He is kind he is HONEST and experienced. There have been many times Al has told me that the work was not what could have made him much more money. He's a person of order and integrity. Very detailed in his work. I highly suggest using his services.

This is the best most reliable car repair shop I ve gone to steadily for the last four years atleast. He s always so gracious with accommodating my car last minute and so quick to always finding time and to fixing the problem at a fair price. I have to recommend Al s Auto center in Malden to anyone for all the great success I ve had throughout the years.I just wanted to add to my review 11 months later that you can t find a better place with knowledgeable, hard working and a kinder place to help with any problem your automobile may have. 5 stars Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I will never go anywhere else. Al is extremely transparent with his pricing, and explains what he does each time. He provides quality service you can depend on for your car. There is a reason he has been around forever he does right by his customers.

Not honest on price. I paid more than the quote. He told me he could replace brake for electrical caliper when I called him, but in fact they could not. After installation, he even forgot to fasten the wiring harness of the front brake system into the slot, which I found when I went somewhere. Disappointing experience indeed.

Charged me without work done. Told me that they spend more than 2 hours in trying.Should have told me if they're not into that work.Sorry, not going there and not referring.
