic.

Friendly and helpful. Took great care of my car, looks like new. They even cleaned my car inside and out while they had it. Also arranged for a rental and processed all insurance paperwork. All I had to do was open the claim, they did the rest. I highly recommend this shop.

My car was dented on left front and rear door. I got a very reasonable quote from Rose. The work was amazing. The doors looked like nothing ever happened. They did my interior and exterior as well despite the reasonable price. Exceptional service.....

I have used all the body shop everywhere in the greater Boston area, and by far GAR Auto Body is the best I have dealt with. Their work is highest quality, resonably priced and George is prompt and honest. You will be treated with respect.

One of the the best body work I seen I took my car to another bodyshop and I was okay with there work but Gar auto body did all body work for me and its amazing. With out exaturating everybody thinks I got a new car. Perfect job all around. I recomad them and their price is very fair.

Rana in the main office is the best, most friendly person to help you understand the insurance process. I had never been in accident before and she walked me through it! The car looked beautiful as well afterwards. Highly recommend.

**ATTENTION** be highly advised of the work you get done from George he is a selfish individual who only cares about profiting for himself. Be very careful on what specific things that are being told about what needs to be fixed on your vehicle because he will make the job appear well done when in reality he has robbed you and cheated the insurance company by doing the less possible work. So if you do get your work done from him make sure to question everything that he had told you that is new or painted and examine all the work you are being charged for. Do not be fooled by this man George. **ATTENTION**
