Frank is an great guy. Had a rodent chew up wires in my engine bay. Frank and his guys had it out of the shop and running again in 3 days, and for diagnosing and fixing an electrical problem like that..... that's fast. Gave me a fair price and even saved me a lot of money on parts. He kept me notified the whole time, even sending me pictures and videos. Something wrong with your car, send it to Frank. Good guy, fair prices, great experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I needed my small battery in my jeep changed (Jeeps have 2 batteries). Frank charged me 295$ for that. I asked him why it cost that much when autozone charges 130$ for the battery and the Jeep dealership cost 180$ for the battery. He claims the battery he purchased was 245$ and he charges 50$ to replace it. I asked for my invoice and the company he purchased it from so I could confirm the price of that battery. He still has not given me either. I went in person and he tells me to come back because he doesn t have the receipt for me yet. He took advantage $$ of a young lady who doesn t know much about cars and I will not let this go till he makes it right!! Shame on you Frank!!

Frank has worked on my cars for years. I first began going to him when he was in Somerville as we only lived a few blocks away. One day my wife's car wouldn't start and he walked over to my apartment to get it started, drove it to his shop, and had it fixed in time for my wife to get to work. You won't find anyone with more integrity. I've referred him to multiple friends, he has worked on at least five different vehicles for my wife and I. He is always honest, always kind, and does excellent work very efficiently. I cannot recommend Frank highly enough!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

never Bring your car to this workshop I came to try to fix my air conditioning I spent $550 and my car just for a hot wind and I tried to resolve it with him ask him to repair it for me or return it with money and nothing was done I had to call the police and the police told me to take you to court

I did my brakes job at franks auto Emon Mohammad was such a disaster, abs light turned on right after I left mechanic shop. Disappointed

I'm not from the area, I was drivingone time and my brakes were makinga loud noise. I pulled over to thisgarage expecting to have to buy newbrakes for my car, he took the car fora test drive and told me not to worryand there was actually just a rockstuck in my rotors. He fixed it anddidn't charge me and was veryhelpful throughout, hard to find anhonest mechanic and I got very luckyat Frank's auto. I now drive an hour tosee Frank for any of my cars needs.Service: Brakes

For me it s the best place to take your car for any treatment. I ve been with these guys for years and all my concerns were in good finish. They deserve that 5 stars .
