KEVIN DIAS and Edimilson asked me to advance the payment of $650,00 to buy the parts for my car and KEVIN DIAS never fixed the car and kept lying to me that he had fixed it and said that he WON T give my money back. All that I wanted was my MONEY BACK! After that I didn t see KEVIN DIAS no more only Edimilson who said he was going to help. I took my car to FATHER AND SON AUTO 4 times and every time was a new excuse of why they didn t fix the car. KEVIN DIAS Has a shop located at 495 Broadway, MALDEN. DO NOT TRUST these people they are not good people.

KEVIN DIAS and EDIMILSON are not TRUSTWORTHY, don t believe them. Don t leave your car at this location. Kevin said he was going to fix my and and never did, I paid $650,00 Dollars for NO SERVICE. They both lied to me! and said they re going to fix it so I even thought I believed they re word and left my car there 4 times and every time was an excuse. They have 2 places one is located at 495 Broadway Malden and 53 madison st Malden FATHER AND SONS AUTO.

extremely unprofessional and dishonest!!! they promise deadlines and don't meet it. They returned the car without even being touched/fixed and they still charged for the service not provided. Scammers!! Don't waste time taking your car there.

Worst mechanics in Massachusetts. They stole $650 from me, I paid for the service and they didn't even touch my car. DO NOT TRUST THEM EDIMILSON AND HIS SON KEVIN DIAS. They keeping making up stories after stories.

Was extremely unprofessional. Didn t answer any questions regarding a timeline for vehicles pick up. Car still doesn t work right .. after being there for almost a month more than expected. When feedback was given to the employee he got extremely defensive and was EXTREMELY rude. Recommend anywhere else until that kid gets fired.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Would not recommend, worked on my jag, wanted money up front And lied about when the transmission would be done, took the longest time to get an axle and had to go there for him to order it because I couldn t get a response from him, he ordered the wrong axle TWICE, had to get the axle myself cause it was taking so long and Ubers aren t cheap, wen finally said and done the transmission squeaks and knocks at times I bet they didn t change the transmission fluid, they tried to charge me the most to put the axle in, even after all the time wasted, which I get, labor ain t cheap, but when the service is professional, my brother does business with the son and recommended him to me but he didn t kno I was his brother and the prices he gave me compared to him; terribleServices: Steering & suspension repair, Transmission replacement

Edmilson and his son are two liars. Don't leave your car there. They won't fix it. Waste of time and money.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

No valla a este taller mi trocar duros 2 meses en ese lugar y me la entrego en el mismo estado en la que vino a buscarla ahora mi trocar ni prende y no cojee la llamada ni responde lo msj tengo lo video foto y todos para que me responda por aqu� y resp�ndeme c�mo le respondes a todos que la troca no estaba all� le dijiste ala garant�a que cambiaste transmisi�n siendo mentira dejaste todas la luz de tablero prendida solo la apagaste por 10 minuto desde que recorr� 1milla predio todos de nuevo ladrones
