Best experience I ve ever had at a major retail store. I don t know his name, but these young kid with the curly hair and glasses, that Spanish he is the man! Super helpful didn t bust my balls exchange my item no problems. I was in and out in five minutes. That kid deserves a raise because that s how everybody should handle every customer. Thank you my man.

They were so so incredibly helpful. My elderly mother went there and there were three teenager/young men there that were so incredibly helpful my Mum came home so happy and told me to write this review. She needed windshield wipers but they were out of her budget and they helped her find coupons and such. One boy even came out and installed them for her. She was so thrilled with their service. 10/10 stairs. .

My daughter went in today to purchase a battery post cap and first was given wrong thing and when sales person came out to figure the right item, he asked my daughter if she wanted to see a mechanic and someone came from out of nowhere and put the post cap on which is simple to do and never told her there would be a charge and then asked her if she had $20 in cash. She said she did not and then he asked if she has Cash App and told her it would be $20. She told me the story when she got home and I said I never heard of being charged there like that. I had bought the battery from them. I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager and manager said they do not have mechanics there and said she didn't understand why she was getting a call. SO who was this person who conned my daughter out of $20? I have the name but I can't locate them and have suspicions that it is a fake name. UPDATE: I was contacted by the regional manager and he contacted the store, he apologized to us and she was refunded.

I always like to go to Malden Auto Zone, all the mechanics and friends that I know shop at this location and they always have what I need. Today I had to stop by to charge my car battery that was completely dead and Bryan was the one that helped me and this time I really felt like writing this review just to say how helpful and friendly he is. Thanks Bryan for providing a great service and thanks Malden Auto Zone I will always come back.

I walked into your Malden location and was instantly greeted it was a simple hello but it was welcoming. The customer service provided by Ana who had a gray shirt was excellent. I was worried I might need a new battery or alternator. She offered to tested my battery and in doing so I realized I needed a new one. Ana was very knowledgeable when helping decide which battery to choose. Lol she an awesome sales person because I also left with wipers and winter weather accessories. Wish we had more people like Ana in the customer service field. Definitely making Malden my home store from now on. THANK YOU ANA

For me this one the best place to get my parts I ve buying parts from here 6 years ago, for my truck and all my cars it s awesome, the customer service it s really appreciable every employee knows how to treat customers at the best way, Sara the store manager is awesome she helped me with a warranty that it wasn t popping up in the system, the manager name gerson is a great employee every time I ll go there I look for him he is acknowledge to every parts, 5 stars to this store

The employees are very friendly and helpful I went in to buy wipers for my murano and I wasn t sure on the sizes.Sara approached me and asked me if I need help and she was very kind and helpful, and was able to get the right wipers for my car and washer fluid and they also helped me to put them on.. thank u everyone for the help.

Hello, my experience at autzone in Malden was wonderful. A young man by the name of Carlos had superior costumer service. He also helped me chose the most affordable prices and offered me great deals with other products like oil, etc.

Autozone in malden is my favorite store to get any parts for my Honday Crv 2003 , but yesterday was an unexpected day.This young gentleman named David., helped me through the process of getting a new battery replacement and a PLUS he replaced it for me and he taught me too.He made my day before the storm hit.Thank you.Keep up the hard work!

Genson was pretty patient to help me!! My car battery died suddenly, he checked and replaced it, and solved the problem of needing to use the car right away. Thank you and it is a great experience. I will come back again!!

Alex helped test my car battery to confirm it was dead. He offered a free charge but I wanted to change it out for a new one due to age. He was helpful on choosing a new battery. Overall great experience!

Definitely deserve ZERO stars.Bought a battery at this location for a Kia Sportage LX.The employee (tall/stocky Hispanic male with glasses) struggled to install the battery having to go in and out the store multiple times before finishing. The battery was not fully secured causing my car to lose connection to the battery while driving down 95 South.The looseness of the battery also caused cables to spark and melted the positive connector cable, the side of the brand new battery, as well as the thermal sheath for battery.Could have easily caused my car to set on fire!Once I get my final bill from KIA I will certainly be seeking reimbursement from auto zone.

Ana C was very patient, knowledgeable, pleasant. It was a pleasure doing business with her, she tested my battery, replaced my wiper blades, cleaned my battery terminals and gave me suggestions on how to keep my engine clean. She s very friendly and gave me a friends and family coupon to finish my day right. She has a great customer service attitude and I am pleased with my visit to the Malden auto zone.

Love to give a shout out to Victoria in the Malden MA location who helped me with purchase of wipers this afternoon and then asked if she could install them as I always have are hard time and she gladly did and also installed wipers on the customer before me.Victoria was an amazing giver her a 10 out of 10.
