As a woman with no experience with cars and being single, I had to walk into a shop full of men and ask for help. Even though the men there were extremely gracious to begin with and found out what the issue was and called my dealership because they thought that it was an extended warranty type issue, they sent me home and told me they'd call me. They never did. I called the mid-afternoon he told me people get busy and was a little bit rude about it and told me he'd call me by the end of the day and he never did. I found another mechanic and I actually called them and I told them that if they say they're going to call somebody, they need to stick to their word, they are a business, and because of them not getting back to me at all, I went to another mechanic and I gave them all of my business which was a 1500 dollar job, and the part that I originally went for, was covered by my dealership. So they lost out on the money and I'll never go back. But I will say and the reason I gave them four stars was because when I originally walked in there they were very nice and being a woman on her own, that was appreciated. However, they need to work on their follow-through

$220 quoted to remove/replace wheel studs. Was able to pick up the next day and only paid $212. They also fixed an issue with rear suspension and checked torque on a different wheel. Would be happy to bring come back again. Based on my experience, the current Google rating of 3.6 seems unfair.

Totally disappointed, replace some external equipment and painting but after 4 days drive, found out some issues while driving, then i came back to ask, they just said, the system built like this. About the paint, i can tell if i decided to go to dealer to repaint it will be cheaper than this body shop and quality totally not matching my side door and front bumper. They also lack of integrity, promised car will be completed by weekend (5days work) then... extended another 3 daysnot recommend, guest service is poor there too.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

This place is the absolute worst in the area in term of customer service. If I was able to rate a zero star I would have given them a zero. Horrible!! I was standing around waiting for a representative to help and assist, yet no one came. So I peeked into the garage area and this gentleman who appears to be the owner. Asked me what do I want and I told I need an estimate for my wife's car. All he told me was to come back later we are having lunch can't help you. The owner was awfully rude and unprofessional. He notice me standing there all the time too. I guess he didn't want my business.

I've been here a few times during the last 5-6 years, and most recently, earlier this week. I started out a bit suspicious as most people are when trying out a new auto shop, but now feel very comfortable taking my car in for services.They've been very fair and understanding to me so far, and I plan to go back to them when my car needs servicing in the future.

I brought my car here in June after filing a claim, but also needed other work done (about $700 extra, along with a state inspection). The front desk was great with communication, but turned on me after getting my car back. I found chips missing all over the hood, scratches all around my car AND chips in the windshield!He told me it was from rocks, and I know they weren t there before. He said they d buff out the scratches for free but fixing the other stuff would look bad... I was baffled. Shame on me for not doing my research. Do yours and take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE. They mess up your car and do not take responsibility. They pretend they don't see the damage or that it wasn't their fault. Came in to get a repair and came back to a damaged car with my sides cracked. They do not care. Will be taking legal action.

This place is great! Myself, family and friends come here to get our cars serviced. They excel in body repair to brakes to basically anything your car needs. Kien, is the owner and is super kind and honest. My family and I won't go anywhere else. Excellent work!

Dont bring your car there!!! I have a Honda Civic for repair and repaint but they keep mine almost 2 months and the car even doesn't match color. And they dont know how to balance wheels too. I have to bring my car back and forth that place like a 1000 times....

Great work done at a reasonable price! I highly recommend making Century your new go to place for repairs. Trying to find an honest mechanic is stressful for me and my family no more! Thank you all for your help and exelent service. Eddie.

Completely incompetent group of scammers. Proceeded to damage car during a simple service and refused any sort of compensation or repair! AVOID AT ALL COST

I talk to dealer for days I had a appointment set to get car he turned his phone of his name is mike don t believe the hype they talk a good online and on the phone then when you get there it s a different story very unprofessional

The ABS light comes on and off, telling me that if it doesn't turn on, I can't find the problem. If it turns on, it tells me that both rear wheel sensors need to be replaced. Volsar in Medford directly checked the error records and found that it was a battery problem. Fortunately, I didn't practice it here.ABS sensor Medford Volsar
