She is very personable I just love talking with herShe's very knowledgeable and I've always trusted her. The whole team here is great, and I always have a positive experience with this shop. Do not bring your vehicle to All Faze! They unsuccessfully attempted to correct an evap issue twice on my 2016 Tundra. On the second attempt i was charged to drop the fuel tank and replace leaking hoses. Brought the vehicle to the dealer when the evap codes returned. The dealer provided solid evidence the tank was not removed and hoses were not replaced. Went back for a refund and the owner back peddled and ultimately stated it was an oversight! I did get my refund after 1.5 hours of proving my case. Everyone should be informed of their unethical, dishonest business practices! One star was required to create this review. Zero stars from me!

This place is amazing. The owners are awesome and do great work. They really care and go above and beyond to help their customers. The BEST place to trust with your vehicle, will always take mine and my wife s car here for maintenance and yearly inspection sticker and the prices we ve received so far have been generously on the low end with good work done!

Love this place. Had a crack in my exhaust system and other repair places wanted to replace the whole system ($1000 to $2000). Went to All Faze and they were able to custom fit the piece with the crack for under $300! My husband had the same experience with his exhaust several years ago. They got me right in the day after I called and did the work quickly. So friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!Service: Exhaust

Yolanda,Steve,and mike and everyone are wonderful! There all so professional and they updated me every step of the way getting my car running and back to me! I've been a customer of All Faze Auto for ten years, and I'm continually impressed by their knowledge, honesty, and customer service. From regularly scheduled maintenance, like oil changes, to more major repairs, like leaking head gaskets, All Faze has taken good care of our family's cars since we moved to Ludlow, and I've recommended them countless times to friends, family, and coworkers. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they always take the time to explain any work being done, as well as what to except for repairs down the road, so that I can plan accordingly. It's rare to find an auto repair shop that cares more about their customers than their bottom line, and I'm extremely grateful to have found a mechanic that does great work, can always squeeze my car in for needed service, and that I completely trust to be truthful and fair.

Great people...Make you feel like an old friend. Service we received was 5 star plus. Couldn't ask for better service than Allfaze. Very friendly and honest. Price was really really fair and all the work was done quickly. If you ever have had an electrical problem you know how scary that can be when the bill is handed to you. Local family run business, who treats their customers like family. Always take great care of my cars. Reasonably priced and always willing to fit you in if they can. I would recommend anyone to use them for your car repairs, inspections and tow service should you need it.

Diagnosed my problem after my car broke down just off the pike! Extremely kind and even drove me in a rental to the local hotel while they tried to figure out what was wrong. Turns out it s rather complicated and since they don t work on transmissions, they let hang out while I arranged to have my car removed!
