Ordered some dealer only parts through the North End Subaru Portal on the Subaru website. They were shipped to the dealer and at my door in a couple days. Was supposed to be a customer pick up but they did the courtesy of delivering them anyway. Parts fit, repair went well. Great experience.

I ordered the Thule kayak kit for the top of my car and it was delivered to my house a few hours later from North End Subaru. It was very easy to use the website, great quality and very fast. I highly recommend getting your parts from them!

The parts manager, Andrew, was superb in getting our parts promptly. He was friendly and engaging and made the entire process simple. I definitely will return to North End Subaru, and Andrew, when I need parts for my Subaru and I will highly recommend the same to others.

I have had nothing but great experience so far working through NE subaru. I've had to replace my daughters WRX engine and have ordered several times through the parts department several OEM parts and they have always been quick in responding and delivery. It's been a great experience!

Great service from North End Subaru Parts Department. I have used them twice, once picking out and paying for the item at the counter, and once ordering the item online and picking it up an hour later. They were super helpful both in person and over the phone. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, delivery, and pricing.If you need replacement parts check here instead of the aftermarket.-Impreza hub bearing for less than Duralast Gold.-Ball joints comparably priced to aftermarket, and no need to replace them every year!-If you're local, free delivery.These guys are doing everything right.

Considering they were only place within 100 miles to have my part. Good service except for one guy at counter not finding a m12x1.25 bolt they told me they had in stock he couldnt find. So I looked around called back to order it and other guys says they had five in stock. I would give bad review based on that, but they just gave it to me frew due to travel time wasted. But hey not everyone is good at their job. I dont like the mark up on product if they order it, so be advised save money order online yourself and have shipped to north end save on mark up and shipping fees. 120$ part would have been 145 if they ordered it. I did it threw their websit and only spent 120$.
