I love, love, love this shop!! They were so professional and kind. I had such an amazing experience. I didn t feel like they were selling services I didn t need and they explained everything to me in a way I understood so I would feel comfortable with what they were doing and the cost. I live in Maine and was visiting a friend when I found them online. Needless to say, my friends will be getting a visit when it s time for car service so I can go back. Definitely use this shop! You won t be disappointed!

I switched to Towne Line tire after a few bad experiences at a dealership...I had heard great things about Mike and his team, all have proven true. They're knowledgeable, experienced, fast, efficient and friendly. I know my vehicle is in good hands and feel safe knowing my car is well cared for, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend, won't go anywhere else!

Towne Line did a great job with my repair and were wonderful to work with! If you need a rental car, you can do so in the same building! Towne Line was recommended by my son and I'll keep using them for any repairs needed to my car!

I was fortunate that while visiting Lowell my car chose to overheat 200 from Towne Line after 10pm on a Wednesday . I left the car and the keys and hoped they d answer the phone Thursday morning. Towne Line was friendly, helpful, fast and fair. I wish I had a mechanic like this in Worcester. I highly recommend!

I ve been coming to Townline for years and they ve consistently been upfront and reliable. They get to the bottom of things quickly, do work for a reasonable price, and will even tell if a particular job isn t necessary.

Very helpful and also very nice they called to get me in a day earler.They went above and beyond saving me a huge headache. Needed new tire for inspection and they called me to let me know that my headlight was out while they were fixing my fog light. Definitely going back soon for replacement on my rear tires.

Brought in for a noise problem that still exists after $2300 in repairs on a recently purchased used vehicle. Consent not requested for extent and cost of repairs. And I still need a muffler! UPDATE 4/1/24: We never discussed replacing the system and we never discussed a price. They lied. Two other mechanics called their "custom" repairs "Mickey Moused". I finally got the car properly repaired last month at Jay's Custom Exhaust.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely fantastic!!! These guys were professional, honesty and unbelievably accommodating. My daughter goes to UMass Lowell and she brought here car over to Towne Line and they treated her liked their own daughter. I had an oil leak. They took me immediately so that my vehicle could be checked out and to make sure it was safe to drive. The filter needed to be replaced and they did a complete oil change (which I was going to be bringing it in for soon). As always, Towne Line is the best. I was worried about a noise, and they reassured me it was not an issue now and told me when I should get it fixed. Always honest, friendly and efficient. I drove my car into a ditch and destroyed my radiator I m a college student and got my car towed home I was fully anticipating to have to say goodbye to my car but after two days in the shop my mother sends me a picture of my car in the drive way and I thought it was a prank but nope the guys at towne line tire fixed up my subie so it can live another day so thank you to my guys can t recommend them enough.

The team here always gives me great service. They service over 15 vehicles for me. They know the importance on how much my fleet needs to be up and running with little down time. While still being able to give there attention to any customer they service regardless of how many vehicles they own. Top notch place with Mike and Jim as the owners.

I needed something done quickly so I could get my Jeep back and it was not a small job. They were able to turn it around in less than 24 hours with excellent service as always. I ve been loyal to Towne Line Tire for almost 25 years now and can honestly recommend them to anyone, including my own children. I never have had to worry about price. They always explain to me what is going on with the car and what they're going to do about it. They're open and honest and the pricing is good. Been going here for a long time, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Town Line, and often do.
