Always a pleasure working with Eli's Garage. Have gotten my tires/wheels worked on here a couple times, but my starter died and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue well within the quoted time! Very happy with the service, would recommend to anybody around here.

As common courtesy, I try to call ahead before coming in. I called at 2pm, no answer. Tried again at 2:30pm, still no answer. I decided to test my luck and walked in (I live close by so I got there in 10-15 mins). I told the man at the front desk my headlight was out and it needed replacing. With a condescending look, he says, "you mean headlight?" I didn't like the attitude but just went with it. He takes my car and comes back, giving me the price. I'm doing an errand for my mother and after confirming with her, she decides to wait on it. The next thing he says is, "you still have to pay for the labor" (again, with a slight condescending attitude). At this point, I'm upset because I could have saved my/their time and [my]money if they had just answered their phones. When I express this to them, they just kinda shrug and tell me they're understaffed (mind you, the first man I talked to was on his phone when I walked in). I just paid them the $20 and walked out.

My inspection sticker was expired and I really needed to get inspected and I went a couple of different places who had extremely long wait times and rude service members. Eli's had me in and out in a heartbeat. Were transparent about the wait time and how long to complete. (It was actually done quicker than expected!) Very friendly workers and owner. Will be coming here every year to get inspected from now on. This is a place I felt comfortable as a young woman ALONE.

I had an unexpected issue with my car, but Eli's Garage truly went above and beyond to make things right. Great experience at Eli's garage. My car needed important repairs. I had good communication throughout, they ensured I knew what they found and that I agree with the repairs being done. They knew I need my car to work everyday and worked in a timely manner to ensure I had it back as soon as possible (got it back even earlier than predicted!). If you're looking for the most reliable, trustworthy garage around, then this is your spot. Tawfik and his team are the best. I have brought all of my cars and family's cars to his garage. Used these guys a few times and they are amazing. I had water leaking in my Toyota so I took it to the dealership and they were gonna charge me $175 just to diagnose it. Took it to Eli s, they took one look and said the AC hose was clogged, fixed it and charged me $40. I was out in 15 minutes. Could not recommend these guys enough

My family and I have been coming to Eli s Garage for years! The service from Tawfik and staff has always been great and very reliable. I did my car inspection 2 years back with Eli's Garage and they denied my inspection saying my car tire depth is not appropriate. My car ran about 30K miles and tires are in good condition. But they insisted to get new tires and tried to cross sell from their inventory. I preferred to get it outside and for that the person was not happy about. He asked me to pay in cash as they don t take credit cards..that is totally wired. I didn t put this review as of now but I had another similar bad experience with another service center near to this one which I thought to put for awareness that how these folks are making money for the sake of inspection and preempting innocents to buy product from them on higher prices.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Easily the best garage around. The mechanics are honest, they do great work. They only fix what needs to be fixed and they have very fair prices. They don't try to upsell you on work that you do not need done. I've came here a few times for work, most recently for an oil pan gasket leak and an electrical ground issue on a tail light. I was in and out. I will be back soon for an a/c compressor replacement. This shop is honest, reliable, and fair. I highly recommend this shop to all. You're making a mistake bringing your vehicle any where else. This is the only shop I trust and feel confident in to get the job done right. Eli s Garage is amazing! I m new to the area and need some emergency repairs. They took me in right away, fixed all my issues including one I didn t even know about! They thoroughly explained everything and had my car back to me in time to go to work. Affordable prices too! The best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic/shop! They were helpful, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable. The work was done quickly and they call you right away. I felt at peace leaving my car there. Cannot say the same with other shops in the area. The owner was genuinely interested in helping me throughout my process of narrowing down car issues that were keeping me from passing inspection. He went above and beyond for me. Any other mechanic would ve worked on my car and after that- you re on your own! However, he made sure to assist me until I finally passed inspection. He even gave me a call at the end of the day to make sure I passed inspection and to check in. Wow. I was so grateful and taken aback. Wonderful man, wonderful place.

One of the best repair shops I've used. Took my Toyota Tacoma 2007 to another shop...$2k and 2 weeks later and still same issue. Took it to Eli's Garage 1 day later and no issues since. Fair prices and amazing work! I won't take my car anywhere else!

It is the best car garage I've even been to. The boss is very nice and he would offer the fairest price. I have been there three times and I got quality services. If you guys are still searching for a good garage for your beloved cars. This is the one you should stop by. I have told all my friends to come here if their cars have problems. Please remember, if you're looking for discount, talk to the boss^-^, not other guys. I went there a week ago for the flush of engine oil, brake oil, coolant and transmission oil. The dealer asked for $520 for all the flushes, but the boss of this garage ONLY asked for $250. Just come by and test it if you don't trust me!! I would update the quality of the last service later

Eli s Garage is the place to be these guys go out their way to really take care of your car they are friendly and explain Everything they are doing step by step. So Far I have been going to them and only them because I have had issues with my Audi. You can count on Tawfik to make sure you don t get screwed over. After shopping around at local places, I recently took my car to Eli s Garage for a small car issue. The service was complete super fast! The pricing was more than fair - less than any other local quotes. The owner and employees were professional and welcoming, pricing was fair, communication was open, and service was done well and completed fast! They did a great job again on my 2010 Lexus ES350. Completed Rear shock and link bushings replacement and front sway bar links and bushings replacement for $900. Cheapest price for great quality work and friendly service to boot. Thanks again guys! I'll be back as needed.

Went here to get my driver side mirror arm fixed that I had been putting off for quite a while. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was incredibly nice, informative, and also upfront about the repair & parts. The repair was reasonably priced in my opinion too, and super quick. Since my car is a 2007 model we had to get a used part, but you can t even tell! Looks brand new and works perfect :)Thanks again for your help!

We live far away from Eli's but brought a vehicle in that we were considering buying. We asked Tawfik to do a buyer's check on it. He was friendly and helpful and did a thorough examination of the vehicle. He was generous with his knowledge and even showed us the repairs that were needed. He explained everything and gave us a printout of the necessary repairs and how much they would cost, which we could use in negotiating the price of the vehicle. We were so impressed with Tawfik that if we didn't live hours away, we would bring all our car repairs to him. We have absolute confidence in his expertise and honesty.

As a short woman in my 30s, sometimes I have bad experiences with car mechanics. This place was great, and I will use them in the future.Went in for a rattling noise. I was pretty sure something was loose in the undercarriage. They got the car up in the lift quickly, showed me what was wrong and gave me a couple options.The fix was inexpensive, they were fast, and I felt like they listened to me- they didn t go hunting for something expensive to fix.

They took great care of me there. I have a supercharged mustang that had some electrical issues and they figured it out easily. Other shops were going to charge me a fortune and they really saved the day on that one. Eli and his crew are nothing but professional. They know their stuff. Highly recommend getting work done with them.
