This is an old school shop. Drop your car off. Give a call every couple days to check in. They'll let you know what it's going to cost, and it gets done.You don't have to schedule an appointment and then an estimate. They take a look at the problem and tell you what it's probably going to run you unless there's other issues which I have not run into luckily.They are right down the street from my parents and I'm happy with the quality of work they have put into my vehicle.

Bill is a fantastic mechanic! Great work, prices, and communication. He is the first mechanic I ve worked with where I don t feel like I m being taken advantage of because I don t know much about cars. Highly recommend. Love giving business to a local, reliable place!

Any chance I have to support local business is an opportunity I take proudly. I called this establishment 2 days ago for a quote and they never called back. This place is probably incredibly busy and that s great but a phone call to set up an appointment doesn t take much effort. Wicked bummed.

Very pleasant experience all around! Roy's has mechanics who are honest & dependable. Dave went out of his way to work with my schedule as we were unable to meet in person and would totally completely recommend Roy's Auto to family & friends! He's one of the very few upfront honest car repair services around. Thank you Dave!!

The guys at Roy's are professional, hardworking gentleman. Fabulous service.. Just did oil change with Dodge Carvan! He also did diagnose. And did not charge me for that. Where other places are charging you for. This guy is so humble. Very accommodating, honest, knowledgeable, efficient working skills and booking. Well run operation. Best to leave not wait, big windows to see in shop, if you want to wait, limited seating.
