Once again(this is the 3rd time I have had to file a complaint) Valvoline has failed to provide decent service. I pulled in to find 3 lines of cars lined up in front of 3 bays. I waited over 35 minutes and when my bay was clear and it was my turn to pull in, I was told the car in the line to our right was here first and we had to back up and let him take the bay. I do not know whether he was there first or not but I also did not see anyone closely monitoring the lines in front of the bays. If you are going to use a first come first serve basis, then use a single file line up and not have people form 3 lines and juggle them around after waiting 1/2 an hour. This experience plus several other poor service experiences(charging for services not performed and crushing air filters), has convinced me that Valvoline is not a company deserving my business.

The employees are very friendly and will crack a few jokes with you when you use a coupon. They are very quick and efficient. I always come here for my oil. Hanged because of the fact that they get you in and out quick and if there s a line of cars you don t have to worry because you won t be sitting around waiting. They make sure to put the correct oil in your engine based off of model and miles and the type of engine you have and keep you informed about anything they see that could require maintenance in the future. I ve gone to a few valvolines and this is the best one out of all of them.

I ve been a customer at the Gorham Street store for over 15 years, I have 5 vehicles serviced here frequently! I will never, EVER return again! Completely unprofessional and rude service I received today! I should ve actually called the police after being threatened by employees! I will take my business elsewhere!

Always nice employees there, Decent priced, Always accept coupons(always get Valvoline coupons too) never had an issue there.I keep going back & have nothing but GOOD things to say about Valvoline, keep up the good work guys! These 2 employees are super friendly and funny

Great service experience, informed along the way, and low pressure (advisory). Overall had a great experience with Harry (Service Tech) and Sop (Manager). I will be back again.

I perfer them to the other oil change places, and the staff is friendly and laid back. Helped get our hatch door on the CRV opened it had been jammed for a year, free of charge, stuff like that is why we keep going back

Love this shop, everytime I come here the techs are amazing. They always take the time to explain what s happening and are so friendly. Many times they have answered questions for me outside of my oil change and helped with things on my car not required of them. I was here on 11/30/2019 at 1:09 p.m. I had my vehicle in service for a oil change, differential fluid change, and manual transmission fluid change. The technical who assisted me throughout the process was awesome. However, who ever changed my oil filter and drained my used oil. Did not installed my access plate back on correctly at all. This caused my access plate to scrape all over the ground. The results of the access plate was damaged at the end.UPDATED: December 20th, 2019 Valvoline Customer Service and the location is replacing the skid plate for me. I want to thank you guys for helping me with this issue.

I ve been to this location twice and each time the whole team was so respectful and knowledgeable. Today I was helped by Anthony, Algenis, Ethan, Felix and Christian. They were very busy but they were efficient without skipping steps or rushing, and I got an oil change, headlight replaced and air filter replaced in less then an hour including wait time. They do such a great job here! I always feel comfortable and confident that when I leave everything is taken care of.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Fabulous visit! I went to the Gorham Street one in Lowell after reading their reviews and seeing the fabulous reviews. It was slightly further away from me, but the ones at my local Valvolines (Methuen and Haverhill) weren't great, so I felt better going here. Well worth it. The team was excellent, professional, and didn't try to upsell anything (they showed me the cabin air filter and said it didn't need replacing). The whole process was smooth and easy - I was able to pull right in and was out of there in under 15 minutes. Will absolutely be back.Service: Oil change

This place is designed for those who can't drop off or wait until service gets ready. The oil of my car was changed less than 15min and I waited inside of the comfort of my car. Nice, friendly workers. Did a great job with the service. A bit on the expensive side like other quick change places but, unlike those other places, they didn't try to upsell me with additional services I didn't need. I generally don't like these places because of that . . . like trying to sell you an air filter for $85 that goes for $15 online and installs in about 3 seconds. These guys are very honest and will only recommend things you really need. They're the best quick change place around.

Horrible service. The staff is very unprofessional. They talk to their female coworkers so disgustingly if i worked there they would b getting a sexual harassment lawsuit will never go there again. The manager is a joke. Horrible business

I went here for the first time today for an oil change and omg this place is awesome! The service was great and the customer service was even greater. This place rocks. Totally recommend! Professional, courteous, and hard working! I was going to go to my dealer, where I usually have the work done. They estimated up to a two hour wait. Very convenient way of getting your oil changed! Although I have been here a few times myself, My husband typically handles this chore so in all honesty I was a little nervous maybe even feeling a bit intimidated! Anyhow, when I arrived, there were no other customers , which was great! All the employees immediately started pitching in to get the job done. I was the only customer at the moment, so I am sure that this isn't typical, however it left me with the impression that the employees were actually there to work! I was very pleased at how efficient and friendly the staff were. Any social interaction at a public establishment that has friendly, accommodating staff is ALWAYS welcomed and refreshing! I would definitely recommend going to get your oil changed here! Also, they always offer coupons on their website, or you can just search one up online.

Stayed in the car and was in/out within 15-20 minutes on a Saturday morning for oil and wipers (honestly it was faster than the Dunks drive thru I'd been in just before). They offer you everything, but they don't push it on you if you don't want it. Cost was like anywhere else, I admit I didn't check for deals though. This place does not F around and it was awesome. 100% be back.Service: Oil change
