I cant say enough good things about North End. Alex was great. He walked me through every detail, from my payment options to the warranty info. Mike in finance got me in and out without any obstacles. Mark went over every feature of my car so I knew how to use all the features. Keep up the amazing work! I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Exceptional experience buying a new Mazda from North End Mazda. Mark and Alex in sales were a great help, and Mike in finance made all the docs quick and easy.They were helpful to squeeze me in and get me completely set up within the day so that I did not have to return for delivery. They offered me fair pricing on my new car and a fair trade-in for my old car. I would certainly return for my next car, and would travel the hour out there again just to go with them rather than a dealership in Boston.On top of the great service, Mark knew the cars in and out and had answers to a wide variety of questions and it was clear that he took learning about new models seriously. It made the shopping experience great, and I didn't have to search for anything while I was there, he knew it all.

I don't usually write reviews and if I do it's usually to spare someone else my miserable experience. This is NOT one of those reviews Nick Cormier was absolutely fantastic! This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael Sparks in their finance department was also great to work with! Thanks again for making this experience easy & pleasant I would 100% recommend this dealership.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new CX5 at North End Mazda. After a poor experience at Autex Mazda and Werner Mazda we were ready to give up on Mazda and purchase a Nissan. We gave Mazda one last chance at North End and I am so happy we did. At the other dealerships there were aggressive sales tactics, non transparent pricing, poor customer service, bait and switch, and general confusion. These issues did not occur at North End and the entire buying process was relaxed, transparent, comfortable, and friendly. There was excellent customer service that made us feel special and valuable and they did not use pressure tactics that we experienced elsewhere. When it was time to sign and buy it was a quick and streamlined process. When we plan to buy a CX9 in a few years we will come back to North End Mazda.

We had an excellent experience at North End Mazda buying our first new car. Having been to other Mazda dealerships in the area, North End is far superior in terms of customer service and the environment they cultivate. Dave was exceptional- he was not only deeply professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle but was also so personable and really listened to us throughout the entire process. He made it a two-way street, built trust and worked with us every step of the way. On the paperwork side, Mike made that piece a breeze and was also a pleasure to work with. We worked primarily with Dave (who I could not recommend more) but even others checked in on us and overall made it a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, I can t say enough good things about Dave, Mike and everyone else at North End and they made what we anticipated to be a fairly stressful milestone into a hugely positive one. We couldn t be happier with our CX-30 and look forward to returning there for all our needs in the future.

This was a very easy (yet expensive) transaction. We were promptly greeted by Alex (who was our email contact). Alex then passed us on to our salesperson Dave Spellman. We had a conversation about what we were looking for and he went off to get some keys. Before he left he offered us a tailgate filled with snacks and beverages, which we liked cuz some were actually dairy free . We looked at different models, narrowed down which we wanted, and test drove it. Went back inside and gave them our trade in vehicle info and met with Mike Sparks the finance guy.We were there for about 2 hrs and drove off with our new vehicle. It was easy, there was food and it was entertaining also. Highly recommend this dealership.

I want to thank everyone at North End Mazda for taking care if me once again. I was having mechanical issues with my vehicle right before I was to go on a long trip. I decided to call North End to have them take a look and take it for a test drive.They were able to diagnose the problem and remedy it at a timely manner. I had requested a loaner which they arranged for me for that same week. Which I was truly grateful for. I had originally purchased my vehicle through North End Subaru 3 years ago and have been happy with the services ever since.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or who may need mechanical repairs. Thanks again.

Just bought a new CX-5 from here and the entire experience was great, I d 100% recommend checking them out. I worked with Dave and he was the best!! He answered all my questions super quick, didn t pressure me, was super knowledgeable about Mazdas, and just came off honest and down to earth. I also gotta give a shout out to Alex - he helped me sooo much and also Mike in finance! Everyone was amazing, I really think the combination of these people lowered my blood pressure!!!Side note: good prices/interest rates and I did not get sleezeball vibes from anyone.

I've never had a positive experience with a dealership until buying through North End Mazda. The sales team is down to earth and honest, acknowledging that there's no such thing as "perfect" when buying used, but they'll do absolutely everything they can to get you as close to it as possible.Between speaking with Alex to schedule my test drive, working with Dave and Mike to handle the purchase and meeting Nick the following day to pick up my car, I cannot possibly overstate how fantastic and friendly the staff at North End is.I was especially impressed when meeting with Mike for the paperwork and "extras". He was incredibly understanding that some budgets don't allow for all of the additional services and rather than trying to pressurenand upsell me into signing up for something I didn't want, he worked with me to make sure that I got just what I wanted.A day or two after driving off the lot, I noticed a few problems that I didn't see initially during the test drive so I came back in and was introduced to Colette in the service department and she met every expectation set by the folks I worked with before her. I absolutely recommend North End Mazda for anyone in the market for a new or used car.It became immediately clear to me that the staff cares more about the customer than their commission. The entire process was such a refreshing car buying experience when I was expecting to get talked up and ripped off like all of my previous dealership experiences. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Absolute praise to the North End team!

My experience at North End Mazda was exceptional. Mark Atkinson was incredibly accommodating and provided a great deal on a 2023 Mazda CX-30. The dealer provided a loaner car for as long as I needed it and treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire car buying process. I would highly recommend going here to purchase a car.

I went down to purchase a Mazda CX five. Basically was told I was approved, but I couldn t afford it as he said they didn t try to help or make any wiggle room to make the sale which I was already approved for will take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend.

I had a phenomenal experience purchasing my new 22 CX9 from North End Mazda. My salesman Mark was very knowledgeable and walked me through every option and setting on my car before I left. Collette in the finance department was great and the sales manager Scott kept me in the loop as far as tracking my delivery. I live 40 min away and if the service department is as professional as the rest of the dealership I will be returning for my scheduled maintenance for years to come. Very pleased

Had a great experience here when purchasing a new cx30. Salesman Bryan was knowledgeable and respectful, gave me a fair price for my trade and helped address my needs and wasn t pushy at all. Finance manager Colette even helped me get a better rate than advertised. I made the trip all the way from Boston and they made sure to make my experience worthwhile and valued my time.

Called to check price and availability on a part, they did not have in stock and would not supply OE part number, think the vehicle owner has the right to choose where and from whom they buy parts. BBM4-61-503A here is the part # took 5 sec to find thanks for the epically poor service. Parts manger called and apologized, first time from a dealer that's mighty big in my book thumbs up.

I have bought 4 new cars from N.End Subaru. I just bought a 2013 Truck from N. End Mazda with 101,000 miles. I got no warrantee at all. There were a few paint bubbling spots on rear fenders. They claim they fixed that problem. What they did was lightly sand and painted right over. One week later the rust was showing through. The truck has a humming noise that I thought might be a wheel bearing going bad. I E mailed the salesman but got no response back. I will never buy another used vehicle from North End.

I bought a 2023 CX5 Carbon Edition from North End. Nick was my salesman. He was very easy to work with, honest and upfront. Top notch service, he didn t even mind me texting him on a Sunday with questions about the purchase!!!

This past week I signed the papers to own my first car after leasing Hondas for nearly a decade. I came to North End Mazda after having a great experience prior when I came to get my old car detailed on a referral from my brother who also spoke highly of the dealership. They gave me a loaner vehicle for the day which I was so grateful for since I drove 45 minutes to get there. That was when I fell in love with Mazda. It felt so luxurious in comparison to my car that I knew I wanted to make the switch.A few months later and here I am. I can t say enough about the entire staff here at North End Mazda. Not only were the team members who sold me the car awesome, but everyone there was so friendly and said hello or made sure I was taken care of.My first interaction was over the phone where I spoke with Scott who reached out in Mark s absence to help me get started. My first impression over the phone was enough to set the other offers I received to the side. I went down to finalize everything a few days later and Scott was so helpful and I felt like he really listened to what I was asking for. Buying cars is not my strong suit but I didn t feel like I needed a PhD in sales to have a conversation there. It was a very pleasant experience.Colette was also so great! She took the time to explain everything to me and worked within my budget for the final number. In comparison to past experiences at different dealerships, working with Colette was a breath of fresh air. I felt very comfortable and as a result more confident in asking for what I needed.Lastly I want to mention how helpful Mark was in getting me set up in my new car. He went through every minute detail and I didn t feel rushed at all. He was extremely patient and kind and communicated with me from the moment I arrived at the dealership to when I left.All in all I will be back and I will certainly refer anyone I know who is looking to join the Mazda family over to North End.Thanks again.Julie L.

I cannot recommend North End Mazda highly enough. My salesperson, Bryan, was super helpful in helping me order my new CX-5 in this very challenging new car market due to COVID-19. When the vehicle arrived, he was very thorough in explaining its features. Collette, the F&I manager, was a joy to work with - she had all of the paperwork ready to go and explained it well, with zero pressure to buy any additional packages or add-ons. Overall, this was the nicest car buying experience I've had at ANY dealership. EVER.
