I had my car towed here after an accident. Unfortunately, geico deemed it totaled so I did not have any services here. While I can't speak to their quality of work or prices, I would like to say that the customer services was fantastic. They were patient, kind and more caring than I could have asked for. I thank the staff so much!

Wow! So, while I'd never HOPE to be in a collision in the area, I was, and my car was taken here. They not only serviced all repairs, but clearly gave her a full detail cleaning inside and out, filled the tires to spec, and gave her an oil change to boot! Not to mention some of the nicest people you can imagine to deal with! Cannot recommend highly enough (seriously, I live in Waltham and will now be coming here for any service/car needs!)!!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

We took our SUV here to repair some minor door damage and I can't say enough positive things about our experience. I paid for this out of pocket and they were good about keeping cost down while performing a repair that exceeded my expectations. Fair price, quick turnaround, and timely communication. I hope to never need the services of an auto body shop again but, if I do, this is where I'll go - no doubt.

I cannot begin to explain my gratuity and happiness with my experience with John and the other staff at JL Massa. I got a brand new Toyota Tacoma 2020 back in early June and unfortunately was struck by a deer in late October. JL Massa was actually recommended to me by the Lia Toyota in Wilbraham and I cannot thank them enough either. John made my truck look exactly the way it did when I drove it off the lot in June, he was very communicative and worked with me as well as my insurance company throughout the process. I loved my truck before and am so glad John could make it look brand new again. I will recommend JL Massa to anyone who needs body work!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional. Really know repair business able to diagnose and resolve as fast ad ins allows faster if your self pay. detailed quslity work they stand behind. Also do specialty work like antiques.
