Had my minivan there twice for alignment. Every time I got there, they work on my car and finished the work right on the estimated time, no delay, and price is best. The work also improved my minivan performance/alignment as well. Price is reasonable, if not the best.

I trust these guys with my car more than anyone else around. Honest pricing on repairs, and tell you if there s someone better around for the type of problem your car has. Really easy to work with. Locally owned as well with a friendly neighborhood feel. Highly recommend!

First review for an Automotive shop for me. I was a mechanic for garage in Everett for a long time working on Boston Taxi cabs. Ive done it all on taxi's but have since changed positions. I still do all my own work on my car and friends and family vehicles. My personal car suddenly lost a Brake Line and became unsafe. I knew what it needed and how to do the job but i was very limited due to not owning a vehicle lift to get the car to a workable height. I realized I had to pay someone to take care of this for me. Thats where Exchange Brake and Alignment came to my attention. I made an appointment and dropped off the car. The owner was a down to earth guy and was " a car guy" . I must say that the work performed and the price for the what needed to be done was completely fair and honest. In this day and age of trying to "Find a good and HONEST repair shop" I can say that the owner is an honest and trustworthy person you can leave your vehicle with knowing that the job you asked him to do will be done with care and the knowledge that your vehicle is repaired and safe to drive. The Father and son are amazing! Everyone who works there is. You walk in they greet you with a smile, They do amazing work for a fair price. They are fast, clean and efficient.

I needed two tires replaced. I made an appointment there and there replaced as usual with the efficient father/don business. The price of the Dunlop tires were excellent. You can't beat the reliability of the mechanics who work here!

Great local family business. They can handle pretty much anything you need, get you in a timely fashion and take care of it. Most importantly, they will give you an honest assessment of your problem and a choice of solutions. They are my automatic go-to for everything.

Honest plainspoken guys, a real old fashioned independent mechanic shop. I appreciated the right to repair signs on the walls. John and his father run the place fairly and don't overcharge or try to con me into service I don't need. I want to join and John for alignment on my e250 van and wheel balancing and that's exactly what they did, they were ready right at the appointment time and took less time than they quoted me, and charged just what they said they would.

Exchange Street right is a family-owned business which has been in Malden for many years. John and his son John are very honest gentleman, their staff as well whatever hospitable. They have up-to-date equipment to find out what's going on with your vehicle through Diagnostics, they will tell you what's going on with your vehicle, give you an estimate of repairs needed and move forward upon your request with repairs. We have been going to Exchange Street break for years now and would highly recommend them as high quality of workmanship, an honest business and supporting our community local businesses is a must for us. A big name doesn't mean Better Business seek out small business, 80% of the time these are the ones who you can trust. But always do your homework.

I've been going to these guys for well over a decade and John and his son John Jr. are the most honest mechanics around. Nothing beats a family owned auto repair shop like EB&A when it comes to customer service and treating customers like real people.

Excellent repair shop. So glad to have them in Malden. Professional work and ethics. I have never felt I was overcharged for any service. The BEST !!

Been going here for yearsJoin is extremely fair and won't do anything until he calls u to give u the damage he also gives out stickers. It's nice to go to a mechanic who you can tru s t.
