Everything was great!As women, we are always very skeptical to go to places like this and get screwed over. Both times I have brought my car to Friends Auto Repair they have been amazing. Super quick service and super attentive. Nobody ever likes to have to go to the mechanic but whenever anything happens I don t hesitate to go over to Friends Auto Repair because I know they will take great care of my car:) Thanks guys!!!

I had something wrong with my transmission and I knew it. I had the engine light on and the scanner said it s one of the seleinoids stucks. Took it to this shop the owner said isn t the transmission but you have bad engine supports. He turned the engine light off. He charged me $490 not only he didn t change the supports but the problem came back after driving around 10 miles. Going back to him he directed me to Everett transmission.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My father came in for an oil change and for his headlights to be changed. Not only did they not do the oil change, but my dad had to walk 25-30 minutes to get some oil because when he was driving his car began to overheat. When he returned to the shop, they put oil in the wrong place and kept insisting to my father that everything was fine. Mind you my father doesn t speak English but he knows about cars. They took his money they scammed him and wouldn t even explain anything to me when I tried speaking with them. These mechanics are the reason why I don t like auto shops because they just like to lie and steal from you.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!I Had my car serviced here a day ago because my car couldn't accelerated pass 40 MPH and paid $390. It was good after being fixed, but after driving 4-5 miles I had the same problem again. Took it back to them and said they made a wrong diagnosis and don't know what the problem is now. Also coincidentally all my four lights on my car went out the after being service by these people.This isn't the only time I've seen them take money and not being able to fix the issue. I finally decided to stop going there and write something about it. please find yourself a better Auto repair shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission replacement, Brakes, Oil change

I love this place, although it's a super busy place with lot of footfalls. Henry(owner/manager) was able to look at my car immediately and got it repaired. Some welding was needed in my exhaust system pipe. I get a vibe of trust from him, he was super friendly and made the fix immediately. I believe the price are also very reasonable.Please check this place out, you may not need to book an appointment for 2 weeks in advance and then drop your vehicle, just call him and get your car fixed immediately.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Oil change

Kept bringing my car in for issues and the main issue, engine noise, was never addressed. Over 4 times I begged the owner to fix this issue and they kept repairing things that didn't address this issue, due to my perceived ignorance. 3k later, my car engine died yesterday after they "fixed" my car without hesitation in taking my money knowing that wasn't the main issue. Not sure how these people sleep at night.

The worst Mechanic ever !!Attention customers - this place was the worst, the mechanic are not fully knowledgeable I watched the guy watching a YouTube Vedio to do an oil change on my car !! Seriously ! And the bad yews yet to come ! They put break fluids on my steering wheel fluid, I had to go to a dealer to get it fixed! The owner is very rude and his guys don t know what they re doing ! I was just busy and don t have time to deal with him otherwise I was going to contact BBB and do whatever it takes so they can pay for Thierry mistake ! I would not recommend this place!!

I cant list what work was done because as far as i know absolutely nothing was done. Paid 800 for the AC compressor replacement. Was quoted 690 which is why i chose Friends over another shop. It didn t stay 690 it was 800 really quick but it was already there so i said just fix it please. After 2 whole days i went to pick it up and i paid. Drove away and my AC WAS BLOWING HOT STILL. Went back heard some sad story about why. Broken part etc They said they would buy a new compressor and put it in I waited five days they didn t call So i called them they said the parts came So i dropped it off again for two more days. When i went to pick ot up They said the wrong parts were delivered TWICE. I took my uber back home Today they call. Five minutes before they close to tell me my car is done. I called and texted them all day long they didn t respond but in the last five minutes of the day they call me Finally So i go to pick my car up BUT I drive away with a hot air conditioner. STILL NOT FIXED.!!!! i cant even believe it. 5 days they had my car. 4 days i waited before that for the past to be delivered. And 800 dollars later and im STILL IN THE SAME POSITION WITH A NON WORKING AC IN A HEAT WAVE. So I ve wasted the better part of two weeks and I paid them $800 and I m no better off than the day I started I will avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn t let them change the air in my tires at this point. I never wrote a bad review in my life and I m writing this one because I called them five times and they won t respond and then it shows that they re reading my texts and they won t respond to those either. I dont know what else to even say. Its been a god dam nightmareService: Air conditioning

Just look up Google Map in the neighborhood, there are Paul's Foreign Auto (I used their service for 10 years when Paul was in charge), and Century Auto (also used their service half a dozen times over several years). Henry and Friends Auto is friendly, most reasonably priced, and efficient auto shop I have experienced.

Henry was extremely rude to me why ? Here is why: I had my BMW serviced there ( transmission oil change which I had to show his Michanic how to do it as he was kind of lost and he didn t know how to put the transmission cover back on ! Also I had them flush my power steering wheel fluid so I can change it, guess what they put steering fluid on the the break fluid ! And when I did find out next day I went back and Henry started to deny it and was very rude using the F word !I do not recommend this place !! You really get what you pay for !!

I would never recommend this place to any one. They are the worst. After specifically telling the owner what was wrong with the vehicle, he did a totally wrong diagnosis, fix the wrong part and the vehicle had the same problems after I picked it up. I called them and the owner told me that the vehicle also needed the work on the parts I initially told them. Totally dishonest, they don t know any thing about mechanics. Don t make the same mistake I made with this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Henry is an honest guy and will give you a fair price. I had gone to him for a condenser and front brakes. The dealership quoted me a price of $2100 for the condenser alone. They also told me I need full front and back brakes. Henry looked my car over and determined I only needed the full front brakes. Henry quoted me 1200.00 for the condenser and front brakes (full). Highly recommend Friends Auto to anyone looking for a good mechanic who isn't trying to screw you.

Extremely dishonest i brought my car there this guy change something else which I doubt . Picked it up was still having the same problems turn around a charge me another 650$ on top of the first 400$ I initially pard for the job I think he didn t do .

I was basically scammed at this place, they charged 800 to fix a problem and when I got the car back it was worst than I gave it. Guy stops answering my calls and don t reply to messages. Does anyone else thinks I should perhaps get at least $100 back from this ?

I own a Ford f150 and have nothing but problems with it I go to friends auto basically every other day with something and he is the best with every thing I wouldn't go anywhere else he's done all my work on the truck no issues
