Great service, price, work!!! I'm from out of town, called yesterday, and was able to bring my car in the next day. Ken, the owner, was awesome!!! It's rare to find a good mechanic, especially when you're traveling. Thank you for getting me back on the road!!!

After reading reviews I chose to bring my truck to Baldwin. Ken the owner is a cool guy. He did the brake lines, front calipers, brake pads and a rear brake cylinder. He even noticed 3 of my tires were very low on air and put air in them. Go see Ken for your auto repairs

Great service. Was able to take me right away at 2pm on a Saturday off a holiday weekend. Had the issue fixed real quick. Seems like a real honest mechanic. Would recommend.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! They ve helped replace my entire break system, get rusted lug nuts off, and find & fix issues with my temperamental car. Although my car is old, they ve helped me keep it in the best shape possible. The prices are reasonable, the timeline is extremely quick, and the customer service is next level. I always feel wary as a woman bringing my car to a mechanic, but I feel as though I am treated like family here! 6/2/23 My daughter has had her Ford Fusion for several years and the A/C has never worked. No one, even at a dealership had been able to find the problem. It s been so hot that I was determined to find someone to fix it. I looked under A/C repair and found Baldwin s. I brought it to Ken that day and he gave me a free estimate. He was so knowledgeable and confident that he d be able to fix it. We picked up the car today and are thrilled that it worked. Very cool air for the first time on a 90 degree day was so appreciated.Ken is a great guy and explained everything thoroughly. Baldwin Auto has totally fixed my daughter's car from the tirod, blinker, oil change and the sun roof that has not worked since she got it. Other places wanted 150-300 just to look at it, not Baldwin took a look at it and BOOM it's fixed. Quote the prices (better then any other place around) and stuck to them. As a woman who has been overcharged and problems not fixed from other places, I can tell you from now on anything to do with my vehicles Baldwin Auto will be the only place I go. Oh, he does Motorcycles too. Ask for Kenny

My engine started sputtering and the check engine light came on when I was on the highway. I called Ken and asked if he could look at it. I brought it in and he found the problem, got the part, and fixed it all within 45 minutes. He even recommended some nearby restaurants for me to wait in since it was around lunch time. Great service, quick, excellent price, nice guys, one of my best automotive experiences.

Ken the owner is dishonest, and does not follow through. I tried getting him to install a hitch. Could never give me a price. It was also partially for a trade for a couch he already got from me.

I was on the way to Canada and my gas lid was jammed. Baldwin Auto Repair was nearby and I called them explaining the situation, they were very helpful and even gave me a free screw driver ( just in case if I have to open the lid again)I would definitely recommend this place for its service.

Baldwin repair saved my week! They were accommodating and had me come first thing the next morning to help me out. When I got there, they quickly diagnosed my car and I knew I was in good hands. My car was fixed - new breaks and tie rods the same day with a completely fair price. I hope my car won t need any more work for a while, but if it does, I know where to go. I needed a quick windshield wiper repair, and Baldwin was able to get me in quickly and take care of the issue. They were all so helpful and so pleasant to do business with! Could not have been nicer! Very good communication and service. They made my day and got me rolling again. I am thrilled to have found a responsive garage near my workplace. Super quick service, were quick to even give me an appointment 2 days after I called, did a great job replacing my headlights, and didn t damage anything in the process like other irresponsible mechanics do, no hidden fees, no beating around the bush, they charged me what the originally quoted me and stayed true to it. I was heading home from Upstate, NY to Boston today and after a quick stop for coffee in Ludlow, I attempted to get back on the Pike when one of my exhaust pipes came lose and started scraping on the pavement. Without knowing anyone really in Ludlow, I called the guys at Baldwin Auto Repair to see if they could help me out and they were amazing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made the repair. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours and had a nice portugese meal at Tony & Penny's restarant across the street while I waited. Just moved to Ludlow and drive a distance for work Wanted brakes done and called for an appointment. They got my car in fast and finished fast. While in for the brakes, mechanic noticed a bad strut and quoted a reasonable price for both sides and had access to parts same day! Office lady is friendly and you have a cute town to check out while you wait.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Needed my brake lights fixed desperately, dealership quoted me $200+. Called Baldwin Auto, Ken and Francis got me in and out quickly and even fixed a different bulb that I didn t know had gone out. Fair priced, informed mechanics, quick and reliable work. Finished up with a quick inspection of my car and sent me on my way! Even if you live a little farther, make the drive!!! I went to this place on whim because I had an annoying noise which I was unsure of where it was coming from. I saw that they had other good reviews and decided to trust them. Not only did the have amazing customer service, the owner was willing to work with me especially being a college student. I got brake pads, rotors and wheel bearings done for a really good price compared to other places. They took me back there to show me what was wrong as I was hesitant. But they made sure to address all my worries and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially since the owner himself is so accommodating. I would highly recommend this place, definitely better than any dealership service. brought in a car that I just bough that was sitting for a long time, had to re-do pretty much my whole break system, and they would have had it ready the next day if it wasn't for a part not coming in in time due to the supply shortages these days. very friendly, honest, and they value the customer. would 100 percent recommend using them as your next mechanic I will be going backServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I got an oil and filter change here, and they were kind, timely, and gave me a good price. They were very prompt with my appointment time, and even gave me some tips for future maintenance on things they had noticed while inside my car.
